Since I’ve been waiting for over an hour for my order to come I may as well write a review on how awful the customer service here is. I came with a family of 9 and everyone had received their order but me. I then asked a specific waiter who goes by the name Timmy where my order is (a medium sunset burger with peri-salted chips to be precise) and she refused to believe we ordered it even after showing her the receipt. After eventually agreeing that there was a sunset burger missing, she practically slammed my order onto the table and didn’t apologise. I am absolutely disgusted by the awful customer service delivered from this specific waiter because even though it wasn’t her fault that the order came late, the least she could’ve done was apologise and be polite. I would also like to point out that the burger bun is burnt and is nothing like the sunset burgers I usually order from the Nando’s in Milton Keynes (I attached the picture to this review). I will be very surprised if she is still working here when I next come as I know we aren’t the only customers who dealt with her pathetic attitude. Ridiculous.

Another super yummy meal, great service and attentiveness from staff. We ordered a sharing platter with 4 sides and 2 bottomless drinks, food ordered and delivered to the table within 15mins. My son has a (dairy) allergy but the menu is easy to read/understand with the plant symbol.

Food was very nice, staff were helpful and made sure our needs were taken care of. The drinks were a little disappointing considering how much we paid for our meals. Coke zero tasted cheap, unauthentic and not cold enough.

Can't go wrong with a cheeky nandos! My go to is their chicken butterfly with 2 sides. Their mash potatoe is so creamy and nice 😍

The food was good however the pitta bread was not cooked to perfection and it was cold when Arrived all the items I have ordered arrived and the delivery was super quick the full platter was good and the chips ware still warm .

The food was delicious, however it was an awkward experience trying to order. Our server disappeared after seating us, and side dishes were out of stock when trying to order at the counter. I rated service as a 2 as technically there was service, but we had to do almost everything ourselves including getting cutlery. The table and seats were sticky and filthy and it felt like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. If I wanted a stain on my trousers I would rather have soiled myself. Overall, tasty food but you would be better off getting it as a takeaway. 4/10

Amazing food! However with a new phone and the most up to date app, there's no delivery driver tracking. Recently received another person's order and even that wasn't correct on looking at the delivery receipt and the contents in the bag. Also ordered tender stem broccoli on another occasion. I don't know who's prepping the veg but it was NOT tender stem!

Always have Perfect experience. The chicken was done the way we wanted. Love Nando's.

Shocking Treatment ! As a treat, on 13/08/22 I took my 4 kids and 4 of their cousins to Nando's Luton. We arrived at 9.30pm and was conscious that we may not get a table. Luckily the kind gentlemen that greeted us was able to place us at a large table to accommodate 8 kids and 2 adults plus a new born. We ordered and food was served promptly. At approximately 10.20pm an abrupt and outright rude member of staff summoned us to hurry up and eat as they were closing shortly. My jaw dropped at the shear disregard to customer service and that I was accompanied by 8 young kids. After composing myself, I asked if he was asking us to eat quicker and leave, to which he replied 'yes'. My question is why we were ever given a table at 9.30 if we only had 50 minutes to eat and leave? I took this up with the manager on the night, who, I have to say was polite, understanding and was not aware of her staff's conduct. I am not someone that regularly writes reviews but had to get this of my chest. I wish I had taken the gentlemen's name as he is need of some serious customer care lessons or guidance on general etiquette.

Inconsistent when delivering orders. More than once this branch has delivered half filled rice, coleslaw or missed an order. The way prices are these days, and consider Nandos have always been expensive, this is unacceptable. And their online customer service is dreadful.

Nice atmosphere and the food came to us very quickly (a lot quicker than I thought, I thought it would take a while but it took no longer than about 10 minutes). The food was amazing and the chili sauce was to die for, chips and that chili sauce is a tasty combo. I really enjoyed it here.

Food was amazing visited Nandos with family and environment was wonderful really liked the service too..

I had half a chicken with 2 reg sides and a bottomless drink. I love Nando’s! I was actually just passing by Luton. I had to wait for another flight so I thought what else than having a juicy chicken! I live in Spain currently and sometimes I miss the grilled spicy chicken. If you are around you should definitely try it. I am only giving 4 starts because of facilities being slightly outdated. I was really in need to charge my phone and where no power points near any table. Other thank that, brilliant!

Loved my experience after years, eating out after going with my kids to the gaming area for my sons birthday. Will definitely be back again! But hopefully you can have more offers for family meals. Would make it even better.

Food was slightly on the Dry side.. when it gets too busy, the kitchen cannot handle it..

Food was out very quickly and was what you would expect from a Nando's. Although im not from the area and it was very loud, busy and it was not a particularly well looked after area. A few dodgy looking folk about....

It was okay overall, although the portions were very small for the price … £4.75 for a small chicken and £3.75 for chips… all a bit pricey … chicken was a little bit dry too, and I’m pretty sure it wasn’t marinated, as the flavours weren’t so deep. That aside it was okay n staff very friendly

We are regular visitors here, mainly for my youngest son. It is ok, but not standout tbh, and seems to have lost its edge of late. Food is passable, ambience bland -but this is true of all Nandos we have visited. Decor feels very tired, too.
