Truthfully, 2.5 star is more accurate. Not terrible, but definitely not good. The neighbors are quiet, a/c unit too loud, parking limited, complex is clean and apparently safe. My biggest gripe is their unwarranted closure of some amenities (swimming pool). When we took the tour, the swimming pool was prominently featured. We expressed how important it was to us and we were assured that it would be clean and available. The manager even stated “you can go for a swim now if you want to” (it was mid February). In reality, the pool opened VERY late (Memorial Day weekend). Since then, it has been closed every time we’ve tried to use it but two. When I asked the complex manager about it, she said it was closed because some unauthorized people were using it. NOT MY PROBLEM!! You don’t punish the tenants because you can’t handle security. I was then told that it would now be open again. Assuming that was the truth, we picked up our two granddaughters on Father’s Day to take them swimming, and the pool is closed again! Now we have to spend money to take them somewhere else. I used the text feature the apartment offers asking about it and got no response. Suspiciously, a sign was put up about an hour later saying the pool would be closed Sunday and Monday and reopen during office hours Tuesday (10-5:30). Once again punishing the tenants for their own convenience, and effectively eliminating the pool amenities from the working tenants use. I don’t even like leaving reviews, but this is unacceptable!

I've lived here for 5 years and still do! My experience here has been great. I have lived in and efficiency and currently in a one bedroom. When I transferred The Office ladies walked me through Everything that needed to be done. Stacy and Victoria reminded me that I would receive a water bill for my efficiency from the first two months back billing from when I originally move in. I had asked them about that and they informed me it is because the water company billing cycle is 2 months behind which explains why I receive water bills to month after I move out. The office staff is Always kind and helpful, but there is one maintenance man who can be a little rude. The ground are clean. We did have some boiler issues but what most people don't realize is they had several different boilers and plumbing companies come out and look at it. The Companies that worked on it said it was fix and it was until later that same night the boiler would go out again which really isn't the apartments fault. Eventually they found someone who finally found the problem and fixed it. Over all I have to saying but I have enjoyed living here. It is close to the Walmart and to the Angelica College. If you are looking for a place to live you couldn't do no better than living at Silvercreek apartment.

My fiancé and I moved in recently and with all the new renovations that have been done and are still being done it is really an amazing place to live. We moved into an efficiency apartment, and I only have two complaints about the entire place. (1.) You have to turn on a light switch when you walk into the door that activates a wall outlet for lamps, no living room light but the kitchen ceiling light provides plenty. (2.) The amount of cabinet space in the kitchen. We have 4 small upper cabinets, one tiny drawer, and a skinny lower cabinet for trays, and under the sink. Not much to work with but if you have shelves there is space for them which would make it a lot easier. All in all I believe it is an amazing price and beautiful apartment with all the amenities of a workout room that is open 24/7. A pool, and a volleyball court (even though I don't really play volleyball lol) Victoria is such a sweet lady and always happy and willing to help. It's pet friendly, which is great, and the neighbors seem really friendly. It's really close to all the restaurants and stores so it's all in all an amazing place to live. We'll be here for a long time I hope. Also, the water gets hot really fast 😍 and the air conditioning is amazing as well as no plumbing problems except the bathroom sink takes a few minutes to drain, but really not a big deal

Manager Stacy is rude, lier and deceptive. If I could give 0 star I would gladly do. She told me my apartment will have dark appliances and I had old and damaged white appliances. Water was coming from the ground into my apartment m. When I was moving I don’t know what she told her people they brought me a bill to pay since they didn’t want to refund me my balance, don’t pay more than your bill when you’re almost about to move cus you wouldn’t get your balance back. The management needs to do better and I leave Stacy lady to God for all those charges I have no idea of.

Bottom apt has maggots and they going to other Apts. Cabinets are breaking off and won't get fixed due to dry rot. They don't keep up with AC filter changes, won't allow us to move to another apartment in the facility to get away from the apt with maggots or get rid of that tenant. They threaten eviction no matter the circumstances and are never available when needed.

I lived at this apartment complex for a year and it was fine. The apartment definitely was not thoroughly cleaned when I moved in, but it wasn't too bad. The water was shut off several times while I lived there, for either a few hours or a day or two, due to ongoing plumbing issues. Sometimes we got notice about this, sometimes not. The unit we lived in was definitely not updated, and a little run down, but it was livable. The property manager was reasonable and understanding about issues. The maintenance man was fast to come an assess and issue and/or take care of it. I wouldn't live here again, but it was a good starter apartment at a reasonable price.

Lived here 2 years, apartments are nice but stuff breaks easily and you can tell they do cheap fixes. My shower would have paint peels, the jors would break right away. Main problem is moving out. They will charge you for everything regardless if you do it. I took a video of my apartment due to reviews I seen saying this. I will show them to prove my stuff was cleaned so no point in the charges.
