    Peaceful park beautifully maintained. Newly bloomed flowers everywhere.

    A public property, unlawfully treated like a private estate. Kids are not allowed to play even with a small ball, as the ball damages their "flowers." These goons value their esthetics more than the kid's right to play. Very sorry state.
