Couldn't take a bath because the shower tub was cracked, asked to switch rooms since we rode a bike for 10 hours, so we could soak. They said every tub leaks shower only 😑. Then they only gave us half a roll of toilet paper when we went to office in the morning to get more no one would answer 😑 also at 5 am we discovered there was little to no hot water 😑 $67 but not pleased with basic things you expect at a motel. Tv is cracked also, they don't seem to care about repeat business.

We came to Lufkin for a Church conference and this hotel prices are amazing! And there's a ton of places to eat around the hotel. There's a Walmart and Sam's Club as well behind the hotel. The staff are amazing and friendly. The rooms are better than most hotels that cost way more. This will be the Go To hotel whenever in Lufkin.

No breakfast or even coffee No English speaking person in the front desk. Really needs attention on everything in that hotel. Front door is locked after certain time and you need to ring a bell to get inside the hotel. My advice is spend a little more for better service in a different hotel. Save you money go somewhere else. Stay away

The rooms wasn't the nicest, but for the low price I guess it was maintainable...

This place needs a major upgrade to the entire hotel. Rooms are very old and in rough condition. No breakfast, no pool and barley enough parking. Bonus, is everything you could ever need is right around this hotel.

Great location but hotel is very run down. Trash in hall. Had to request a coffee maker that worked. Scratchy towels. Coffee in lobby was horrible. Floor in room was sticky. Stair vinyl lose and tripped. AC worked well. Zero customer service. Lots of close fast food but that's the only redeeming quality.

This hotel is awful. They are rude and unprofessional. This place clearly does not value its customers. I recommend never giving business to this establishment.

Yeah it's a cheap cheap motel. However, that's what I could afford. No crack heads and it within walking distance of... Walmart, Weinerschitzle, Little Caesars, and several other things

Charged me 105.81 for a one night stay when I booked the room 2 days prior for 53.23 a night. Will not ever go back there and will never send a family member or friends there either . Overcharged and my booking was online in my email . I showed the guy at the desk that and he said that they don't use that website which clearly shows they do.

This was probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Granted it was low rated but geez at least keep it clean! Nasty sticky substance on walls, sheets had blood stains, floor was sticky, didn't know carpet could be sticky but yeah, dirty towel on bathroom floor, and habib at the front was flat out fn rude! If you're reading this do yourself a favor and skip this place....sucks!

The location is very clean and neat. Room that I used needed a Lil TLC (upgrades) but can't complain for the price. Chose to book again and I regreted the decision. Well I'll pay up from now on and stay further away from my business requirements since management at this establishment is unaccommodating. I had to leave the room for a last minute change in plans. I was running behind schedule for check out time so I called and the initial 2 calls went unanswered. On the third try I explained my situation that I was running late getting back to the room and requested a late check-out. The gentleman on the line blatantly said NO. I asked for a 30 minute extension to my stay so I can get hygiene done, pack and depart, he was hesitant and extremely rude about it. I arrived back at the room by 10:39am (11am check-out) Needlessly the linen had already been removed as well as the towels. I couldn't even wash my face ☹️ The hallway was filled with boxes of I'm assuming supplies and I had to work my way around their crud in order to leave. Customer's satisfaction is not on Management's itenirary at this establishment. Left the property by 11:09am and they were rude about it. I suggest you STAY AWAY!

Air conditioning didn’t work, refused to move rooms because of it. Room was nasty and smelled terrible. Gentleman at counter was rude and had no care for customers opinions. Left a charger there and asked if house keeping had found it and they just hung up on me every time after I asked the question. Stay anywhere but here when you travel for work!

We stayed for one night. Make certain you bring toiletries as they will only give you 2 bars of face and body soap, toilet paper and tissues. The shower does not allow you to use it as a bathtub. There is only one pillow provided for each person. I don't know if the hotel recently changed management, but our door handles (the inside handle to front door and the bathroom door) were broken. And the toilet ran periodically all day. Finally, the TV volume doesn't get very loud. They are adamant about the no smoking no pet policy. The female receptionist is nice. And they have coffee and juice (and have lost breakfast-like every other hotel during Covid).

Great location, decent* room for the price (you get what you pay for) but poor customer service. Only one room key for 2 occupants, only 3 pillows on a king size bed and told no extra pillows when a 4th was requested. *decent as in the room and bed were ok but the tub in the bathroom had duct tape and a note that says shower only, do not fill tub with water. The alarm clock display was broken, the towels are small (I'm 130lbs 5'0") and only 2 per room.
