This contradicts the statement that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. And I don't think they disinfect these thousands of earrings every day afterwards. Never again!!!

The three of our colleagues were sitting in the shop, there were zero customers and they still couldn't pierce a single ear. Apparently they were understaffed 😅 we should come back in two weeks, I think it's quite lazy.

Staff very helpful, large selection, something for every occasion. Whether it's a wedding or a hippie festival, or just a quick pair of sunglasses. The range is very broad. It's definitely worth taking a look. And about the one review... So I was only allowed to hold my earring on. I didn't see anyone putting the earrings on either. And, apart from earrings (since they end up directly IN the skin), you can EXCHANGE pretty much everything. As long as it's okay and, like everywhere else, you have proof of it!

As a former BB employee, I don't think it's okay that earrings costing 30 or 50 euros aren't allowed to be tried on. Of course I didn't buy it. We disinfected them back then even though we were no longer staff. In every other store you can try on earrings and they are then disinfected.

Overall I was satisfied, the staff were nice and polite. Only the narrow aisles and the selection for men were very, very poor
