I made an appointment here 2 times in 2 different weeks. The first time, i waited an hour and 15 minutes and didn't even get to see the doctor. The second time, my appointment was canceled without me knowing, as I did not "call to confirm my appointment with the doctor" when I was not even given any number to call, but they had my number, but failed to call me. Absolute waste if time with incompetent secretaries.

Called many times for an appointment but as usual refused to book.staff are rude specially receptionist Ms natalia.seems like main doctor just review selective and certain patients not all patients.so ,there is a selectivity for certain patients and rest of the patients will send to junior dr.who doesn't know anything.so,waste of money. And you have to plea or beg for an appointment. Some patients just come directly and seeing main doctor. So,if you want to go at medcross you have an connections with inside people otherwise common patients they don't care.just reach and go on cash counter and pay fees and seat till evening.noone care.

Very helpful staff, clean premises. Only requires a lot of directions as it is not easy to go from reception to the doctors offices
