Please do not stay at this location. I NEVER complain unless my stay was just ridiculous and my stay here was absolutely Horrible. In everything that happened I still remained calm asking to speak with a manager. 2 weeks later that Manager on duty Mellissa still refuses to even speak to me or respond to emails. I had to move 3 times due to overwhelming PET URINE smell in room one along with Pet Urine stains all over the couch in Room 3. And room 2 As I was using the restroom Water dumped down on me from the ceiling. The only person to apologize to me was the Maintenance man who then confirmed that the water that came down on me was from the Toilet in the room above me. I AM STILL HORRIFIED! The hotel manager will not call me back or respond to emails. And I was told to take a one night refund and asked if I was going to check out on the second day. I was there out of town for a ball. Hotels around me where booked. Where was I going. The WORST customer service I have ever received, except from the Maintenance man who was the only one to show me any kindness. I have contact corporate and filed a Case complaint and Was instructed by them to email the hotel again. Which I did with no results. See pictures for proof of on going damage to that room. I should never have been moved into a room with issues. And to have someone else toilet water dumped down on me with NO RESPONSE or An apology from the manager there is unacceptable. I travel a lot and have stayed all over and have NEVER experienced something like this. Customer service and some decent Human kindness would have aided to make this situation better. I have never left a review like this but I want to let everyone know this hotel is horrible. And ID NEVER recommend it to anyone.

The hotel that was rated 8.5/10 was not rated correct at all. I wish I would have known how it really was. The hotel was more of a 3.5/10. There was a awful smell on the entire 3rd floor. We had to ask for clean blanket and sheets because they were dirty and ripped up, which I took pictures of. It looked like the coffee pot had been used and not cleaned. The floor was dirty with hair and dirt. The whole reason we chose that hotel was because of the rating and pool. But the pool was closed due to it being dirty and not safe. The water was foggy. The bathroom shower water did not get hot. There was so much dust and hair under where they had the towels. The extra blanket in the closet was dirty with hair and crusty stuff on it. The back piece was missing on the remote so they put tape to hold the batteries in. The microwave was not working and dirty inside. The bathroom also had a lot of construction fixes that was so getto. It really feels like we got ripped off. I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a nice one.

Traveling to Florida. We have a small dog so limited where to stay. Our pillows were filthy drool stains on all the pillows , no protecting covers on them and the extra blanket was very pilled and worn out. I had to put a towel on the pillow to sleep. Also, shower was Luke warm. They usually put dogs on the 1st floor but we were on the second floor so you would think it would have been cleaner because it's not a usual room to rent to person with a pet. The breakfast was excellent many options . That was the only positive in our stay. It's very close to the highway to continue our trip.

Our room was clean, (and I am picky). The front desk staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious with many options. Will absolutely stay here again. I don’t understand what some of the negative reviews stem from, as we had a wonderful stay.

We found roaches 🪳 in our room, not returning. We grabbed this room because location was ideal for what we went for, the front desk seems helpful and nice. The entrance looked clean

Avoid this place like the plague!!!! Please look at my photos and video before you consider staying here! I currently have the charge from here in dispute with my credit card. The first room we were put in had a bag of human feces behind the couch. The second room we were placed in had black mold, dead and living cockroaches in the room along with roach feces, and the shower had water pouring in from the shower in the room above while that person was showering!! It was like a horror movie in there. I checked out 3hrs after checking in. I spoke to the manager Melissa who assured me she would refund me for the first night and then she didn't. She lied right to my face which is why I had to go through the longer process of disputing the charge. Please please don't stay here 🙏 because you will regret it. Go to the Holiday Inn in Pembroke NC it's 20min from this roach motel and is cleaner and about the same price.

I was assigned a beautiful room. I woke up in the middle of the night and encountered several bugs of various sizes. Needless to say, sleep was not an option. I was moved to another room that wasn't as nice and located away from my friends. The room needed more cleaning (both headboards had mysterious stuff on them and fingerprints). The walls needed attention as well. After me cleaning, I was tired and needed another break. The staff was extremely nice through it all.

Very Old. Not worth the spend………… I have stayed in other places that are very good compared to this and it costed me half the price what I paid. 1. Very worn out furniture, 2. Damaged walls, 3. Broken drain plug in wash basin. 4. Not all items will get refiled during break fast time (just half way through breakfast hours). 5. Fruits in breakfast was bad too. See image. Originally my room was very smelly (urine smell) . Upon talking to front desk, they immediately switched me to other room which is Okay. Only good thing about this was .. Very friendly staff who is ready to address your needs. 5 star to them.

We always stay here when we come that way for racing. The staff is amazing. I only have 1 complaint. We stayed about a week. They served biscuit & gravy. It was very good, but could have used a change on the breakfast. Maybe some French toast, or some bacon.

Everything was great except for the housekeeping practice. The policy of not entering rooms on weekends placed a hardship on me as a person with physical challenges. Having to remove my own trash and get linen to change my own bed is unaccetable. I believe I deserve and request a 50% refund for my double2 night stay. I did not expect to have duties as my own housekeeper!

For an I95 roadside hotel it was perfect. The rooms were spotless, the front desk staff was so welcoming. I had dogs with me and the pet fee was nominal and there’s a huge grassy area adjacent to the parking lot to let them run around on their leashes. I travel up and down 95 a couple of times a year and have stayed in some gross motels. This place is nice. There’s also a chick fil a close and tons of other restaurants. Felts safe too. The gym was great my daughter used it before we left in the AM. I’m totally staying again.

This place is infested with roaches. Will never be staying here again. First room seemed normal until the lights went off and they claimed out of the bathroom into the dog's bowl. Second room's bathroom is also crawling with them. Spend the extra money somewhere else for the peace of mind.

Love this place.. great staff friendly. Great service.. breakfast is awesome pretty clean room and hall and great people with dogs and else.. no complain as all. That room and shower re awesome feel good and clean.. WI-Fi is great high super speed with no problem Definitely will visit them again next visit.. can’t wait see friendly staff.

The hotel was acceptable and the staff was pleasant, mostly a good experience except if you’re a dog owner, they put you on the first floor. my room was directly across from the laundromat and I could hear the machines banging very loudly and people talking and music being played until about midnight. If I had a different room I probably would’ve given it four stars.

The sheet were clearly dirty with fresh coffee like stains, human hair(multiple) on both beds.Clothes from previous guests in drawers. No apologies, but they gave me sheets so that I could change them myself. They they were booked for the night and asked if we wanted to keep our room. We do not have too many choices since it is now now midnight and hotels are booked for miles!

Number one on my list is cleanliness. This hotel gets 5 stars for cleanliness. Next is bed comfort. I'll give 4 stars for comfort. Breakfast is really the only reason not to give a full 5 star review. It is a standard hotel breakfat, powdered eggs, waffle maker, etc. so my review is based on that, not comparing it to a full breakfast restaurant. Breakfast gets 2 stars. The waffle mix....it was just colored water, no mix, so no waffles. Ok then, toast....well, the toaster was out of order. So I'll just have some juice then. Nope, just water out of the juice dispenser. We gave up and went to McDonald's. Because of good cleanliness and comfort, I would absolutely stay here again.

Typical Comfort Suites. Everything well-worn, but room was clean. No hot water for shower even very early in morning. No EV chargers evident. Breakfast was typical fare - not good or bad. Very convenient to I95. Pool and gym on site.

Kim at the front desk was so sweet and helpful!! She made check in a breeze and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as can be. Kim you are the definition of southern hospitality!!! Thank you!!

OmG I cannot say enough about this hotel. The front desk guy (David) took care of our reservation like no other. We checked during a busy time and he was so sweet to provide extra towels for us to use. He greeted every person who walked in, made sure that the complimentary coffee is filled and tables are cleaned. Staff like David will make me come back to this hotel. And to add this hotel is off the 95 - so if you are driving south and you need a break - this should be your spot.

I read the reviews and said OK this looks good. I speak of a room for pets as we have a service animal. Mold in shower and I can't explain the water droplets stained in yellow on the wall. It was once nice now needs revamp. You charge for these rooms we are exempt but many aren't. Sad quality!!

Very nice stay. Room was clean, dog friendly and super convenient. I was impressed by the shower lol super non typical for hotels. Right off of 95 with plenty of restaurants, gas stations, Starbucks etc. Melissa at the desk was super helpful and kind!!

Day of checkout (about 1 1/2 hr before) a housekeeper walked into our room without knocking when she realized someone was in the room she stepped back out. I opened door and asked why did she enter the room, she stated because she saw my husband leave so she thought it was empty. I told her just because she saw him leave that didn't mean the room was empty and she should have knocked to see if anyone was in the room instead of just walking in. She got smart and said I just told you I saw him leave. Again, I told her to knock and don't just assume a room is empty. I notified the front desk. I was informed by the front desk that the manager wasn't available because she was coming in late that day. Left my number with front desk and informed them I wanted the manager (Melissa) to give me a call. That was 11 Aug 22. I've left several messages since then and informed she had been leaving early for the day. I started feeling that she was avoiding me. It is now, 28 Aug 22, and I'm still waiting for that call. This is unacceptable, and being a guest I will never stay at this hotel again. There was also a big water bug (roach) in our room.

Room was worn, but adequate for an en route stop. Breakfast bar had a surprising array of home cooked food. Hotel is located in an area with a variety of dining options.

Nice clean hotel that was big enough for family of 5 plus our dog. Remodeling in process will make it even nicer. Will return our next trip to FL.
