Nice place to stop at on a road trip. They have EV destination charging around the rear of the hotel. Total of 4 outlets, J-1772. Didn’t know they had them, but the front desk staff pointed them out when we arrived. Charged to 100% overnight so we could continue on our way home without the need for another charging stop. There is a Tesla Supercharger real close as well. Breakfast provided. Clean and nice rooms.

If I could give 3.5, I would. First thing is they gave our conjoined rooms away before we got there and then separated us by 3 floors but, we made the best of. Here's where it went downhill. I inspect beds and bathrooms at every hotel I stay in. When he arrived in the first room the toilet was horribly nasty. My husband went downstairs and asked for someone to clean it. They said they would. We went to second room everything was fine so, we left for dinner. Come back bathroom is still nasty so, I go ask for someone to clean it. Front desk night employee was FANTASTIC, she radios someone and I can hear them say no one is here from housekeeping and I'M NOT doing it. She tried to move back so I couldn't hear that but I did. I asked for gloves and something to clean it with since it was an issue for someone to. She eventually moved our rooms to the same floor, that they couldn't do for my husband when he checked us in. I do not know the name of the night clerk but she did an excellent job of trying to and making things right. It would not allow me to add my photos.

Stayed here in late July, clean, quiet and excellent breakfast choices! Got in late, almost 11pm. Front desk girl was very quick and helpful. They are or were in the middle of switching over the showers to in-shower containers for soap/shampoo dispensers. Our room had not been switched yet we had 1 travel size bottle of each. No problem, girl at the front desk said no problem, she had plenty of extra soap and shampoo travel bottles downstairs so we grabbed a couple extra so we could all(5 of us) get a quick shower. This was just a quick overnight stopover on our trip but it was definitely a hidden gem! Next trip towards the South and we need an overnight stopover, looking here first!

Clean! What a great stop. Our room was so clean, comfortable, quiet. All employees were very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was awesome. We will stay here every time we pass through.

Quietly tucked away hotel. I’ve stayed here before and this is my second stay here. It’s located right off I-95 and easy to get to. There are an assortment of eateries very close in proximity along with gas stations and a Walmart across the street. Convenience is definitely a plus. Service here is great for the value and rooms are kept clean and stocked with complimentary toiletries. They have a pool and breakfast is included in the stay. They have a patio where you can have ppl over and just chill. There is also an ABC store for those interested if there is a get together to be had! Staff is friendly and if there are any concerns they will address them right away! If you’re ever in Lumberton or passing through and need somewhere to lay your head or chill for the night, definitely put this place on your list of hotels to stay!

This hotel was pretty good. I had a bit of an issue with the bathroom but other than that I would say it's a good place to stay in Lumberton. And the hotel is only 2 years old. The staff was awesome, super helpful. The parking lot is pretty large but does get filled up fast after the sun goes down. 7 out of 10 recommend. It would have been a 9 out of 10 recommend but the bathrooms could really use some help for it to be such a new place.

Rooms were good. Bed was very comfortable, but very soft. If you like a firm bed you will not enjoy this. Toilet was a problem. Clogged and when I requested a plunger they couldn’t find one and no one was able to get a hold of someone who could find it. However, the woman at the front desk was wonderful and helped us by giving us an alternative room without issue.

They don't seem to understand the meaning of the word temporarily. The pool has been "temporarily" out of order for a month+. The side door has been "temporarily" out of order for a month+. Thermostats in room have been "temporarily" out of order for a month+. To their credit, the elevator was only temporarily out of order for 2 weeks. It's a nice, newer hotel but I have concern at their inability or unwillingness to keep it maintained. It is a great location with several close food options. Everything was clean. It appeared to be a safe location.

Hotel was top of the line. It was super clean, room, lobby, bathroom, linens, etc. Breakfast had so many options! So grateful for a relaxing comfortable place to sleep and chill between activities! Latanya, at the front desk, was amazing! Housekeeping did amazing!
