It's only about 10 minutes drive from Old Dutch fort, along the windy road... It's just been fairly completed and open to the public.... Lots of parking area available n beautiful scenic area to take photo... For non Muslim, robes are provided if you wish to enter the mosque... Entrance free but keep your voices low... Others many be praying...

Extraordinary mosque above the water : a must see ! Girls, you can put clothes available for free at the entrance of the mosque to cover your hair and shoulders: don’t be shy to cross the bridge, since the clothes are after it

Beautiful Mosque on Pulau Pangkor. Amazing detail with Turkish and Middle Eastern architectural influences. Amazing motifs throughout and walls and pillars which are hand carved with one thousand scriptures. We felt very welcome. Ladies just be aware to wear appropriate clothing. Next stop the Dutch historical fort.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Floating Mosque in Pulau Pangkor, Perak, is a remarkable gem that left a profound impression on me. As a symbol of spiritual serenity and architectural beauty, this mosque is a must-visit for anyone exploring the island. Set against the backdrop of the tranquil sea, the mosque's design is nothing short of awe-inspiring. The unique structure seems to float on the water, creating a sense of peace and tranquility that's hard to match. The reflection of the mosque on the calm waters during the day and the gentle illumination at night are truly captivating. Visiting the mosque was not only a spiritual experience but also an educational one. The informative guides on-site provided valuable insights into the mosque's history and significance. The atmosphere here is serene, making it a perfect place for contemplation and reflection. Whether you're a visitor or a local resident, the mosque offers a sense of solace that is truly special. I was struck by the cleanliness and maintenance of the mosque and its surroundings, which speaks to the dedication of those who oversee it. Very beautiful from the outside as well as inside. The Qiraat is nice. As the mosque is built on the water its view is amazing. You can spot this mosque when coming to this island from fery if you sit on the left side. There is however no flaw. As everything inside is well maintained. Enough space to perform abulation. The mosque when I visited was only filled till one lane not sure if its busy during Friday. But very calm and peaceful. You cannot access this mosque by walking from the ferry.

For Muslim and non Muslim all over the world. Please visit this on top of the water mosque. The wall decorations is beautiful. The mosque is very clean, calming, and cool with the sea breeze. Visitor can take pictures inside and outside the mosque area. Feel free to walk inside, relax, watch the spectacular scenery of the seaside. It is so breathtaking. I love to visit here again next time I come to Pangkor Island. Love it.

Beautiful mosque. Non muslim allowed to enter and take photos. Females need to wear their jubah to cover the body and hair. The people inside are very friendly towards everyone including non muslims. There is a section for us to read about islam for non muslim. All of them are not brainwashing us to convert but they educate us non muslim to understand about islam and explaining the missunderstanding about islam. Beautiful place and worth visiting to experience what is inside the mosque.

This is a floating mosque at Pulau Pangkor. Located at Teluk Gedung And nearby to Batu Bersurat Abd Dutch Fort. It is a very attractive and unique mosque to be visited. No entrance fee is charge. You may ask taxi driver to put in the list for island tour. Do not miss it!

Nice mosque. This mosque allows non Muslim to visit. We need to wear the ready-made jubah for ladies and a sarong for guys, no rental fee for jubah or sarong. No entrance fee but we can donate some money into donation box at entrance when exit.

A beautiful mosque built by the sea that suits the name of Masjid Terapung or floating mosque. The mosque is very beautiful, well kept and cool. It's spacious and full of beautiful decorated walls. The main praying space is big and spacious and gives a sense of peace and calm. There's a small verandah like that overlooks the sea and looks totally peaceful. The mosque has amenities like bathing room for visitors and water filter. This is another must visit place and I would suggest going at night or near Maghrib (dusk prayer time) as the sky looks beautiful and the colours adorning the bridge was totally mesmerizing.

The mosque is located at the Teluk Baharu Pulau Pangkor. One of the most beautiful floating mosque in Malaysia and main attraction in Pulau Pangkor. You can come here from the Jetty Pulau Pangkor by road. Common architectural for mosque in Malaysia, but the unique of this mosque is there are a Thousands of Selawat of Prophet Muhammad pbuh on the wall collected all around the world. Complete facilities with wheelchair accessible. You can rent a robe in order to enter the mosque for thoseare non-muslims or wearing not proper attire. Free entrance.

Floating Masjid in Pangkor Island. Cool sea breeze, beautiful masjid with serene & calm environment and very clean. There are some stalls & food kiosks along the road opposite to the masjid. Also a few gazebos.

This was my second time visiting this mosque. Still beautiful and have a scenic view as it was ‘floating’ above the sea🤩 It was located near the jetty, so probably your tour guide will bring you here as the first stop. If you have time, you can do your solah here. The wudhu’ area was clean and near the praying area. There was a nappy changing station too in women’s toilet.

The decorations and structure are very nice. I'm a big fan of pretty masjid and this masjid is one of them. They have a water cooler to fill up your bottle so do come visit and it's good if you can join the prayer there.

The mosque itself is great, nice view in dusk, the islamic art on the wall and everywhere. But the people visiting and using the amenities should be more sensitive to the hygiene and cleanliness especially in the toilet. Its a worship place after all. Very bright n sunny during zuhr.
