For me this place bring back the old memories. My grandpa used to eat here. The setup still the same, warung style mashed with restaurant. There's a lot of dinning table, but I like better the counter seating. In this occation, I ordered Nasi Campur. The dish consists of nasi ~ steam rice, telur ~ egg, ayam ~ chicken, sayur ~ sauted veggie. The taste is classic east java, sweet yet savory, all balanced well. For beverage, I order es dawet ~ ice with coconut milk, sweeten with palm sugar, mixed with rice flour jelly. Not the best I had, but still palatable. Dining room is clean, better than most warung. All the staff are friendly.
