We always stop at Chick-fil-A when on the road ,but sorry to say because of the quality of food at this location,We will pick something different from now on. The chicken strips were so tiny and hard, defiantly dried out and cool, good thing we have our dog with us on the trip , she will eat anything

Fast, efficient and super friendly service, especially from our server Haley! The restaurant is beautiful and clean with lots in indoor seating! Looks brand new. Menu items are the usual available from all Chick-fil-A's. We had breakfast and it was delicious.

I have never left a Google review before, but this Chick-Fil-A deserves high praise. Everyone was incredibly cheerful and accommodating, the manager was wearing a coat and tie and praising his staff consistently, and despite the lunch rush, the lines moved quickly and efficiently. We were so impressed. What a positive experience- we will try to stop here whenever we can when road-tripping south!

Love the food ,the people are great. Always feel like cattle with all the drive through lines. For the love of God please put menus up for people to see. It's great that people rush to my car to take my order but I would like to know what I want first. No I'm not going to use my phone.

PLAYGROUND GONE!!!!! :( I sure hope this isn’t a trend but besides the great food and friendly staff I brave the masses so my kids can get some energy out on their indoor playground.

It is sad that you can't get fresh food, when you ask for fresh food. I went to this location on Saturday and my food wasn't fresh like I requested. So after calling the store, they stated they would replace it. Go back to the location today and my food still isn't fresh and no replacement. How is holding into the receipt (if I got one) mentioned? What was Casey purpose of coming outside to talk to not mess up drive through numbers? If Casey feels like me that my food is cold yet again. Why not do the replacement from the double inconvenience?

Couldn’t have asked for more from the employees at this location. Our car broke down on 95 and we had to stay in town over night. My wife walked into this location, and the cashier noticed she was distraught. She asked my wife what was wrong and after hearing about our day, offered to pay for our meal herself. My wife insisted on paying, but by this point a manager had overheard and she paid for it. It was a very bright and appreciated moment on a long day. I wish I knew their names, but regardless, they went above and beyond. Thank you.

This is the worst Chick-fil-A in NC. The restrooms are always dirty - observed on multiple visits over the past few months. Counter service for order pick up is terrible. Several employees standing around talking to each other, totally oblivious to the customers. Once again have experienced this on multiple occasions. Definitely not the standards I expect from Chick-fil-A!

We had not visited in the past but when they reopened there was so much room and we loved it!! You can be seated and still have plenty of room. Top of the line personal service and always with a smile!

This place was absolutely packed when I was there. Looked like some teenage baseball team had just shown up right before us and all the seats were taken. The staff was cheerful and working real hard. It was a manager guy who was moving the line along and cheering on the staff. Well run business. Great food! Really good people.

So today my husband and I experienced the Lumberton showdown at the Chick-fil-A and I mean that with love and nostalgia of how Chick-fil-A is as an entity. Meaning that they had a whole officer of the law out there to navigate traffic between Walmart and the Chick-fil-A. And this is near a series of shopping centers and restaurants, but nobody had an officer escort at their restaurant like Chick-fil-A did. It was amazing to see he handled the traffic beautifully and the workers there did an amazing job per usual! The customer service is always pleasant and the food is delicious. Thank God! And that line looks like you were going to be there forever. But if you are a true Chick-fil-Aian then you know that that line is going to push through and you're going to get in and out. Don't be alarmed by the line. You will get fed quickly! 😁

Typical Chick-fil-A with food that is exactly what I expected. Drive thru lines tend to be long during lunch time. Sometimes it's faster to park and order inside instead of waiting for the drive thru. Friendly staff that try to keep things moving.

We got off I95 and the place was packed and drive thru was down the street, we had our food in under 5 minutes 😋 amazing job & no one would take a tip !!!

Talk about excellent customer service!!! We had Ms.Vickie who was cleaning the lobby come up to check on us a couple times. I was dining in with my 3 kiddos and managing 3 kids is hectic as it is when your just grabbing a quick bite! But she was the upmost sweetest and really didn't have to help but she did and this will be one of my most memorable experiences here. Thank you Chick fil A for always exceeding my expectations!

I love the express lane for those of us who order through the app. It is so convenient. As always Chick-fil-A employees offer great service with a smile.

The service was not as friendly as other chick Fil a I have been to the chicken nuggets were not hot and fresh tasted like they were sitting there all morning

We pulled up right at 1:00 on a Friday afternoon, and the line was out to the road. My husband said "let's time them just for fun" THIS LINE WAS HUGE!!! When I tell you we were still out on the main road when we started the timer, and had our food in 7 minutes from the time I started timing. From the time we ordered we had our food in less then a minute it felt like! Such awesome service and great similg faces 😊

Really friendly staff. Was visiting and the lady working the drive thru window, forget her name but she was outside of the windows and she made small talk while we waited for our food. Asked us their question of the day. Nice first interaction

As always, quick clean deliciousness. Easy access off the highway and fairly fast lines. They have a dual drive through which is perfect and the inside is updated with a play pen for kids!! 👌😱 They forgot our ice cream but we're quick to fix the problem with no delay 😊

The staff has been friendly every time I visit. We visited an hour before closing so I guess that's why the young lady who took our order this time wasn't in a, hope your experience is great mood 😂 Nevertheless, the food followed her attitude. It was thrown together. The cheese was cold, the chicken was warm like it was sitting, and the lettuce was bigger than the chicken on the sandwich 🤯 Long story short.. Do not go before closing and you will get DELICIOUS food 😏😂

While there was a long line, it moved very quickly. The staff was very friendly and even used my name multiple times during the whole process once my order was placed. I felt very welcome!

Very skimp on 12ct meal not worth 9 bucks. Literally what I got in the picture… update I gave it another star up because today food was right but still a 50-50 so far for me…..update went back the 3rd time in a day and the sizing was better so it is a 33% chance so far of getting skimped I will go no higher than 4 star

We enjoyed our lunch. The biggest concern was how to actually get into the restaurant. The drive through went around the building. We had to walk between cars to get in. It was the oddest set up I have encountered.

Yeah I liked it. Nuggets were cooked so well and crispy. A nugget fell while I was driving. I almost parked in the middle of the interstate to find that nugget. They were the best. And quick service. Chick fil A is one business that I think is gonna last forever nation wide.

Did a drive through order. We ordered spicy deluxe and asked for chick-fil-a sauce, we revived neither. We ended up with spicy sandwiches instead. The lady who took our order didn’t even double checked by asking us again if this and that were what we were ordering! If you’re not sure, why didn’t you asked??

Right on I95/ very fast stop for a break. It is a very decent place. The staffs are good. Food was good. Appreciating it because it was the end of the day and still they were working hard and a smile on everyone’s face.

Let me start by saying that John, our counter server, was excellent and took our order perfectly and reviewed our order before submitting it (even my wife’s 1/4 of regular lemonade and 3/4 unsweetened tea drink order). Since we were traveling and began eating our food as we were driving away and the first comment was, the fries are soft and unsalted (strike one). As the driver, I waited to eat my chicken filet deluxe (not spicy) sandwich after we got out of the traffic and discovered that I had a SPICY chicken filet sandwich (strike two). I immediately called the store and spoke with John, the excellent counter server who took our order, and let him know the condition of our order. He was very apologetic and professional (kudos for him again). He took my name and number and said someone would call me back in about an hour. Unfortunately, I never got my call (strike three). In addition to my order, my daughters deluxe was supposed to be without tomatoes BUT there were tomatoes (forgot to tell John about this one). So, let me end on a positive note, The sandwiches and drinks were good. The end.

This Chick-fil-A was our best food stop experience on a long drive down I95. We got in and out really quickly and the food was fresh and tasty. The bathroom was clean. We highly recommend if you're traveling, to stop here for food.

I was in the area for training and visited this location for some of my favorite items on the menu. I had chicken minis for breakfast and a Mello Yello, with a heaping helping of customer service. I even got to hear a couple of beautiful voices singing while they worked. You should go see them and get some good chicken.

We were on a tour bus. Chick-fil-A employees rush to open more registers and our crowd was handled quickly and food was served. The did a fantastic job.
