Did not find hygiene in the PVR cinema in Flamez. I watched Bramastra 3D in Audi 4, there was smell in the Audi 4 which seems this never cleaned. 3D glasses they given were used glasses. We were 4 family members and all four glasses were scratched glasses. All staff were using masks considering COVID protocol as instructed by their management whereas other side they gave us used 3D Glasses now where is COVID protocol? Pvr flamez is best movie theater in Ludhiana or is too much supportive staff. Just they are forcing to buy Popcorn or Pepsi with movie charges I am comfortable to buy this combo pack but some people those all are not able to buy this combo pack. All staff members have to focus on charges. And other visitors come here and enjoy the all latest movies stuff here. Come and enjoy.

I Have a very bad experience. staff behavior is very rude. They force to buy offer with th tickets. At it all i never came again at their. It's not good to force any people to increase ur sale about with their offerss..

Good for cinema. Good for cinema only i must say. Nice sound. Seats not that comfortable but good sound makes up for that. In the common area, sofas need a change. Would be a good idea if food is avoided. At night most escalators out of service.

Its a good place to visit if you're looking for PVR cinemas nearby with cool Bars and happening place in Ludhiana

The lockdown has its effect and mall got transferred to new owner in Nov . Hope it will get its glory back.

Went there to see Gadar 2 Movie.Mall is good. Chair conditions should be improved. Screen size of cinema hall should be big. Enjoyed the movie. Some new thing should be opened up for visitors. Comfortable sitting should be provided. Covered Parking should be provided.

It's disgusting, the mall is under renovation/ construction. Even the hall is not so good , sound quality is very poor there , the seats were all dirty and rusted , they even don't have the baggage facility available there as other pvr in our city , we had to pay extra for keeping our luggage at the mall for some hour's . The card machine of the pvr was not working , my friend was doing his payment through card but the machine was defective so his card has been blocked for a month now My overall experience there was very bad , I'll not recommended you to watch any movie here , instead go to the silver arc mall Pvr which is also near to it Atleast, they have a good ambience and staff as well as they have good seating arrangements ..... I have posted a picture of the seat , you can check how bad it is , it's the condition of their prime seats which are available at high prices than other seats

Why should your staaf charge the submission of bags or this is not fair in another malls they didn't charge for bags submissions or your squrity staaf talk so rude 🙏🙏 pvr flames is bad mall

Nice theatre for outing with your family or loving one. you may get the tickets sometimes on higher rates if you book from any online platefrom. so prefer to book from window. seatings are nice. theatre is not so big but good and luxurious.

Everthing was fine as far as parking, seating arrangement, Dolby Atmos and screen was concerned but at the beginning of the movie the video stopped working while the audio was still working

The theater staff is very rude. We entered the theater at 7:00 but pur movie's starting time was 8:00 so we wanted to go out for a bit to eat something, but we were denied the right as the staff said, "you can only enter once." Having understood that we just asked for the rulebook to verify that rule. But when we asked, the staff and the senior manager named "Tanishqa" Very rudely answered that she's a senior manager and will ban our entry if we stepped out. We are 3 doctors and this is not the way anyone speaks with anyone.

Worst experience ever. Watching carry on jatta3 but AC are not working from intervals..suffering from suffocation..even though seats are in bad condition...very bad😑😑😠😠 dont want to come again here

On book my show it is the cheapest screen. Actually I love to go there, it has everything we need. Sound is OK type but I don't care much about the sound. I find some chairs, needed maintenance, inclined was not working properly. Plus there should be more food options and food counters. There was a long queue. Only 2 counters were active. 1 star deducted for chairs 1 for long queues. Rest everything is good, specially the price... 😁 You can go there

The movie experience was fine. But the experience at ordering the popcorn was worst of all. First of all , the staff had very casual approach towards customers. Second, they do not understand the paucity of time which the customers have due to short break. There were around 4- 5 staff members , who were just running here and there without even bothering to look at the customers. Even after ordering, they failed to deliver at seat within 10 minutes as promised and delivered after exact 35 minutes. So I strongly advise people going for late night shows to have your full meal before going for movie otherwise you'll feel cheated of spending Rs 280 for Popcorn which you'll get may be just 20 minutes before your movie ends.

Book your ticket online for pvr flamez show.. otherwise you have to buy combo pack there to watch the movie, not so good way to sell the tickets. Not everyone wants to add on combo.

The theatre was not good, the sound system didn't sounded that well. Not a worth place to watch movies

Worst experience...I missed my 20 min movie but they could not provide a decent popcorn order. Either you can see the movie or you can have popcorn...decide your choice before coming here

Watched Suicide Squad 2021 at the cinema and the experience was utterly pathetic. The seats were stinky ; sound and screen quality was average.
