One of the worst stays. Toilet seat was not secured. Television did not work, just sound, no picture. I was unable to get back into the room once we went out, and it took over 30 minutes to have the maintenance man fix it. (We had to wait for him to come to work. What would happen if this was in the evening? ) It was still not fixed, but we got in to get our belongings so we could leave the next morning. Manager has not responded to our calls. There have been several.

Holiday Inn was our saving grace while traveling through NC to Orlando. We originally booked 2 nights at the Country Inn (about a mile down the road) It was horrible, checked out and went to The Holiday Inn. The most important part, the cleanliness. Friendly staff. Beds and pillows are comfy. Nice size pool. A Dennys right in the lobby. Kudos for supplying the rooms with Dove Body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion! We ended up booking again on our return back to Philly. For now on we plan to use The Holiday Inn during our travels.

The rooms are clean, set up nicely, has a comfortable chair to sit in so you're not sitting on the bed to watch TV. An area to set up your computer to get your work done. Beds are comfortable got a good night's sleep! Restaurant downstairs was convenient and delicious.

This is to recognize most outstanding professional, courteous, and caring service from Ms. Lorraine on the front desk. It is this kind of person/service that determines repeat visits and long term loyalty. The property is also clean and well maintained. Thank you Ms. Lorraine!

I’ve stayed at this hotel before when in town for work and had a good experience. This time around they managed to put me in a tremendous bind that was not only highly inconvenient but exceedingly costly. I made reservations online some time ago, so I expected no issues. Upon attempting to check, in the front desk clerk insisted that my debit card/bank was the issue, when what I personally observed appeared to be a system issue on the hotel’s part. I called my bank to ensure they were not blocking the charge due to suspected fraud and was assured there was no problem with my card or bank account. In fact, the customer service rep indicated that no attempts to authorize or charge the card had been made. I understand that sometimes computer issues happen, but the clerk made absolutely no attempt to rectify the situation. I was told that my only option was to find another hotel. This ended up being problematic in more ways than one. It was exceedingly hard to finally find a hotel in town with vacancy that was suitable to stay in, and the one I did find will cost me double what I what I would have paid had I stayed at the hotel I had reserved well in advance. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service that was displayed, and I can’t say that I will recommend or utilize this particular hotel again. I sincerely hope this doesn’t become an even bigger issue in the form of being charged for a room I didn’t stay in.

Rooms are old. Not worth the $ 158.00 price. Rug bunched up all over. Room did not smell clean and fresh. I drove until 230 am to find a holiday Inn and this was a mistake. I expected more from this brand and very high price for a tuesday/ Wednesday stay.

Very nice place to stay, Amy was on the front desk, she was very professional and helpful with anything that was needed. She made sure she got me into a room as soon as one was available, even though I arrived earlier than expected. Amy is a valuable asset to this hotel. House cleaning was amazing and on top of everything and made sure room was squared away. I'll definitely stay here again.

The staff is always lovely! I am from New York and truly appreciate the southern hospitality LOL! The location is convenient and the hotel is nice and cozy. I’ve stayed here multiple times while driving down I-95, and My only complaint is the sheets in the bed aren’t always DRY. They are damp and make sleeping uncomfortable for the most part. Other than that I really love this location. Especially being next to Dennys! And guests get a free breakfast voucher. 👍

This turned out to be a great stop. The staff was terrific (Destiny), the room was clean, cool, quiet, and comfortable. We didn't get into all the amenities, but we were very surprised to learn we had two free Grand Slam breakfasts at a very clean and attached Denny's. The price out the door was just over $100 at the time we visited...

I stay at this location quite often. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Staff are always very friendly and helpful.

This hotel gets a 4 star review primarily because of the friendly staff. I spend about half of the year in hotels but rarely choose Holiday Inn. (I actually chose this one on accident). The room was clean but outdated. A remodel is definitely needed. The bed was comfortable, WiFi worked, and the air conditioning was cold…that’s really the bare bones of what I need. The hotel gets 3 stars. The lady at the front desk added a star with her kindness.

I made the right decision to stay here. This hotel is very clean, my room is exceptionally clean. Give the house keeping a raise. It’s a 5 minute walk to several restaurants. Just off the exit, but the pool is very quiet and private. Perfect! I like to stay at this hotel every time I’m in Lumberton. Ladies, lot’s of shopping within 10 minutes.

Had a Denny's attached and a Starbucks across the street. The room was clean and had good mattresses on the beds. It came with a privacy shade that was encased so that no sunlight could get through. After a fourteen hour drive we appreciated that consideration. The only complaint was the rug and having only one elevator to use at the far end of the building.

Very dirty and outdated! Checked in at 4am between driving from FL to PA. Didn’t get to our room until 4:30am and was woken up my housekeeping pounding at the door and coming in at 9am while we were trying to get a few hours of sleep before the rest of our commute. $130 for less than a 8 hr stay and the place was filthy. Beds were fine but bathroom has bugs and there was hair on the dirty grout lined floors. Not to mention issues with cracks in shower/tub and mold spots everywhere. Towels were stained and only (2) provided for a double room! Bar isn’t even operable so pointless if you want food or drinks. No regular free breakfast provided either. Room is severely outdated for a Holiday Inn with peeling wallpaper and flaking paint. Furniture was lackluster and blinds don’t keep all the light out. Also note there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so if you take a 5 minute shower the room steams up and you can’t use the vanity mirror to get ready.. This place needs a major remodel or demo. I’ve seen better motels for half the cost. Wish we’d spent the extra $60 and gone to The Hilton next door! Want a refund! Only upside was overnight desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful checking us in. NOT a recommended stay.

I stopped while driving to Florida on an emergency trip because my father went to the hospital. I needed to fax some information to the hospital and stopped to ask where I might be able to do that, thinking they might have a business center in the hotel. The woman at the desk Said they didn't have a business center but she offered to fax it for me and waited for the confirmation. She could see that I was stressed and was wonderfully pleasant and cheerful. There were 29 pages and it took a while but she just said she was happy to do it. Next time if it's not an emergency will stop here on my way to Florida from New Jersey! Everything looked clean and well staffed. I always remember the kindness of strangers and this is definitely high on my list.

This is the second hotel we stopped at last night, after finding roaches in the first one (Eeeek!). Glad that we did. This place is Very Clean, Comfortable, and quiet...There's a Denny's attached so the kids are happy to get breakfast there, and then we're ready to get back on the road. Safe travels!

Spacious, clean, quiet room. Comfortable bed. Coffee maker, microwave in room. Good price, great location, friendly staff. Heater/airconditioner works well. Nice bathroom, hotwater. Plenty of parking. Just off I-95. Will stay again.
