Easy on and off the Interstate... The room was a bit worn out, the furniture was pretty beaten up except bed was fairly new and comfortable. Exterior looked fine but overall the rate is overpriced for condition of room. To note though housekeeping is doing a good job.

I should have taken pics to show you all that the pictures shown on line for the King sized room was the same and I loved it!!! The room clean. The bed was awesome, not as great as my home bed but great for our weekend get away. I ordered everything online. I walked up to the little night office and the Gal there was super nice! Helped us out with places around us and the check in was fast! Great smile, too. Sorry, I didn't catch her name. We were in the back upstairs. The grounds were super clean and the grass was green. We saw people/dogs using hotel facilities. Ice machine and vending machines were clean. Snacks from vending were up to date. Wish the water was hotter. But the pressure was great. The AC had a low hum. Lower than ours at home. No carpet in my room, yay! You can tell they sterilized my room, very cool! Totally coming back for another weekend get away. Hopefully then they will have breakfast. When we checked our it was SUPER fast. Faster than the Hilton or any other higher expensive hotel. The check out Gal was some new to me but so sweet and nice! I am a very light sleeper and for being on a corner room. I actually got more hours of sleep. Thanks Red Roof Inn! I am glad I picked you!!

Horrible no sleep at all thin walls. People yelling all night and slamming doors and random people outside in bushes and walking around all night and morning! Worried about belongings in truck . Room wasn't bad and was pet friendly but no one from the facility cared about all the noise from the time we got there till we left ALL HOURS THROUGH THE NIGHT.

I remembered red roof inn as being a nice hotel chain. That doesn't seem to be the case at this hotel. The most glaring error was no soap in the dispensers in the bathroom. The front desk was only able to give me bottles of shampoo.

I had an enjoyable Saturday until i booked a room here. First of all let me just say i am pregnant with visible swollen feet. We asked for a first floor in which there was 4 available at 7:10PM, Susan the rude and ignorant desk clerk tells me her "boss-man" has a policy where all first floors are reserved for elderly and handicap only. Even if they are not rented. While clapping her hands calling me "baby" in the most ghetto way lol. So i will be putting in a claim with fair housing, what susan does not realize is even privately owned hotels have a state policy to follow. She didn't care to hear that due to her Boss-man. No worries, refund was given and i went next door to that hotel and finished my evening.

The owner was very rude. My 1st room the tub wouldn't drain and the walls was dirty. Called to switch the room and instead of trying to help. He asked me if I wanted a refund. Switched my room and had to clean the whole room myself. There was mildew towels around the plants in the hallway, which smelt like mold. Asked for a " do not disturb " door holder and they wrote it on a piece of paper with a smiley face. I can't make any of this up. Overall......this deserves a 1star but I'm going give a 3 because I did have a good time while visiting.

Deplorable conditions. The only good thing was the night clerk. Check out is at 11 am and I get a call at 1025am being asked why I haven't checked out yet. The rooms are infested with mold and mildew and they are renting out the top floor for long term and the long term guests are apparently well known to the cops. 1 guy exposed himself completely and there were cops constantly coming throughout the night. . Stay away if u value ur safety... should be shut down

For almost $100 for the night I would expect a clean room, not a bed that felt like I was sleeping on floor, not a bathroom ceiling that was not falling down, maybe mopped and vacuumed floors, not an outside door that slammed all night and best of all not dead bugs all over that I had to pick up so my pup would not eat them an get sick. Let’s not even mention the breakfast an no coffee at 8am. Red Roof Inn needs a health inspector visit. Never again!!!!

This hotel is a nightmare. Avoid avoid avoid. You'd be better off sleeping in your car - not joking. This was the only place with availability for a late night arrival. There were skeezy, nefarious looking people roaming around the property inside and out, police visited at least once in the 6 hours we were there. The entire place wreaks of smoke and is dirty. People were coming in and out all night, slamming doors, yelling in the halls. We did not feel safe here. Did not get any sleep, and basically waited for daylight to GTFO.

Fresh remodel from the last time I was here. Everything works and is well maintained. Air conditioner is cool and water pressure is high. Good value for the money! Very clean and considerate front desk help.

At first entry to the building I was immediately hit with the smell of MJ. Not particularly bothersome to me, but notable. I assumed it might be coming from one of the other motels guests, but the scent seemed to permeate no matter how deep I walked into the space of the building, and it was as strong a presence in my room as I stepped inside. On my right was an open closet with a stained bench seat that concerned me with what else I may find in the room, but the bed linens were clean and soft, though the matresses I would learn later are stiff. After a long ride, I was able to sleep rather quickly, however. Positives: the staff was sweet, the AC worked, the TV worked, the linens were clean, the pillows were soft, the bathroom was nice Negatives: didn't feel like the cleanest room I've ever stayed in, but also not the filthiest, the scent is probably not appreciated by everyone and was still there the next morning As a place to rest my head for the night, it was survivable, but it's not somewhere I am eager to return. With many more options in the immediate area, I would recommend trying somewhere else if you have to stop along your journey.

We checked in at 12 pm and all was ok at first. But after we got showers and turned lights off here come the ROACHES. My daughter got up to use the bathroom and had to start killing them. Went down to talk to the lady at front desk, lady said there was nothing she could do. She then proceeded to tell my fiance we must have brought them in because they spray once a week. Very disgusting. Can we get a refund please... This is rediculous.

We didn’t even stay the full night! This place is disgusting! I have stayed at so many red roofs because of my dogs but this one is by far the most disgusting one. DIRTY GERMAN ROACHES IN THE BATHROOMS! And when I went to check out and get my money back, they refused to give me it back and there was a BLOODY napkin on the floor of the night window! This place is absolutely DISGUSTING!

Stopped for a few hours here as well. Decent but the ice dispenser need cleaning. All that black stuff coming down with the ice. No👎 good. For someone not observing and drinking that 😬 Bedroom was okay, has a small fridge and a microwave, this bed was comfortable. I didn't trust the sheets so spread my own.

Rooms overall clean. Bathrooms are abit lacking in presentation. . Very quiet, Beds aren't that comfortable, they make ALOT OF NOISE anytime you roll over. NOT THE PLACE TO GO FOR A COUPLE WANTING SOME " ROMANCE TIME" this bed will let everyone know exactly what your doing if you know what I mean.

Would not allow me to get my medication out my room. Even tho it had my name on it. The round lady at the front DONT take ids and you’re allow to check in with no Id. It a high drug area. And the Indian manger talks to black people like trash. It’s sad that yu spend money to still get treated like you’re not even human.. this hotel is HORRIBLE!!! They over charge for rooms. And have roaches even in the lobby!!! Be careful!!!!! And if it could get 0 stars I def would give them a zero

Very clean rooms that I've enjoyed since 2005 when I stay here in Lumberton. Great pillows, bedding, and beds. If you're considering this staying here, it's worth the value and peaceful.

Room was ok...towels were dirty so my boyfriend had to go get more from the front. The shower and tub was dirty as all could be. Rust and mold everywhere in the bathroom. Dirty walls. All we could smell was weed in the hallway coming from the room beside us all night. Says no smoking in the building in the hallway and yet our bed had tons of cigarette burns and hair in it. Doesn't look like the room was cleaned at all. Had candy and other trash in the floor under the bench seat by the door. Floors were definitely not mopped. Housekeeping knocked on our door at like 10am, check out is at 11. The sweet older lady at the front last night and the fact they had trucker parking is the ONLY reasons we're giving this 2 stars otherwise I'd give it a 0. Definitely NOT worth your time or money.

Horrible, dirty. There were drink rings that were sticky and pink table and night stand. The room and pretty much the whole property reeked of pot.

As soon as I walked in my room it looked like Roachs Drag Racing. Also found what appeared to be bed bugs in the seems of the mattress. Asked for a refund was denied also denied for a different room. I was 100% SCAMED

Clean enough, good enough for a one night stay. I mean what do you really expect from a hotel on the side of a high way. A couple bugs, loud kids crying and fighting, but just fine for a one night stop. Also nice that they are pet friendly.

I checked out at 3:09 and was told since it was past 3:00 I got charged full price for another night. The hotel also had roaches. I didn't see an infestation but there was one on the wall twice.

I have never stayed in a hotel that I could not spend the night in. The entire place smells like smoke. Our room was nonsmoking and we couldn’t breathe. There were roaches crawling on our door when we got there and in our room. The place was filthy. There were stains on the sheets and the bathroom was disgusting. We left less than 45 minutes later and my throat hurt from the smoke. The management commented two months ago that they were promising to fix the cleanliness and roach issues but they clearly haven’t.
