That's right, very unfriendly and very rude staff (with a few exceptions), are just playing on their cell phones or constantly on the phone all the time. Some can hardly speak GERMAN, communication is very difficult, no "good morning" or "good day". If you report a problem with the device, you will be told that as a guest you should unplug the device yourself because the lady has rheumatism in her fingers. One lady needs 35 minutes to fill up the hopper and only understands a few words in GERMAN. This personnel policy is incomprehensible.

So I'll give it a go. My two cents on that,,, I can change money here, I'm served and the ladies are friendly. So in good German, I like to gamble there :)

The buttons on the machines are stuck and you can't push the ladder up properly. Otherwise very good service, you can drink for free.

It's really bad in the store, I would recommend everyone to play somewhere else where there is no cheating. After 10 years, as a regular customer, I'm no longer allowed in because the corona rule is not adhered to or cleanliness only cell phone cell phone cell phone and then you get yelled at and who the guest is that doesn't allow you to be yelled at, immediately police and banned from the house without justification. I'm happy that I'm banned from the store because I'd rather lose in a store where there are honest people and not people who don't speak German. The toilet and the counter are very dirty and the machines no corona checks, no masks and as soon as information comes, the masks are distributed until the check is over. I would prefer not to give a star
