First time coming here. Its a wonderful place to have lunch or dinner! The menu is wholesome and the food is delicious! Really well done! The staff member Samantha was a real breath of fresh air! Really polite and professional! Me and my partner had a great lunch! Would recommend this place to anyone!

Food was nice for what you pay. They only had 1 waitress on and she was so busy but she done her best and managed to keep everything moving along. The manager could of helped her out a lot more. I had the steak and it was very tasty a lot better than I thought it be. For £9.99 I can't complain. Would visit again.

Absolutely stunning food and hospitality, I loved the place, ordered the Ultimate Sunday Roast and it was incredible!. The Sunday roast was piping hot which is rare for lots of pubs. The chocolate brownie was lovely too. 😋

Went for breakfast on Saturday morning it was busy which is always a good sign, but service was quick. Plenty of continental options and regularly restocked, and full English was great.

I'm only giving this 3 stars due to the length of time that the (very good) food took to be delivered by the (excellent) waitress who served us. As with so many other places, we found that the staff numbers simply couldnt keep up with the number of customers in that night. This should be taken as any reflection on the service we did receive which was excellent.

05 Jan 2023 Used > 10 times in last month Good for continental breakfast. Sometime need to get better at opening on time at 06:30. If they are late opening everyone else is late! Orange Juice Cappuccino Muesli & Mixed Fruit with milk Strawberry Yogurt Marmalade on Toast 27 May 2022 Used > 10 times in last month Good for continental breakfast. Wide choice. Usually good quality and enough quantity for high availability. Staff usually pleasant and helpful. The really nice bread (detailed in the photo) is not always available, but when it is it is very good. Only negative is there is a lot of litter (smoking & McDonalds items) immediately outside the premises that let it down.

Currently sat in this beefeater, really disappointed with the portion size of the dessert. Every picture I have seen of my dessert shows a half ball decent portion size next to a jug of custard, what I was served was the same as my partners who ordered a mini with a ciffee, asked the barman and was no help, came back 10 mins later saying you can have another 1. To little to late unfortunately. Baring in mind this dessert is £6, see pic

Our waitress Sam was absolutely welcoming. We enjoyed our breakfast and Sunday Roast. However we did not enjoy roasted potatoes (waaay to dry)

We dropped in for a quick meal on Friday evening & we’re glad we did! The food was absolutely delicious & I got an unexpected ‘Blue Light’ discount. Our waitress, Georgette, was brilliant- she was friendly, knowledgeable & made us feel welcome. The 4 stars for ‘atmosphere’ was for two reasons- first a table with 3/4 kids was allowed to run around the restaurant screaming the whole time, and second the table we were seated at had spotlights so bright we felt like we were under interrogation! The staff were happy for us to move though, so no issue. We’ll definitely come here more often!

The front desk advised with a sign to wait to be seated. So we did. For ages. Until we all just gave up waiting to be acknowledged walked in. The chairs were absolutely filthy as were the sticky menus. We decided against eating here due to the lack of hygiene. The whole place could do with a really deep clean and a refurbishment. Don't use the toilets. You'll come out with all types of illness and disease. Disgusting place and really poor service

Congratulations this is the worst pub meal I’ve had in more than 2 years. Count your chips, weigh the coleslaw, it’ll be days before I recover from the leaden burger with cheese. On the plus side price of pint is quite reasonable

One evening in the UK and I can't wait to leave again. 1st time I've ever complained at a restaurant. 8.30pm, ordered at the bar, 3rd choice lucky as they didn't have the first 2 items (fish and chips). About 35 mins later, a dessert arrived for us, we informed the waitress we didn't get mains yet. All fine. 30 mins later again (now 1hr since order on quiet evening) the mains arrived. Noticed they looked bare and realised 1. Sloppy joe burger was missing - cheese, coleslaw, bbq sauce, sloppy joe chilli!, 2. Mixed grill was missing - corn, coleslaw, bbq sauce. Waited 10 mins at empty bar to check if we got the right thing as the sloppy joe burger literally had no sloppy joe. Was told the kitchen will be grilled for the mistake... 20 mins later the plate returned now freezing cold, with sauce added. Was told they don't have the other 6 missing items as the factory burnt down... Fine but couldn't that have been mentioned when ordering? Was offered an extra mushroom to make up for it (surprise surprise it didn't arrive). After 40 mins of waiting, asked it the dessert would arrive. 20 mins later it did, now with a lumpy custard instead of the ice cream ordered. Quietly spoke to waiter and asked is there and part refund for all the missing items, was told no sorry because you ate some. He could not grasp that we didn't eat the items that were never there in the first place! He saidnhe would ask the manager who was sat in an empty area around the corner. Manager wouldn't come and I followed up with the waiter who kept going over to ask but nope, she would not move. Another 20 mins and I was called to the bar to say you can have £2 back. All I wanted was to have been told half plates would arrive, or even to have been able to speak to someone! 2.5 hours later we could finally leave this godforsaken place. I can tell this restaurant must rely on being near the airport and knowing that people won't return.

After the last few weeks, we decided that we would give a different restaurant a chance and came here for a family meal with some friends. Well what can I say the food was delicious came out on time with no issues, staff were very polite and helpful and came to check on us numerous times. Ordering for fresh, and there was no issues with the beers which we have had bad experiences, elsewhere. I can highly recommend this venue. Should you wish to have a quiet family meal in nice surroundings and a relaxed atmosphere. we was even offered free puddings due to the amount of money that we had spent which was extremely gracious, but unfortunately we did not take them up on the offer due to the amount of food we had eaten. Please give this a go

Finally we have a chef in the kitchen that can cook a steak. Food was much better than my previous visit about 1 year ago. Just need to pay a bit more attention at the bar.....wait time can be 5-10 minutes depending on time of day.

It's a decent place to go to eat. It's nicely decorated, and for large groups they have a large round table by the fire. The menu has a lot of options and for lunch they offer 2 mains for £12.99. I've gone three times and the food has been tasty every time. The servers are friendly but the service itself can be a little slow.

Me and my boyfriend came on 18/10/23 as we were staying in the premier inn opposite, it was very busy on arrival and we started with drinks in the bar which were amazing and the bar staff were so attentive. We then moved into the restaurant when our table was ready, the manager sat us and was so lovely and accommodating. Emma (i think her name was) as our waitress and she was incredible!! so lovely and nothing was too much trouble, always asking if we wanted any more drinks or needed anything else. Honestly the food was so good, and there was no complaints at all. The staff are lovely and great food and drinks. Definitely worth the visit if you’re staying nearby!

Me and my partner went for dinner here one Saturday evening, we were sat down pretty quick without having a reservation. We had milly serve us she was friendly and kept a eye on our needs. The starters came out quickly, we had nachos and chicken goujons and for mains which took a bit longer, we had a mix grill without Tom and mushrooms and chick and ribs and for dessert we had the kitkat sundae.

Stopped for dinner before our flight home to Philadelphia and so glad we did. Having just finished off a 10 day vacation through Paris and Nice, so our taste buds were quite accustomed to delicious food. Beefeater did not disappoint! The burger was absolutely delicious, the fries perfect, the grilled veggies, Mac and cheese, calamari, all delicious, fresh and clean flavors. Most importantly the service was amazing. Sam was a doll. Love this place. Really caps off a wonderful holiday.

If you want me to be honest: McDonald has better burgers than they do… except meat, which is nice here. I am disappointed. PS. Good wine.

We came here for dinner and booked for 5.30. Starters came out quick and was delicious but the wait for the mains and drinks refills was really long. The beer battered fish was soggy, The chicken is like rubber and you'll need a steak knife to get through it but the rest of the food was enjoyable. My partner waited over half an hour for a pint by then we just sent it back and wanted to get out of there. The heat was unbearable. We had bottomless soft drinks which is a fantastic deal but the server brought over what looked like brown water then we had to wait an enternity for new ones. The staff however are amazing, helpful and friendly cant fault them at all and they were really busy. Unfortunately will not be returning.

Good value for breakfast if you are staying in Premier Inn. They offer vegan sausage and vegan bacon! Good selection of bread and pastries, fresh fruits, cereals, yogurts and hot meals. Coffee, teas and juices included.

Been here numerous times, food is always good and mainly great staff. I do tend to use the bar area for my evening meal as its just me. You can get forgotten especially when they are busy. Walked out before my dessert arrived after waiting over 1/2 hour. I have also been at a seated table for evening meal and great service and quick too. Breakfast is well presented and plenty of it. Buffet style and take what you want. Overall, I enjoy my trips there

First time at The Brache and want an impression! Very short wait to be seated (table of 6 booked). Our server was Jason and we couldn’t be happier. He was professional and engaging with the children, kept us informed with our food progress and even let us know what was not available at that time. Tables was spaced nicely. Food was hot tasty and well portioned. All cooed perfect! Not a single fault. Toilets clean and tidy plenty of parking. The adults had the Flame Grill Combo and wow what a meal! Swapped wings for goujons there are 4 one the plate but can’t see in pic as under the ribs along with a chicken breast. FANTASTIC
