Very Bad experience. I baught 22 carrot gold bangles which were been marked by them also as their brand name and carrots but when excchag d it was exchanged as 18 carrot gold which was quiet disturbing. In which they cut polishing and other chages

There should be ZERO star rating. While selling Gold, they will promise you the best/Hallmark Gold but if you try to sell them back their own gold, they will say that it's not pure Gold. Moreover, they will say that they will buy back your gold including the weight of stones(jarkan) but they will laugh on your face and ask for any written commitment . They are big time Cheaters, Beware of them. Fraudulent services. And their owner's attitude is notorious, I regret shopping from them.

Although, i visited just for window shopping but still, the way staff dealt with me was appreciated. There is mam named Shivani, She is very sweet, friendly and co-operative and gave me the best overview in a very polite way, i hope to visit Sardar Jewellers again and to meet Shivani Mam 😊

Went on Monday shop was closed even tho online said it was open. Went there today and said they open at 11. Came back at 11 then they said it would be another 30-45 mins. No one was interested in helping us. No one would even answer any questions. We took our business somewhere else and so glad we were treated with respect and ended up buying all wedding gold there.

Worst jweller in ludhiana. They say they will delivery the product on x date and will deliver after a gap of 5-6 days. They don't know how to keep their word. First they will tell you the cost is x and then suddenly when the product is done cost is 5x. I asked them to made a ringg in gold they made it in white gold. Worst people, worst experience.

Respected Sir I am your regular customer for 3lac per annum but sorry to describe this wrong behaviour by your staff I purchased a gold chain of rupees 55000 12 days before and I came to your showroom for exchanging it by another design but your staff behaved like as if I robbered it from anybody and selling it to you by saying that this chain is of no use and if you want to exchange it then you have to pay making gst etc etc etc Please look into this matter not for me but for every precious customers you have from past so many years Showroom runs with customer Your Well-wisher

Points you should consider when you buy - Check their purity, if you are satisfied - Their staff while selling and marketing, beware of them - Most important they don’t take back Gold on same price they are selling, they do a margin of around more than 10% even if it is hallmarked and bought from them . This one is seriously weird

Total fraud.... bought a set of weight 83grms when both sardar were together n now when get seprated his wordings was even if u have slip we cant tank it back befor melting n when i got melted it was just 25grs of gold in it... plz all beware

Although we didn't go into the onsite restaurant, we ordered some food at the bar a few times and it was delicious. The bar area and lobby were nice and open, good place to relax and meet friends.
