On
the
18th
of
NOVEMBER
2022
approximately
0340
HRS
I
placed
an
order
for
me
and
my
friend
on
dominos
website
for
a
total
of
£30
(after
discount)
worth
of
food
that
meant
to
be
delivered
from
Luton-
Central
store.
Central
store
was
open
for
online
orders
and
delivery
at
the
time.
At
0403HRS
as
my
phone
needed
a
charge,
my
friend
called
dominos
central
to
confirm
that
they
have
received
our
order.
Just
in
case
if
they
couldn’t
make
it
we
would
order
from
another
store.
The
female
who
picked
the
phone
assured
us
that
the
order
was
received
and
it’s
being
prepared
(we
produced
the
order
number
and
address).
We
waited
patiently
but
the
pizza
was
not
arriving
from
a
store
located
nearby.
At
0441HRS
we
made
another
call
to
ask
how
long
it
would
be
(again
gave
the
order
number
and
address)
we
were
told
this
time
by
a
male
‘it’s
on
its
way!

minutes’.
At
0507HRS
we
called
again
as
the
order
was
still
not
with
us
and
the
same
male
on
shift
said
that
the
store
it’s
now
closed
and
that
we
need
to
find
a
number
online
for
a
refund
department.
We
complained
and
asked
for
an
immediate
refund
as
our
movie
night
was
ruined
and
we
have
been
lied
too
by
incompetent
staff!
So
we
asked
for
the
male’s
name
and
after
he
refused
to
give
his
name
he
hanged
the
phone
up
on
us
in
the
middle
of
a
sentence
after
we
tried
to
settle.
Checked
dominos
policy
online
and
it
states
that
if
you
need
a
refund,
you
call
the
store
first….
Seems
that
staff
at
dominos
Luton
Central
does
not
know
what
they
are
talking
about…
Called
again
next
day
and
spoke
to
the
manager
that
gave
his
name
as
Adhil/
Adil.
He
politely
explained
that
he
only
works
part-
time
and
he
is
unable
to
process
a
refund.
Called
back
again
today,
explained
the
situation
and
provided
all
the
relevant
details.
Male
on
the
phone
who
introduced
himself
as
a
manager
(male
with
Indian
accent-
no
name
at
this
point)
said
that
he
needs
to
investigate
it
and
that
he
would
call
me
back
as
he
cannot
find
my
order.
When
I
said
that
I
am
not
happy
as
I
don’t
have
all
the
time
in
the
world
to
be
keep
calling
Domino’s
to
ask
for
my
money
back,
the
money
I
need
to
work
hard
on
to
earn…the
male
than
said
in
the
rudest
way
possible
‘you
can
complain
if
you
want.
BYE!’
and
he
hanged
the
phone
up
on
me!
I
then
knew
that
he
was
probably
the
same
male
who
lied
to
us
the
day
I
made
the
order!
I
called
back
to
get
his
name
this
time
and
a
female
picked
up
the
phone.
I
explained
that
I
called
5
minutes
ago
and
that
I
need
a
name
of
the
male
manager
that
I
spoke
to.
I
could
hear
the
manager
with
the
Indian
accent
in
the
background
telling
the
female
what
to
say!
She
said
his
name
was
Adhil/Adil…!!!
I
said
that
I
spoke
to
the
manager
who
said
his
name
was
Adhil/Adil
yesterday
and
he
had
Luton
accent!!
I
said
to
give
me
the
manager
to
the
phone
as
I
can
hear
him
in
the
background.
The
male
with
the
Indian
accent
said
then
his
name
was
Joah?
And
he
hanged
the
phone
up
again.
Just
thought
I
will
share
this
with
everyone
as
this
is
actually
ridiculous
situation,
lack
of
customer
service
and
no
respect
to
persons
money.
Why
do
I
as
a
customer
need
to
waste
my
free
time
calling
someone
to
get
the
money
back
that
I
payed
for
a
service
which
I
have
not
received!
