My mom got his lasik surgery done from Doctor Chugh. He called us after 2 pm since that is the time he does the eye surgeries. There were like 20-30 people sitting for surgery. His hospital is totally running on his staff and nurses. They are polite, but obviously they are not doctors, so they just get the basics done. Doctor himself checks patients for like few seconds. (When we went for taking appointment, he like saw my mom for 2- 3 minutes and most checkup was done by nurses). And when he called us after surgery that day also we were just checked by nurses and doctor just saw patient for hardly 10 seconds. I understand they running a big hospital, but there is no personalized care. My mom made a complaint to the nurse that there is some pain in his ear and around eye and she said it's okay and went away. Lol! Even if they have done surgery properly, the lack of personalized care, lack of attention by doctor was not what one deserves after paying a hefty amount of 35K INR. One more thing, they are like sir, one lens costs 20k, other 25k, one 30k and one HD lens 35k but no one knows or can explain what is basic difference. Just a way they loot people.

DR Ankur gupta, retina doctor here, worst doctor I have seen in my life. He had done normal surgery of my mom's left eye and that eye gone blind. Moreover, he even don't have knowledge of medicine. I am preparing for a legal action on Chugh hospital. Every one will know soon.

Waiting hours are unpredictable, very unprofessional they call you 4, 5, 6 hours before and keep you waiting for hours without any further intimation that when. Surgery will start. I don’t recommend this place. Even people on reception dont have any idea about the correct timings. When patients ask, they behave rudely saying Humein nai pata! I mean so so so unprofessional. One of worst eye care center. No Management at all, preference for turn is given to known of attendants plus even doctor looks not knowledgeable. He is not even able to diagnose the issue and gave me eye number exactly opposite. Worst Service Avoid It.

Best for Lasik. Provide Best services and All Doctors are Very nice and . Very friendly and understanding Staff . Surgery Cost is also normal. I recommend it after my successful all laser Lasik on 23rd March . I recommend to Dr N.S Chugh for Lasik Surgery and all staff is very co-operative and nice.

Wonderful experience with doctor and Nurses i am fully satisfied. I got ICL surgery for both the eyes well cooperated staff. I got my Dad operated for cataract surgery hoping every thing will be fine after surgery,but after surgery My dad reported far vision reduction,only week after the operation than what was earlier along with continuous watering and pain in the eye .We consulted the doctor thrice or 4 times and reportedly made him aware of vision reduction pain in eye and continous watering ,but problem still persists. Downside what I felt is doctor doesn't attend properly and give patient hearing to the person he is attending to.Any recommendation is made within 2 to 3mins only .Most of the work /recommendation is coordinated though Nurse/assistant only,I wonder whether they are qualified enough ,There is a hugh trust deficit which needs to be bridged , is what I feel personally from patien point of view. The service provided should be to the satisfaction of patient which honestly I feel is lacking.

I didnt have option for zero star otherwise I would have given zero rating.. Really terrible experience. I paid the fee and waited for almost 2.30hrs and in the end doctor didn't even spent 1 min for the consultation. It's just the normal assistants and all attended me. I would recommend going to any other doctor rather than this one even if this clinic offers free consultation..lol Don't waste your valuable time and hard earned money

Dr. Chugh has been my ophthalmologist from last 20 years. I got my first eye prescription from him and since then I along with my family have always trusted him for our eyes. This time I got my ICL surgery done from him and I am immensely happy with my decision. Dr. Chugh and his team are amazing. His hospital is so organized and they guide you completely until all your doubts are solved. Being such a busy doctor Dr. Chugh makes sure to give personal attention to every patient. Also Lavleen mam helps every patient at a personal level. I definitely recommend this place to everyone who needs a specialist for their eyes.

I came from London and had very bad eyesight, I went to Chugh Eye Surgery Centre to enquire about Lasik and ICL. The team were amazing. With the amount of patients they have, they handled everyone with care and efficiency. Sometimes there is a wait however they are dealing with a lot of people. Loveleen who handled the initial consultation was very caring and informative. She took the time to explain everything and especially with Punjabi and English language. The ICL surgery took place a few days later and it was efficient and the surgery was very comfortable. Doctor Chugh then followed up with me two times and he was very kind and answered all my questions. I could not be more happy with the process and surgery and now I am so happy with my eyesight. I would highly recommend.

The best eye care , a patient can get is available at the Chugh eye care centre. Inspite of rush of patients, the waiting period is very less. Polite dealing ,personalized attention and state of the art infrastructure make the ambience so patient friendly and relaxing. With a very high myopia, coupled with nuclear cataract, I had almost gone blind. Dr Chugh restored my vision with his expertise .The experience of undergoing IOL surgery was so comfortable and easy. I had never dreamt in my entire life, spanning almost five decades that I would be able to see clearly. My lost paradise has been regained , all thanks to Dr Chugh and Ms Loveleen for making me view the beauty of this world with my own eyes without specs or lenses. I got my lasix surgery done last week and my eyes feel like brand new now. It’s a painless and 15 minutes procedure. Dr. Chugh is so polite and answer all of our queries very calmly. Staff is well mannered and knowledgeable. I was scared while my procedure but the nurse named Loveleen hold my hand throughout the surgery which actually comfort me reduced my anxiety level. He tried scaring my mom into a surgery she didn't need, thankfully she called her specialist here is Calgary who told her to get the hell out of there and her eyes are just fine now. It’s a post surgery review. I got my LASIC surgery here. Prior to surgery they will do some eye tests then they will refer the surgery best for you. Then they do few follow-ups after surgery. Staff is friendly. Surgery timings are flexible you can opt for time that suits you. Walk-ins wait time is long, better you have an appointment. Yes i will recommend this place for eye related concerns.

I came from canada for LASIK. Dr Chugh suggested ICL. I didn't have any info abt, but their consultant was able to clear all of my doubts.i also did my research for ICl and EVO lense is the best one of starr company. Very calm & done to earth doc. I was super scared of pain or if anything goes wrong, but surgery happened with no pain in 20mins and everything was went well. Their were 17 surgeries, including lasik, but doc and staff was very patient. They did a follow up on next day, was bit blurry for few days, but it got better by time. I also did some precautions for 10 days not going out, staying away frm the kitchen, not washing my face, and not rubbing my eyes. I'm happily going back to canada. Thanks Dr Chugh.

Very nice treatment facilities & Doctor as well?????

I got ICL done 2 weeks ago. As for the surgery, it seems to have been good so far. Haven't faced any problems yet. The procedure was smooth, the doctor is very experienced and trustable. The only thing that could have been better is if they are more communicative. There was lack of guidance post surgery. And their reception phone receiver is the poorest I have ever come across. You just can't hear anything on the other end.

Presently being metro city there are large number of doctors taking care of various medical related issues .But to get right treatment from appropriate doctor is good luck. Same is the case of Chugh eye hospital where i visited on 210822. They have all requisite modern equipment to examine as well as humane approach to interact with patient. When i entered hospital i was grreatly impressed by their ambience and courtesy of indoor staff. The chief surgeon Dr chugh himself was pleasure to talk.He thoroughly examined my eyes and with ok report and in very cordial manner asked if i am using any eye drops. If yes continue it otherwise if i agree he can prescribe. This gesture really impressed me . He had light moments with me also and counselled me just chill out and guided me annual check up of eyes. I would recommend for eyes issue Dr chugh is best choice. Lastly if they give little bit more attention to reception area he will deserve 5 out of 5 rating.
