Went in for a simple cleaning. Was subjected to an overly intensive experience. Still don't know if insurance will pay for all of it. It had better, because then I will have been lied to.

Staff is always really nice and friendly. Both dental hygienist are so helpful and answered any questions we had!

Not a fan of dental work , but is you need to have any dental work, I strongly recommend them! The staff and doctor are superb!

Our family has visited Dr Nelem for many years. Along the way have experienced fillings, root canals, and even some creative dentistry. Hygienist's are great too!

My experience at the office of Dr Nelams was nothing but a success. The doctor had to do extensive drilling and placing a temporary crown on a tooth. He was so caring and as gentle as he could be under the circumstances. His assistance was polite and caring in the procedures she was involved. The office staff explained everything to me about the charges and future appointments. I'm very happy I decided to start seeing Dr Nelam.

I had been to another dentist who had sent me to Lake Charles to be told that I needed a root canal. Called back to ask if they could pull the tooth, was referred to an oral surgeon. When I went to Dr Nelams for his opinion, he simply set up an appointment to fix the tooth. The total cost of his services was less than the previous experience where no work was actually done and thousands more in work were prescribed, and if extraction or a root canal was necessary, he could have done those both in house. Highly recommend!

I was sorry to see that Stephanie had retired but was introduced to Abby my new hygienist, she was very nice and did a great job. Gave me some great advice on caring for my teeth. Great job Abby.

Very pleasant staff! I get very nervous when it comes to dental appointments but Abbie made me feel totally comfortable and at ease the entire time. Dr. Nelams is the best! Extremely caring and I’d recommend him to everyone!
