    Order first time from this place and very happy with ny order. Tryed there full house small pizza. Big enough for 1 person. Also got garlic and honey mustard dips both good.

    We had a meeting taking place in our offices and ordered a total of 23 pizza's. They arrived on time and nice & hot. The driver was polite and friendly. We will definitely use them again and would recommend.

    On the 18th of NOVEMBER 2022 approximately 0340 HRS I placed an order for me and my friend on dominos website for a total of £30 (after discount) worth of food that meant to be delivered from Luton- Central store. Central store was open for online orders and delivery at the time. At 0403HRS as my phone needed a charge, my friend called dominos central to confirm that they have received our order. Just in case if they couldn’t make it we would order from another store. The female who picked the phone assured us that the order was received and it’s being prepared (we produced the order number and address). We waited patiently but the pizza was not arriving from a store located nearby. At 0441HRS we made another call to ask how long it would be (again gave the order number and address) we were told this time by a male ‘it’s on its way! 3 minutes’. At 0507HRS we called again as the order was still not with us and the same male on shift said that the store it’s now closed and that we need to find a number online for a refund department. We complained and asked for an immediate refund as our movie night was ruined and we have been lied too by incompetent staff! So we asked for the male’s name and after he refused to give his name he hanged the phone up on us in the middle of a sentence after we tried to settle. Checked dominos policy online and it states that if you need a refund, you call the store first…. Seems that staff at dominos Luton Central does not know what they are talking about… Called again next day and spoke to the manager that gave his name as Adhil/ Adil. He politely explained that he only works part- time and he is unable to process a refund. Called back again today, explained the situation and provided all the relevant details. Male on the phone who introduced himself as a manager (male with Indian accent- no name at this point) said that he needs to investigate it and that he would call me back as he cannot find my order. When I said that I am not happy as I don’t have all the time in the world to be keep calling Domino’s to ask for my money back, the money I need to work hard on to earn…the male than said in the rudest way possible ‘you can complain if you want. BYE!’ and he hanged the phone up on me! I then knew that he was probably the same male who lied to us the day I made the order! I called back to get his name this time and a female picked up the phone. I explained that I called 5 minutes ago and that I need a name of the male manager that I spoke to. I could hear the manager with the Indian accent in the background telling the female what to say! She said his name was Adhil/Adil…!!! I said that I spoke to the manager who said his name was Adhil/Adil yesterday and he had Luton accent!! I said to give me the manager to the phone as I can hear him in the background. The male with the Indian accent said then his name was Joah? And he hanged the phone up again. Just thought I will share this with everyone as this is actually ridiculous situation, lack of customer service and no respect to persons money. Why do I as a customer need to waste my free time calling someone to get the money back that I payed for a service which I have not received!

    If I could I would give 0 stars ! On the 18/11/2022 at around 0340 HRS my friend placed an order for me and herself on dominos website for a total of £30worth of food that meant to be delivered from Luton- Central store. This store was still open at the time. At 0403HRS as my friend’s phone needed a charge so, I called dominos central to confirm that they have received our order in case if u didn’t we would order from different opened place.The female who picked the phone stated the order was received and it’s being prepared (after checking order number and address). We continued to wait but the pizza was not arriving from a store which is around 10 min drive away. At 0441HRS we made another call to ask how long it would be (again gave the order number and address) we were told this time by a male ‘it’s on its way! 3 minutes’. At 0507HRS we called again as the order was still not delivered. The same male (with Indian accent)on shift said that the store it’s now closed, they will not deliver it, they don’t have our order and that we need to find a number online for a refund department. ( policy states that we need to call store for any issues and refunds clearly domino’s staff don’t know they own policy ridiculous!!!) We complained and asked for an refund as our movie night was ruined and we have been lied too by incompetent and very rude staff! We asked for the male’s name on few occasions during the calls I made and he refused to give his name he hanged the phone up on us in the middle of a sentence after we tried to settle. I never experienced so bad customer service in my life! I felt offended by the way male spoke to us and the way we have been lied to! It is just such a shame that people like that are representing domino’s brand as we were regular customers and now I doubt that we will order from them again!!!! Shame shame shame !

    I had ordered pizzas for my staff it did not meet my staffs expectations, rude driver, food wasn’t as described. TOPS PIZZA was fare better in every way that I can’t even describe. Better service, more choices,Delicious food. Five stars all the way.

    We ordered our dinner from here and asked them to ring on the number given in profile. They marked my order delivered after an hour saying (rudely) your number didn’t work so pay us more for redelivery, when I said them to check the number again he went aggressively rude and said give me right number then even though my profile got my right number on it It’s been more than 70 minutes still no delivery. Horrible service Better not waste your money and time

    Awful service in store. Ordered for collection and went in to collect. Didn't even get acknowledged by staff for 10 minutes while they were all pacing around mumbling to eachother. Could see my order on the side ready for collection but no one spoke to me. A disgrace to the brand.

    Order take way Veggie pizza without tomato, they made the mistake ( pizza come out with tomato) Still sell me the pizza with full price And the manager saying we can make new pizza wait 30mins , or buy this pizza for full price only cash Cusomer service is 0 ( from now I will using topps pizza )

    Consistently great pizza with great variety of toppings and styles. Service is fast too. Can’t go wrong with this place. They offer an awesome range of pizzas. I liked dining here. Staff members are always friendly, prices are reasonable and the place is always kept clean.

    I have ordered a veg -A-Roma pizza, where I have got an extra topping, which I have not even added. Actually in our religion we don't eat beef, but in the pizza I ordered I have got meat Balls. This is completely unacceptable.

    Twice in a row I got wrong order already, and information who to contact is well hidden, so I ask for contact here. I understand you can run out of something, but then you should have CALLED ME, not just trown whatever you want on my pizza. My number is there for a reason. If I’m ordering two diffrent pizzas, and I recive two basically the same, THEN WHAT’S THE POINT? You cannot just miss a key ingredient, add something completely different and call it a day???

    Dominos will not do door delivery if you live in flats after 6pm...trouble is I've ordered before during the day, and before that it was policy not to delivery to flats...what a waste of time...First time ordering since July and can't be bothered now...especially when every other food delivery brings straight to the door...FIREAWAY PIZZA do a better service and don't come up with random policies to get out of walking up a couple of flights of stairs.

    I ordered 4 items last night they delivered only 3.the delivery guy said he would come back with the 4th pizza and he never did. Really disappointed about the quality of customer service you provide. After paying the whole amount they didn't even bother to apologise for their mistake.

    Horrible, delivery staff is rude. Drove away without delivering food. Called store, lady disconnected call 12 times. She does not even know how to speak English. I'm not sure how this business survives. Ordered Nachos, by the time it reached it was like paper. Always used to stand by local shops and businesses. But this kind of employee who does not care about their income will really will destroy this industry. This is when I started thinking compassion is not for everybody. Or show it to people who deserve it. For sure not to this 2 people especially, delivery driver and the lady who picked the call.

    Ordered from just eat delayed by an hour arrived cold. Called the restaurant 3 times to be abused by staff and hung up and told it was my own fault as they called me which they did not. Was vile and in the bin. This place should be shut down and the staff need not just a little training but a whole adjustment. Avoid at all costs you will just lose money time and be spoken down to. Awful beyond belief

    I am writing to express my disappointment with the pizza that I recently ordered from your restaurant. Unfortunately, I found a hair inside the pizza, which was not only unappetizing but also a health concern. Aside from the issue with the hair, I also found the pizza to be not tasty. The toppings seemed to be haphazardly placed, and the crust was dry and overcooked. Overall, the pizza did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price I paid for it. I hope that you take this complaint seriously and take measures to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future. As a customer, I expect a certain level of quality and hygiene when it comes to food, and I feel that my experience fell short of that standard.

    On the app it says pick up for £11.49 for a large pizza but won't let me order while I was in the store. Then I asked the guy at the counter how much for a large pizza? Bro told me £14. Basically dominos want me to order online and pay more or pay more at the counter SMH

    Dough didn’t seem fresh at all, toppings was very little it’s as if the staff just rushed it all, unless they were short of ingredients which I doubt
