Ordered a burger and fries from the drive thru. When I was handed the bag of food I drove off and tried to eat it elsewhere. Only then I noticed that the burger had been put into this bag sideways, with the opening of the box facing the bottom of the bag - this meant that the burger and all the toppings had fallen out and were all over the bottom of the bag. Why someone thought it would be acceptable to put food into that bag like that I have no idea, but, it ruined the food. I won’t be back.

Ordered quite often. Ordered chicken big mac and some reason got beef.. Ordered quarter pounder with cheese, got a plain burger no cheese.. Ordered a cappuccino with a meal, no cappuccino.. these were all Ordered for delivery by the way. Appalling delivery service.. better when sitting in.

Lurgan McDonald's is an absolute disgrace. My young children could work there and do a better job. Forever getting orders wrong and messing orders up. 8 times out of 10 our order is missing items or wrong full stop. Clearly an issue with inadequate staff not paying attention to their work. We won't eat from here again, there's many a restaurant in town that are more capable!

For fast food it was slow. Ordering was painful multiple times to get it right and screen not updating to show corrections.

2nd order placed with uber eats.. And food items left out. No cantact number to complain directly to Mcdonald's,only a pantomime where you have to take a picture of your order.?? What good is that to the person left without dinner? Really not good enough.

Wated so long over 50 minutes but we got some free food and the staff were very nice, and they were so busy.

We went through the drive in it was two lanes and it was busy but we got our order fast and it was hot as it had just been cooked. The staff were curtious and respectful.

After waiting for ever at drive in, the girl at payment kiosk tried to make me pay for 4 different orders and could not find mine had to reorder. The at collection I had to go and wait in bay for ages to get food. Not fast food. Very disappointing. Ps also had no mcflurrys. ????????????

Staff friendly and approachable willing to help, food as per usual quick and tasty, atmosphere is great, it can get very crowded which doesn't personally suit me

App order, got back, chips were cold and not fresh kids burger was burnt, wife’s Big Mac had a burnt Pattie in it also, pickles were requested on app to be removed from Philly cheese stack and were not. Very poor McDonald’s, perhaps time to review this franchise as they clearly don’t deliver to expectations.

Hard to get a parking spaces with over 7 cars spaces took up by delivery drivers just waiting there chatting. Food was cold by the time we got out and got home and 1 item was missing, and people standing all over the shop waiting and no help from employees to try and organise and 3 more delivery people budged past to get an order that wasnt even ready.. overall really went down hill.

So much for fast food every time you go here your park up waiting

Twice now in the past few days I've ordered something, waited as they kept extending the latest arrival time and the place ends up closed with no sign of my delivery. Waste of my time and patience.

It is what it is, fast for food. Continuously get my daughters order wrong when asking for no sauce in the wraps. Always have to check the wrap now before driving off from the drive through.

I mean a McDonald's is a McDonald's at the end of the day. The quality and service that I would have previously associated with this particular restaurant have deteriorated, it's hard for me to judge the time scale that this has happened over as I have been living elsewhere. The staff seem to be very task focused, which leaves that they are not interacting with the customers. This leaves the service feeling cold and robotic. I've read several other people's reviews here complaining about things like the thickness of the meat!? As someone who used to work for this chain at a number of venues including this one, everything is standardised, the burger patties are a set size, cooked in a particular way for a fixed period of time, temperature checked to ensure they're cooked thoroughly. If you order items from the standard menu then everything is prepped, cooked and built in a standard way. I will give people their disputes about items with special requests being made wrong, this however comes down to human error and my recommendation for people who are ordering items like this, is to go inside the restaurant, that way any possible errors can be corrected straight away.

No matter many times I order from here I always say I’m never ordering again! Food is always cold! Always no word of a lie if ye go to the window food is freezing, order for delivery door is freezing! It’s honestly a waste of money! An pure laziness on my behalf for ordering! Save your money cook something cause this place is stinking

I ordered a meal and other items on the menu with just eat and all I got was two drinks that was all it’s so annoying that I get out of work and just wanted a McDonald’s and all I got was drinks. like use need a new system for the delivery to ensure that the just eat delivery guy has 100% of the items. I’ll not be ordering again after this experience. I hope youse make sure just eat gives me the refund

Used the drive through and found staff pleasant and efficient, food was hot, very quick and hassle free.

Not my usual experience in McDonalds, waited quite a long time on big Mac meal, well probably around 10 minutes, when it came out burger was cold, told the girl and got it replaced with another cold burger.. I expected better from spruce field McDonalds

Used the drive though on Saturday. Very busy and appeared popular My order was wrong and thankfully I hadn't driven far when this was realised We returned and the order was changed which only took another few minutes

Love the breakfast muffin and this occasion the 2nd one had no meat but not to worry within 30sec a new one had appeared (every1 makes mistakes)it's 😀 like healthy eating only enjoyable

I love McDonald's. I often order takeout with my family at this place. Big Mac meal for yourself and your wife, chicken nuggets meal for your child. There are bad days and there are good days. On good days, you also get burgers warm and fries and well done just like you ordered. But you also get cold burgers (on bad days) and badly put together, just thrown in boxes. Therefore, I cannot say that it is very bad or very good.

Third time in a few weeks when food served was cold and disappointing.. always could rely on quality of McDonald’s food but lately wait time is too long and food is cold. Making me consider alternatives.very disappointing

Given the wrong order then when I eventually got my order tge fries were luke warm and didn't eat them...place very disorganised bank holiday Monday..never will be back....

It's been a long time since I've sat in at a McDonalds. There were, probably, 20 teenagers eating in a group. There were chips being thrown at other customers. The amount of people loitering, waiting with their 'just eat' sacks to be filled, speaking in foreign languages, didn't help with the whole feeling. Definitely won't be sitting in for a while!

The food i ate was lovely, I think it was made very well, tasted amazing and was served fairly quickly. However, they forgot to serve me my fries, and I asked my friend to go get them. Unfortunately, he was mistaken for an uber driver due to him being foreign. He found this quiet offensive and made him sad for the remainder of the day. They did provide me with a large fries instead of a medium, so it cancels out. Overall, good rating.

Worst McDonald in my life 🤢 avoid! Better to drive to Rushmere. I ordered big mack meal, and two happy meals with plain cheese burgers. Happy meals comes with chicken nuggets instead cheeseburgers, fries a tasteless, I never ever seen so thin piece of meat in big mack! It's ridiculous. Even coke feels like mixed with water.

My friends and I went here tonight and we went into the toilets, as we left our food arrived and then we ate. Then we went back because my friend needed to go aswell as the rest of us as she a uti, a worker came in and she shouted at us to line up outside 1 by 1, my friend went in again she screamed and then told her to get out (this is the one with a uti issue) this is not fair please stop screaming at girls going to the toilet.

I believe this is the worst McDonald's i have ever been to. Tonights food was stone cold, two portions of fries were missing and typically i only find out when i arrive home with the food. (I only live 5 mins away) The amount of times this has happened is unbelievable so it's lesson learnt this time. Won't waste my time in future.

I got 2 burgers they were nice enuf tbf, my woman she got the nuggets and chips. She got to many nuggets that is bad as me myself as a man is on a diet also our chips where soggy
