This Dunkin donut has the worst customer service I went there July 23 at 5:15 PM. The lady was on the counter was very rude. She need customer service glasses. I got the coffee it was old and she refused me to use the bathroom.

I visit this DD a lot. It's small but staff is really friendly and they care about the speed and quality of their food and beverages.

Majority of what I ordered was unavailable, instead of them telling me this and allowing me to make other selections, they just gave me what they wanted me to have. That is unacceptable when a person is spending their money. A few of the donuts had the frosting coming off and I asked for those to be replaced with better looking ones and the huy just threw them in a bag and sat ot on the counter. Service and products were terrible. Would give zero stars if I could.

The girls in the place were very friendly! They really appeared to enjoy their job. The egg bacon sandwich was standard fast food, nothing special. The inside of the facility was fairly clean and pleasant. As a tourist here on a Sunday morning, it was the only place we could find open for coffee. Kudos for Dunkin for opening up! Finding this location made our morning!

This must be the smallest Dunkin’ store with no “drive-thru” I have ever been to. If you are one of those “claustrophobic” people, this place will make you feel uncomfortable. Regardless of what items you ordered ahead, expect to wait an unnecessary amount of time before they are ready for pick up.

They are very attentive and always get our order right. They move fast and they were also accommodating when I made a mistake. I forgot to ask for Oatmilk in my drink and they just remade it after the drink was just finished. Today I forgot to ask for a bagel and had to go back. They apologized for the wait once they gave me the bagel when there was no wait! Very nice staff. My only slight criticisms are the amount of bacon items on the menu. Luckily, there are a few vegeterian options but there could be more. Also, the grilled cheese has American cheese. I would get rid of that cheese, it's not the best.

Nice place, always open, feels small and cozy, just trashy enough, it feels like an all American experience

What can I say? I live off Dunkin coffee. Parking is a nightmare during peak hours. I might recommend using the liquor store next door if it's too wild.

I generally try to place my orders via Mobile order but even then picking up the order takes up to 12 to 15 minutes for them to place it on the counter and even then you still have to alert the staff if there is one that you're ready to pick up your order.The customer service is poor but the only good thing about this place is the location. Hard pass.

This is the closest one near my house and other days it is okay. Same Dunkin. I went there yesterday morning cause I had coupons from my mailbox. They refused the coupon with their name and address on it. The cashier said it might be fake because it doesn’t have barcode???? It is your store’s coupon. Dont send them out and advertise if you dont want to apply. Did I mention they ask me a dollar for a cup with just ice. No water just plain ice.

Stop by this morning ordered head for curbside got a iced chai latte with almond milk and vanilla shot and a turkey sausage egg and cheese on croissant. Food was hot and made well🥰, drink was made correctly👏🏽.. only thing was the lady didn’t look for my car she thought I would be up front but it was only parking on the side I had to call in. She was nice about it but I would suggest them to be more vigilant when bringing out curbside orders my order was ready 5mins before I received it.

Nice area of Towson, but very small lot - hard to get a parking spot. Donuts and Sunrise Sandwiches were good, and the staff was friendly. No drive-thru.

Dunkin is my favorite place I’m just move to Towson Well is not the firs time they giving us a very rude & lazy service I’m always get ice matcha late First time I asked light ice She literally filled up my cup of ice Second she just put milk on my cup Is this right Is this a racist act Well I don’t know and I don’t really care I love dunking and the store should do something about they employees There’s always a adult lady & A young man Is always the same I try to talk to them they don’t even listen to a costumer they are so rude Reasons we don’t know Please I always get my coffee or matcha late please don’t make a drink taste a bad day
