We
went
to
Lasertag
there
for
my
friends
hen
do.
The
Arena
was
nicely
done
and
the
equipment
okay.
The
staff
however,
was
quite
incompetent
and
rather
condescending.
First
nobody
seemed
to
know
what
to
do
with
our
booking,
we
were
then
told
to
pick
our
game
names
and
a
staff
member
asked
me
if
another
version
of
the
one
I
picked
would
be
ok
(I
thought
it
wasn't
possible
to
pick
my
chosen
name
due
to
system
restrictions
-
turns
out
no,
he
just
thought
that
version
would
be
funnier??)
we
were
then
shown
the
kids
version
of
the
instruction
video;
a
staff
member
explained
its
contents
to
us
again
after
that
(we
had
booked
2h
and
were
not
drunk
so
this
was
not
necessary).
We
were
told
to
just
ignore
the
costumes
on
the
side
"because
those
are
for
hen-dos"
...
They
repeatedly
treated
us
like
we
were
12
and
when
one
of
our
vests
did
not
work
they
just
shrugged
and
told
us
"well
-
one
of
the
kids
from
the
birthday
must
have
broken
it"
...
and
that
was
that.
My
friend
hat
to
play
the
round
with
a
broken
vest.
Tough
luck
I
guess.
We
were
told
you
are
not
allowed
to
take
fotos
in
the
arena.
We
paid
26.90€
p.P.
plus
3€
for
the
elite
card.
Three
of
us
were
not
able
to
attend
-
this
was
not
refundable
without
"ticket
insurance"
(?)
-
however
they
gave
us
the
elite
cards
free
of
charge
as
a
little
refund.
We
booked
a
hen-do
with
2h
"Flatrate
m";
played
three
rounds
with
mixed
other
teams.
(Sometimes
random
sometimes
chosen).
