First time experience in a locked room and was a very enjoyable experience. Did the chocolate factory locked room which is a lot more challenging than the name suggests but Jamie the gamesmaster was very friendly and informative ,talked us through everything and was on hand to offer some help if needed. Would definitely recommend

Been to a lot of escape room but hands down this was one of the best rooms we have played! Our host Josh was brilliant funny guy and helpful when needed and not overly helpful to the point that it ruins the experiance! Will defo be back! #PrisonPanic!

Amazing! We did the prison escape room. Although we were slightly late Josh was amazing!!! The story was introduced before entering which got us in the mood. The room was quite challenging yet fun! Josh was so helpful and his customerservice was outstanding! We will definatelly be back. Chocolate factory here we come ;) Thank you so much Josh! X

Had great fun escaping from The Chocolate Factory on New Years Eve. Was taken as a treat by my lovely Daughter and Son in law. We have been to quite a few different escape rooms, this one didn't disappoint, we all enjoyed it, the experience made even better by our enthusiastic and helpful games master who was great and she laughed along with us! 😀 Thanks Locked we will be back for more, have done all I think in St Albans but that was our first in Luton. I would highly recommend The Chocolate Factory for family and friends to enjoy...Have fun! 🍫 🥳

I did the prison escape room with a group of 5 of my friends. We had such a good time and managed to get out with 8 minutes to spare. Definitely one of the harder escape rooms I’ve done & will 100% be back to try the other rooms. Our host Jamie was lovely and funny too which always makes the experience better.

The Prison Punk room was really fun and me and my friends really enjoyed it but the small torch on the walkie-talkie was not helpful.

Super fun day our with friend. We did this prison panic, I think, and it was so fun. I got hints along the way when we were stuck and escapes with only 6 seconds left. Highly recommend and would do it again

We did the Chocolate Factory escape room as a family of 4. Two adults and 2 kids (16 & 11). This was our third escape room experience but first at this venue. The lady who greeted and briefed us was excellent. She gave us some occasional help during the challenge when we looked a bit lost. There was a good variety of puzzles and problems to solve and good use of different tech, although some of the clues were a bit tricky. There were a few “logic leaps” which we would never have made without the odd prompt. We did just about manage to escape in the hour and it was a very good experience. Scored 4/5 as we felt this one was a bit more confusing and less intuitive than our other escape room experiences.

Nice friendly greeting from Scott ( Snotty ) from arrival onwards. Had a great time in the chocolate factory and made it out with seconds to spare. We will definitely go back if you haven't been go it's a great experience.

Excellent escape room !! Amazing customer service. Ryan called us before we started to check where we were as were running a little late. Clear instructions and so much fun. We didn't ask for too much help but Ryan gave us helpful nudges . We completed the task with 1min 30 seconds remaining. The only thing I will say is that the pad they give you to record clues on wasn't very big so I feel like a whiteboard would be better. All in all very enjoyable and would book again . My 9 year old also participated and loved it .
