Angefangen von der Kundehotline die nur gebrochenes Deutsch spricht,was an sich nicht schlimm ist nur es schwerer gestaltet sich zu unterhalten. Der Lärm im Hintergrund bei den Telefonaten war manchmal nicht mehr erträglich. Mir wurden 4 mal verschieden Daten genannt an denen mein Handy losgeschickt wird. Seit 2 Wochen werde ich "hingehalten" und der Status ändert sich in der Schadensmeldung auch nicht. Nie wieder!

    A disaster! Absolutely incomprehensible on the phone. After adjusting it twice, I wanted to have my cell phone repaired for the third time (the screen adhesive came off just like that). Insurance says that I was canceled after the second damage, but they didn't send me any cancellation (only supposedly an email to the shop where I took out the insurance). I've never used my legal protection insurance, but they really want to! It's a shame, the first two regulations went smoothly. Update: After the recession and an email, I received a very polite, factual and well-founded letter which clarified everything: I was never terminated, I should count the uncollected contribution and the damage will then be repaired.

In meinen Augen total Realitätsfremd und deckt somit den Diebstahl in keiner Weise ab. Nie wieder werde ich diese Versicherung nutzen.

    Nepper Schlepper Bauernfänger. Vorsicht vor Angeboten von diesem Unternehmen. 1 Stern gibt‘s für die Hotline die helfen wollte! Die waren wenigstens bemüht, können aber auch nur weiterleiten.

    Ich kann vor diesem Versicherer nur warnen. Assurant arbeitet u.a. mit PRIMACOMUNICAZIONE zur Reparatur von Elektronik zusammen. Dort befindet sich mein Gerät nun seit über 2 Monaten. Assurant ist nicht zu erreichen. Ich weiß nicht wann, und wenn, ob ich mein Gerät je wiedersehen werde. Mit dieser Firma würde ich nie wieder einen Vertrag schließen, Gott bewahre !

    I chose Samsung Care+ Assurant to insure my smartphone, expecting to receive fast and efficient service in the event of damage. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but satisfactory. 1. Communication: Communicating with customer service was a challenge. My inquiries were responded to, but the answers were often vague and uninformative. There was no clear statement about when my smartphone would be repaired and returned. Despite repeated inquiries, I was not given a specific time frame. 2. Delay in repair: After reporting the damage, I was informed that there were technical issues that could only be resolved by the IT team. Despite supposedly contacting the IT team, there has been no progress or updates regarding the repair of my smartphone. This is in stark contrast to the original promises of a repair within 5-7 business days. 3. Costs and deductible: The costs for insurance and the deductible were higher than with other providers. Given the delays and lack of concrete solutions, I don't see the added value of this insurance policy. 4.     This is easily the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. Terrible customer service with late/no answers. After providing all of the necessary documentation and answering all of their questions, they still decide not to pay out due to some obscure policies. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

    WARNING SCAM FROM INDIA!!! This company has already changed addresses several times and is playing commission games with Vodafone and Co. Addresses have been found in Frankfurt, Cologne, London and Amsterdam. Incorrect VAT IDs and fake reviews are daily business there. And do you know why you can't contact them by phone?
