Yesterday evening one of my worst Taxi experience. Had ordered a taxi to the airport for 7pm. At 7.30 nobody showed up and I called and complained. Finally a taxi driver reached at 7.50. The person who was waiting with me to handle my luggage could not wait any longer and had left. I asked the taxi driver politely to handle my luggage. From his behavior he was bad vibes only, furious, shouted that he was not a porter, almost kicked my Chihuahua, and did not carry my 3 suitcases over the 8 stairs , he rather hit the stairs with my 3 suitcases, which carried fragile items and 2 of them reached broken. His whole behavior was disgusting , unfriendly , aggressive and offending. Besides , he was smelly heavily and the car almost unbearable from cigarette smoke. At the airport I asked him to carry my luggage at least to the trolley which was 2O meter away in order to save time, as I reached the airport 1 hour late and planes do not wait. But instead of understanding the situation which was caused by your company only, he literally throw my luggage on the floor next to his car, went into his taxi and drove off. The whole situation was witnessed at both locations, at pick-up and at the airport.

We were staying at Schlosshotel Kronberg and reception called us a taxi. Showed up promptly in a Mercedes and was pleasant on our drive into town.

Takes them a long time to answer the phone and the another 15 minutes to arrive. Drivers were fine.

Ich bin fast vier Wochen an jedem Werktag mit Taxi-Zuber jeweils zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten unterwegs gewesen - und ich war voll zufrieden: Pünktlicher, zuverlässiger Service - nette Fahrer mit gutem Fahrstil - saubere und gepflegte Fahrzeuge. Was will man mehr! Vielen Dank!
