    I've visited McDonald's a few times, mainly for their burgers and wraps. It's a convenient spot for a quick bite on the go. The burgers are consistent in taste, and the wraps offer a decent variety. While I appreciate the convenience, I can't say it's my go-to place for a meal as I prefer more diverse options. However, for classic fast food cravings, McDonald's does the job well.

    Im sorry but menager or team leader should treat people who are working there with more respect, they not animals or robots, but actually I will not treat animal like that..Behave yourself

    My husband and I visited this branch in Luton yesterday, 11/12/23. We placed our order & my husband said to the guy on the till NO bacon on his burger. When we received our order, we sat down, and my husband opened his burger, we could see the bacon. He asked me to confirm, and it was. He returned to the till, the MANAGER was there & my husband explained to him what happened & politely asked for a refund, he said NO as they were already preparing the order. He was very dismissive & rude. A couple of other customers were in agreement that the money should have been refunded. My husband returned to sit with me. After a few minutes, the manager came with the replacement order & only then was he apologetic. One of the customers that witnessed such behaviour came to us & said how appalled she was of his behaviour. Surely, if a customer expresses an allergy to a product, care & attention should be taken. This manager needs to be retrained on customer care & about allergens & the potential to be fatal.

    Waited more than 15 mins to get my burger and chips, and cheese balls, several people who came after me got served before me, in the end I had to complain.

    Regrettable how employees give zero importance to delivery customers every time they come wrong burned or spoiled is amazing! This snack I received in mine came unpacking, missing cheese and the hamburger was dry. How dare you give garbage for people to eat and still charge?

    The waiting time is incredibly slow and definitely they need to hire at least two guards to be on the restaurant all opening times. You can't go to that McDonald's without having issues with the youngsters, they was like 20 inside the restaurant on the top floor making noises, joking with other customers, being rude to staff members and other customers, opening the hidden cupboards on the top floor and stealing stuff from the restaurant.. many times a member of staff asked them to leave and they was being proper rude to her and it took her like 15min for them to leave the restaurant. This lady should receive a raise just for that because all the other members of staff they haven't done anything besides watch and I do understand their side so for that reason McDonald's should hire again security Officers to be on site the full service hours.

    I had the worst customer Service experience i ever had at McDonalds george street. The shop doesn’t have proper working receipt machine. The crew members working there acts as if we are asking food for free. I had wait for 45 min initially and when enquired told me that the receipt i had, had the wrong time and accused me that i took it from the ground. And even after showing the bank transactions they made me wait 30 min more.The public humility i had to suffer was immense. I won’t wish my worst enemy this shop. Pathetic.

    The Asian/Muslim lady with the hijab is very rude! I asked her a question and she responded: "yeah"!! In a very rude tone. This is how you treat your customers?The service is soo slow as well. Ridiculous. Never going in there again.

    As advert on the menu, I wanted a big flavour wrap but was told the sauce was not available. I then chose the bacon ceasor but was given BBQ instead I was in a rush for work so didn't take it back.

    I had mcplant meal today this was the first time I visited this place it was the worst experience my food got completely cold my chips were hard and the burger was cold. Waste of my money on this meal. Will never come back to this please.

    Friendly staff sometimes the food is not very hot and when having asked for it to be heated up the answer was NO!..not very good. Having said that you can guarantee if you go early morning the food would be hot especially the Breakfast Menu and I only had one bad experience other than that all is good and there is plenty of seating and you do not have to wait long for your food. Get's very busy understandingly so as it is Town Centre based.

    Food is good and not just throw into packaging however, speed of service is slow. Staff appear to lack enthusiasm to get food cooked and out. Staff are pleasant to customers which is nice to see.

    Tuesday morning 11 July the day we gathered with our elder sister ordered some breakfast egg snd cheese 3 menu and plain pancake shyrup its good but suddenly we discovered the toested buns are over tosted and turned black which is alerming Acrilimide and that was mould inside the burger ,very disappointing not expected it was a bad experience then my wife went to counter to told about the food quality and they didn’t help her even not offered any thing no refund no new sandwich she was hungry but the front counter customer service was not good i do not want anyone will have that experience later.

    Ordered my dinner from here tonight. Ordered a Big Mac meal and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks did not show up although the sauce did… and my Big Mac came with nothing in it but the patties…?? Chips were cold. I tried to complain on the Uber app but would only let me complain about one thing and was only refunded for my mozzarella sticks and not the terrible Big Mac. Tried calling up the store and they did not answer any of the 5 times I tried. Terrible place

    If I could give a zero I would. Not only can you not get a really simple order right, Deliveroo can't even collect the full order either nor bring it to us in a decent state of warmth. We are 1.5miles away. Where did the driver go... Timbuktu?? The person we talked to on the phone has no customer service or hospitality...and has no understanding of actually listening to a customer. Talked all over my husband. But I guess when you are paying awful wages...your staff has no care. Thanks to you a family member went hungry . Shame on you. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 In reflection the team at Chaul End McDonald's...so much better.

    Very poor customer service. They are saying 250 seats are available here but one time we gone with my pregnant wife and we sat one of the seat in upstairs. One lady staff came and told you are not allow to sit here we are closing this area and there is no vacant seat it was very crowd. We stand around 15 min and after we got one seat. Today also the same thing happened. The same lady told us you are not allow to sit here we are closed this area and this happens ground floor only. Then why you are saying 250 seats at a time?? Staffs are not friendly and they are thinking, foods are giving free. Very very worst McDonald’s i ever visited in my life.

    Possibly the slowest McDonald's service in the UK and my order was still wrong when it arrived. It wasn't even that busy and there were plenty of staff on duty. Clearly no communication between staff on different sections and absolutely no evidence of any leadership. Avoid.

    Absolutely useless. Spent £20 on mc flurry coke and chicken combo to be delivered. All that chicken AND sauce ordered. Proper rubbish with the condiments here they shouldn't be forgetting 8 different sauces on the receipt. Shocking

    Because they are McDonald's they don't care if the customer recieved the full order after being told they never got it. Spent money on 4 large fillet o fish as us Muslims can only eat that from the entire menu and yet my full order never arrived. You call the shop and they say the driver took your milkshakes yet nothing will happen to the driver nor will I recieve my milkshakes for the kids. Stop using uber with McDonald's as they both won't accept their fault. This will be my last order with McDonald's. Burger King it is! Which I'm sure they will follow the instructions and take the order seriously.

    Waited nearly 20 minutes for a bacon sandwich at breakfast time, they seemingly completely forgot about my order as seemed to be no progress until it was picked up on after about 15 minutes but drink was made and left out the whole time, when I finally received my order it was like eating a cork notice board

    Busy as hell still! Left my food sitting on the side, I had to ask where my food was, they then told me to check my own order to see if it was right, which it wasn't, I asked for a large they gave me a medium! They need a new system because it's to busy and erratic in there and half the time the staff look like they dont know what's going on as much as the customers do

    Ordered my food from deliveroo at 23.10 and order never arrived. Called Deliveroo customer service to then find out they close at 1am? Absolutely ridiculous. If you are going to do something, do it properly. How do you have someone waiting over an hour for their food and then don’t even bother sending the order? Do better and stop wasting peoples time and money.

    Very poor service the manager was even don’t care at all even to make face contact with the customer looking right or left just not in the eyes .Never ever have this experience to be honest and very disappointed about that also which is not really fair because paid for the food and doesn’t even try to resolve the problem at all.Also the lady whom the “manager”don’t even know what the respect meaning.If one more time going to happen this I will go further for sure because that means she don’t really need to be manager at all.
