The best hotel in Lumajang;. Their room spacious, clean, elegant. They provide different type of room but unfortunately they didn't provide any lift although they have three floor building. Even for their "Executive Room" are located in 2nd and 3rd floor. If you doesn't want to take stairs please choose the Executive Garden Suite room. Other than that the reception is fast and effective, room service also pretty good, but the when we came there are no concierge service provided. The location also in the heart of Lumajang city, just in walking distance in several commercial area, banks, and also central park (alun-alun). Definitely comeback to here when visiting Lumajang

Good one hotel in Lumajang! We stayed at superior room no.219 It’s not as bad as we tough, they provided what we need, which is clean bathroom, air conditioner, no hot water * is okay because for us this city is quite hot :).. So nice to take shower with cool water. Included breakfast! Not bad for this price.. Specially their restaurant are good quality and low prices. in the night we order sate ayam Rp.15.000,- and taste very good! Down side is : if you are foreigners don’t really expect too much on western breakfast :)

The hotel is ok, the room is clean, wifi ok, the taste of food from the restaurant is good with afdorable price. There is some spot to take a picture inside the hotel. Need to improve is there is no lift or elevator to reach 3rd floor, hopefully can consider in future and also please to improve variant food for breakfast. Overall recommended

The rooms are various and nice. The service with care staffs is good. The location is near the city center. The prices are affordable. The parking area is fine.

Average room, but good enough to stay. If you don't see the bathroom door inside the room, be sure to check out behind the main room door right after you open it. The bathroom is there. A bit hidden it is. Don't know about another rooms but that's what i had in my room. Other that that, everything was fine. The hotel is located in a busy road of Lumajang. Many shops around. Stayed in the hotel for 4 days on February 2021.

Well, decent hotel.. better than nothing... the soap smelled a bit weird, thankfully there is supermarket next door..funny thing they dont receive niaga mastercard though... do credit card only accepted with their respective edc ? It does leave a bad first impression with me.

First choice hotel in this small town. Strategic location & great neighborhood. The hotel is small but clean enough. Breakfast is good enough for this kind of hotel. It is better to start your breakfast early in the morning so you can enjoy their full range of varieties. Be aware that some room types do not have hot water shower. The staff needs quite an improvement on hospitality. At least, please tell your guests where are their rooms & help them with their baggage, instead of just giving keys and "help yourselves!"

We arrived here at 1 pm and we cannot enter the room until 2 pm. We entered the room at 1.50 pm The room is okay, clean and spacious. The hotel location is on the center of the city lumajang.

Of most of my trips to Lumajang, this one provide most adequate hotel room in town!

Gajah Mada Hotel was one of low-budget hotel that located in Lumajang, East Java. The service and the hotel staffs were good and friendly. The room was tidy and clean. The location is quite good, because it was located in the central of the city. It was also easy to reach the shopping center. There were many instagrammable spots in the hotel, where the visitors can take photos. But, there was no lift in the hotel.The air conditioner couldn't work optimally, so that the air was a little bit hot. The refrigerator also couldn't cool the things inside optimally. Overall, it's highly recommended to take Gajah Mada Hotel if you have a plan to visit Lumajang.
