Ordered two baked potatoes. Both came out nasty. Tried to get a refund or the situation fixed. Instead the employee was rude. Can't believe I'm saying this but a place in Nacogdoches of all places has a baked potato place that's part of a gas station makes wayyy better baked potatos for half the price. 2/10 wouldn't recommend.

I specifically asked for the potato with broccoli ham and cheese and they gave me the wrong potato, also they didn’t even give me a full potato… it was cut in half, their prices went up and they don’t even give you a whole potato. Very unhappy and I usually love this place.

We have ordered twice in the last three weeks or so and I don’t know why we haven’t ever ordered from here before!! Everything we have had has been quite tasty and very reasonably priced. This will definitely become a regular spot for us! 🥔❤️

This was a great spot! I got a #2 which has cheese, sour cream, chives and bacon and it was delicious!! Would definitely recommend trying it out! They have little areas outside to sit at and its mostly got traffic going through their drive thru

I always ask for ranch..and when i get back to work to eat my salad they always give the thousand island dressing...is it really that hard guys?? You messed up my lunch once again... don't think i will be going back anytime soon... : (

Tiny bag of chips, barbecue sandwich was pretty terrible, and it's right next to the chicken plant, so it's smells like someone took a dump in a crockpot, then turned it on. They almost forgot my drink, as well.

Always love the potatoes but I tried the birria quesadilla and it was fantastic!! And amazing friendly service as always!!

Good afternoon, just to leave my comment, the food is good, but the attention of the workers is very bad, and honestly, I have no desire to return. If people don't like their jobs, then look for another one, but you always have to give it to the customer. the best smile because that is what we as workers live on because if the client does not come to consume there is no money so my queens smile at life God bless you

Got a barbecue sausage potato with cheese on it. The cheese was old or something. It would not melt in the microwave

Worst brisket I've ever had so tough , if that's what you call bbq please quit selling

I probably eat from The Spud Too more than I should, but if I want a good potato or a really yummy cobb salad or a taco salad that makes me want to take a nap after eating it, they bring it! Prices went up a little bit but you pay just as much or more at several national food chains and the food isn’t as good.

Food was really good. Hadn't been there in a while. Only thing that disappointing was waiting at the order window a while. No cars in drive thru.

Food was hot wife's was good but I had the brisket potato. I'm not even sure if it was brisket it was chewy flavorless and just nasty to eat. I've had a few of the other potatoes and they were pretty good but just don't get the brisket it is atrocious I'm surprised they feel okay selling it as such.

Great potatoes with a huge array of toppings. Good vegetarian options. Cheap for the amount of food you get.

Soooo good! Even the Mini sized Spud is plenty for one person! I had never had one. Now that I tried it I’ll be back more often!
