My
husband
purchased
my
1st
wedding
ring
from
here
30
years
ago,
after
having
children
there
1st
diamond
rings
were
purchased
from
here,
there
good
memories
were
connected
to
this
place.
Today
I
visited
Bob’s
with
a
wedding
ring
that
is
21
years
old
with
3
stones
,
however
one
of
those
fell
out
and
needed
replacing,
I
only
wanted
to
get
an
estimate
for
a
repair,
as
I
wanted
to
plan
ahead
for
the
fees.
Next
my
husband
and
I
wanted
to
also
purchase
a
new
wedding
ring
as
well,
as
my
30th
year
anniversary
is
this
year.
A
young
man
behind
the
counter
got
the
attention
of
the
owner
I
assume
,
a
clean
looking
grayed
haired
gentleman.
Without
any
explanation
the
young
gentleman
behind
the
counter
began
to
fill
out
an
form
with
my
name
and
address
to
begin
repairs,
at
this
time
I
kindly
reminded
the
young
gentleman
waiting
on
me
I
was
just
looking
for
an
estimate
for
repairs,
at
this
time
the
older
gray
haired
gentleman
told
me
he
was
busy
and
couldn’t
give
me
an
estimate
and
i
clearly
and
kindly
understood.
So
I
asked
the
owner/older
gentleman
what
was
a
good
time
to
return
and
he
replied
NEVER,
and
that
I
wouldn’t
find
a
diamond
replacement
anywhere
else
that
would
be
better
priced.
As
a
professional
and
kind
lady,
I
told
this
gentleman
thank
you
and
kindly
left.
Customer
service
is
everything,
and
the
serious
possibility
of
a
brand
new
wedding
band
and
repair
walked
out
the
door
with
me.
I
was
very
disappointed
as
my
family
has
always
had
fund
memories
of
making
life
purchases
at
this
place.
I
hope
this
owner
remembers
and
or
rethink
the
value
of
good
customer
service.
