Please
do
not
stay
at
this
location.
I
NEVER
complain
unless
my
stay
was
just
ridiculous
and
my
stay
here
was
absolutely
Horrible.
In
everything
that
happened
I
still
remained
calm
asking
to
speak
with
a
manager.
2
weeks
later
that
Manager
on
duty
Mellissa
still
refuses
to
even
speak
to
me
or
respond
to
emails.
I
had
to
move
3
times
due
to
overwhelming
PET
URINE
smell
in
room
one
along
with
Pet
Urine
stains
all
over
the
couch
in
Room
3.
And
room
2
As
I
was
using
the
restroom
Water
dumped
down
on
me
from
the
ceiling.
The
only
person
to
apologize
to
me
was
the
Maintenance
man
who
then
confirmed
that
the
water
that
came
down
on
me
was
from
the
Toilet
in
the
room
above
me.
I
AM
STILL
HORRIFIED!
The
hotel
manager
will
not
call
me
back
or
respond
to
emails.
And
I
was
told
to
take
a
one
night
refund
and
asked
if
I
was
going
to
check
out
on
the
second
day.
I
was
there
out
of
town
for
a
ball.
Hotels
around
me
where
booked.
Where
was
I
going.
The
WORST
customer
service
I
have
ever
received,
except
from
the
Maintenance
man
who
was
the
only
one
to
show
me
any
kindness.
I
have
contact
corporate
and
filed
a
Case
complaint
and
Was
instructed
by
them
to
email
the
hotel
again.
Which
I
did
with
no
results.
See
pictures
for
proof
of
on
going
damage
to
that
room.
I
should
never
have
been
moved
into
a
room
with
issues.
And
to
have
someone
else
toilet
water
dumped
down
on
me
with
NO
RESPONSE
or
An
apology
from
the
manager
there
is
unacceptable.
I
travel
a
lot
and
have
stayed
all
over
and
have
NEVER
experienced
something
like
this.
Customer
service
and
some
decent
Human
kindness
would
have
aided
to
make
this
situation
better.
I
have
never
left
a
review
like
this
but
I
want
to
let
everyone
know
this
hotel
is
horrible.
And
ID
NEVER
recommend
it
to
anyone.
