Road access needs improvement, and fast! Reserve in advance or end up eating upstars. Yes, my friends, the nice bungalows down by the water need reservation, and you only find out once you get there. Priced as a if you are eating at once of the bungalows, even when eating upstaris by the bar. Unless you have a reservation, not worth the 700 pesos per couple for the facilities.

Great place. Staff is nice and respectful. Food is amazing. just need to improve access road but it's a lot of fun and adventure. loved to visit!!

Absolutely STUNNING. We weren't sure what to expect, but we were blown away by how picture perfect the whole day was. We came here during a prebooked excursion through Carnival Cruise lines, and it exceeded our expectations. Lots of great photo opportunities available! Side note, the nicest view I've ever had from a bathroom.

We made a stop during a cruise and enjoyed a wonderful day at Fricolandia. Absolutely beautiful place. Friendly and accommodating staff. Plenty of shaded seating and great access to the ocean and beach. Beautiful swimming pools too!

Before you come here you have to know !!!!!! Don't come here if you only wants to eat because they would ask you to pay 700 pesos for person even tho all you are going to do it's to est and that it .... this people only think about money money . Like hello how are we going to pay 700 just to get inside to eat if we are not going to use anything else. We were 20 people that were going to spend money in food and drink but never again ....

I visited for a wedding group activity and the location is beautiful. Make sure you know which section of the beach you want to be in. The pool is very crowded and there is an area with beach view but far away from the swimming area. The customer service on What's App was very disappointing, the only reason why the day turned out perfect was because our event planner came in to speak on behalf of us, the rep on What's App did not answer any questions until you pay for the reservation. Again beautiful day trip but make sure they answer all your questions before reserving.

This place is an absolute beauty!!! Everything and everyone was amazing! Clean, friendly, delicious, Kids and adults had so much fun we will definitely will do back- it is a must do in Puerto Plata ❤️ thank you Frico!

Beautiful place with nice restaurants great local food. We had a beautiful day, we ate enjoyed the pool, Sat in the shade when it was too warm, walked along the boardwalk to the beach. This is a beautiful place that takes a little bit of time to explore around and see the entire location. The workers there were top-notch any request I made they were ready to hop right on it and help me. This location is very picturesque, pretty quiet and wasn't crowded at all when we visited. Again I'm emphasize the views from here, can be breathtaking.

Overpriced. Great place for kids definitely. Much better places on the beach that won't cost you any money. Food was great but again very overpriced. First time last time.

This is a great place to spend the day by the water. A lot of swimming areas with different access points. Most areas are shallow water. The food was the best part of this. Great great food!! Ruben our server was excellent. Drinks first round were so good second round some were hits some were misses. The road to get is really good no complaints. The issues were some hygiene. The beautiful view bathroom are so dirty and nasty. You would think the ones with the view you would keep clean. But they were really bad smelling and dirty. The coconut man was throwing straw wrappers into the ocean. The turtle and iguana enclosure was really bad. The turtles have a small poll of water made out of a garbage can lid. They are in such a small space in comparison to all the space they have available to them. Makes no sense they are an afterthought here. I would def recommend

A very good experience, the site was very well maintained, the bathrooms were very clean, I liked it and I want to return, the only problem that should be improved is the way in which customers communicate with them.

Fantastic views good was great also in the middle of no where but worth it only went there in day trip would definitely go back best to rent a car use GPS relivetly easy to get to but it is 45minutes or so off the main highway gas up before you head out
