On arrival there was ample parking space. Check in was straight forward and easy with pleasant reception staff. We where shown to are room (on the bottom floor) which was spotless as was the Inn. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in . There was a slight noise from the planes taking off from the airport but not enough to spoil a very good night's sleep. There is a ,Beefeater pub just a minutes walk from the hotel seving a good selection of food and drinks . The staff where pleasant and very helpful. We had breakfast on two occasions and couldn't fault the selection on offer the hot breakfast was made fresh to your orders. Once again the staff were excellent and gave a first class service. We'll done to everyone.

Booked together with parking at Airparks. Location is easy to find. There were only a few parking places when I arrived at 8:30 p.m. Checking was easy and staff are polite and helpful. Overnight parking at the hotel is 6 pounds, which i was warned in advance while booking. At a very close distance there is a beefeater restaurant where you can eat or order from your room. There some noise from airplanes landing or taking off, but when windows are closed the noise is minimal. There is slight noise from closing and opening the fire limit doors in the corridors. Rooms are clean and you have all the needed items. The room that i booked was without a fridge. The only thing that was missing was an option to print out some documents for my flight at the reception. Check out process is quick. I recommend the place!

We recently stayed at this hotel after a long day of travelling. A Premier Inn was purposefully booked due to the level of comfort their beds provide. The beds were very comfy. However, we didn’t check in until 23:30, and upon settling into bed found that the room next door at 01:30 wanted to have their TV very loud, talk and at times shout loud as well as appeared to keep banging on the wall shaking our side tables. After a while reception was called. I want to directly name staff member Izy (I hope that is the correct way to spell the name) who was quick to sort the issue. He came to our room was very understanding that people wanted to sleep and it wasn’t fair. He then went to the room causing issues and upon being spoken too, we did not hear anything further. Cracking work and very professional. My only other thing we noticed was the shower doesn’t let out cold water, even on the coldest setting the shower lets out hot water, odd. Overall recommend good stay, rooms could just do with a bit of a facelift. Manager seemed nice as well.

Room was clean and comfortable, good value for money. Ample parking spaces for a £6 per night fee. Check in was straight forward and easy with pleasant reception staff. Room was on the top floor. We left early so did not hear any planes or experience the breakfast. There is a Beefeater pub serving dinner within the site which was adequate. Excellent choice to take the stress out of airport travel.

We stayed here for 1 night before going to the airport. The extraction fan in the bathroom didn't work. It was taking forever for the toilet to fill-up before it could be flushed. The soap dispenser was broken. Even though the room had an AC, when set to 19 degrees, it'd switch off within a few minutes. Running it on 20 didn't make any difference at all to the room temperature, it was extremely hot to sleep. There are some very bright lamps on the building, so the windows have to be completely closed with curtains. The whole place feels like a retirement home, as it's quite dated and hasn't seen any renovations for many years. It was fairly clean though. The only positive thing is that it's got a fairly big restaurant/bar in a separate building.

The hotel is not far away from the airport, there's a bus station within 2 minutes from which you can travel from and to the airport. Arrived at 2am, staff were welcoming and everything went smoothly, the room itself is big, good beds, and clean toilet. However, I desperately wanted something warm to drink after a long flight, so I opened the water heater to fill it and I found this massive dark sputum in it. I asked the staff to replace it, clean it, or even just make me a cup of tea, didn't want anything fancy like changing the room? But I got " there's nothing we can do " as a reply. Check out went smoothly also, friendly morning staff.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Premier Inn Luton, and I must say that it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who made the check-in process a breeze. The hotel's location at the heart of Luton is ideal, as it provides easy access to major attractions, shopping areas, and transportation hubs. One of the standout features of this hotel is its affordability. Premier Inn Luton offers excellent value for money without compromising on quality. The room rates were surprisingly low, especially considering the level of comfort and service provided. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The hotel also boasts an on-site restaurant that serves a delicious and varied breakfast buffet. The breakfast options catered to all tastes, with both hot and cold selections available. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. In terms of service, Premier Inn Luton truly shines. The staff members were always available to assist with any queries or requests, and they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. Whether it was providing directions to nearby attractions or arranging transportation, their level of professionalism and attentiveness was commendable. Overall, Premier Inn Luton offers a cheap yet high-quality stay at the heart of Luton. It is an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers looking for affordable accommodation without compromising on comfort or convenience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Luton and will definitely be returning on my next trip.

Its ok for a quick over night stay before a flight. Very dated. Staff are lovely and friendly, polite and couldn't do enough for us. We asked for a cot and got a travel cot. Our 2 year old didn't fit in it so had a very squashed nights sleep. It's in the middle of nowhere.

Not far from airport so good location. Room was fine (family) but bathroom was a little unclear, some mold on tile grout etc, but generally clean room and standing Premier features etc. Did book breakfast so can't comment. Seems a place used for contractors and airport users. Staff weren't that friendly to be honest, not unpleasant just felt like they were doing a job rather than customer focused. It is what it is. Would I stay again? Only if I needed to for practical purposes.

The hotel is at a convenient location, close to the airport. But the place stinks, our room had a nasty smell and mould in the bathroom. The bedsheets smelled bad too, it mad me sick. Also, you could hear people from upstairs walking all night. I'm a big fan of Premier Inn, but I will never visit this one.

We stayed for one night before flying out early in the morning. The room was quiet and clean all that we needed for the short stay. The first night in any new bed can be tricky but not in a premier inn; the consistent decor, comfortable bed and a quiet hotel means we always get a good sleep in any of their hotels and it’s guaranteed! There is a pub that serves food right next to the hotel which offers a consistently good range of food and drinks.

Not first here, we stayed before travelling from Luton airport. Have to say Premier Inn's usual quality gown down. Some little hairs in the bathroom, mould/ dark patches around the bath, and a sink. The Wall had some dirt on it. Overall cleanliness is not up to PI high standards. In need for a fresh paint too. Guy who checked us in was really pleasant though.

  • 4/5 Chris B. 8 months ago on Google
Standard Premier Inn. Reasonable prices, standard rooms but with air conditioning which is very welcome. This means you can have the windows closed and don’t hear the planes form Luton airport. We slept very well. Breakfast was as expected if you’ve stayed at Premiers. Plentiful and family friendly.

I wasn’t expecting much but it was somehow worse. Confusing building layout, disgusting worn carpets that smell, this place reminds me of a care home. Towel had a lovely yellow stain on it and the previous guest left their lovely hair in the sink clearly after a shave. Checked in around 12am after our flight and left around 10:30am, not a pleasant stay and the area around the premier inn is awful. Will most definitely not stay again. I know I’m being very picky but I was only staying here for 10 hours and somehow was still awful. Beefeater next door is a lot worse.

Had to wait for room to be cleaned, when they specified that if o got there early then we could get early check in but you have to we wait for over 1hr, and 20mins past time we came baring in mind there was people that came there after us, and just went in, but im only assuming it was because they had specific rooms. The room lovely VERY comfortable, but apart from that ok 💯👍🏾

Perfect set-up for our family holiday flying out from Luton Airport. Simple, comfy, great food, affordable! We were only in Premiere Inn Cardiff Bay a few days ago and the level of service echoes! 😎

The maintenance of the facilities is poor. Door squeaks, rust on bathroom, key cards that don't work, lift under reconstruction. When talking to the stuff you get empty promises and "come tomorrow we will solve it" and nothing change. I will advise you to avoid if possible. The only pro is the location. 10 min walk from the train station.

Typical premier inn with room comfort. It is next to airport so expect some noise but good location near M1. Beefeater restaurant near door is large, but dishwasher let it down, dirty plates and cutlery at breakfast. Not the usual standard. Car park charge applies.

Just checked out of the Premier in Luton and it was amazing. Only there for a couple of hours but the room was lovely, spotless and felt luxurious. The shower bathroom again was perfect and really hot shower 👍 The staff was beyond helpful and made me feel welcome. For those wondering if you can walk from the hotel to the Luton Parkway station, yes, it's 6 minutes away and is safe at night (just creepy) if you have a very early flight like I did.

The hotel is what you expect from this chain, clean and comfortable. However, it was really noisy, we could clearly hear the occupants of other rooms. The staff were helpful and moved us to a different room, unfortunately that was also noisy, so no sleep for us.

  • 3/5 James T. 5 months ago on Google
The room we had wasn't like the newer premiere inn style but that wasn't a big issue. Just bring a multi adapter as there is only one plug next to the beds. The main problem which is something they can't fix very easily is the noise. The walls and ceilings seemed very thin. As a result I could here every step I took around our room as well as the people above's. If up stairs was having a conversation I could here most of it. Same for anyone in the corridor. Lastly the window seel/frame needed a good clean. Location was good but I think I'd pay the extra for holiday inn next time.

A convenient overnight hotel located o. The A5 before the turn off for Luton. Easy access to airparks, which was a 10 minute drove. The rooms are warm and clean though there was a humming coming ftim somewhere overnight which disturbed my sleep. Parking is fine just remember to enter your details upon arrival.

Stayed here to use Luton airport unfortunately its awkward to get to without using the dart at £4.90 each way and it wont allow check in until 3pm so had to sit in a very small area whilst waiting. Room nice and did what i needed to sleep for a while pre flight. Good walk to the dart also.

Great location to access the airport for early flight. Staff really friendly and was easy to find and park. Rooms basic standard and clean. Bed was comfy and extra pillows available.

  • 2/5 Kevan S. 1 year ago on Google
The hotel itself was satisfactory but the room I had was extremely noisy above. Whenever the occupant moved around it sounded like a herd of elephants. The noise didn't stop until early hours and significantly affected my sleep. The floor in the corridor was also noisy. I will choose not to stay at this hotel again.

Good points-close to airport and short stay car park. Bad points- the website states "relaxing sleep", well having had a room above ours, someone arrived well after midnight and the creaky floor and constant walking kept us all awake. If you can, book a top floor room to avoid sleepless night. This hotel could do with a refurb, there was a bad smell in the corridor, two pillows per person would be helpful, two access cards and free parking for customers.

We booked this hotel for 1 night, as we fly from Luton. Hotel for 1 night is acceptable it has old decor. The rooms are very basic but clean , & comfy bed. Staff pleasant in hotel, check in choice automated or person. If a family sharing a room you can expect only 1 set towels for 1 person ( not adequate). Beefeater a walk across carpark, very tired facilities, staff pleasant, crockery dirty if you look forks with grub, glasses sticky unclean , glasses so discoloured staff wasn't aware when serving. ( hygiene safety needs looking into)

Does what it says on the tin. This premier Inn is a comfy bed for the night, clean and easy to use, friendly staff. Being close to the airport is also has very well sound proofed windows. We did unfortunately have no hot water for the two days which was a bit frustrating but we were refunded so can't complain.

It all started so well. Until we were woken by someone entering our room! Reception had issued a duplicate card key for our room to someone else. Very embarrassing for both parties! Lesson learnt, make sure you lock your door. Receptionist wasn't particularly apologetic.

The room was clean, and nice. The bed was ok. There is a smoke alarm in the room, but not in the bathroom, so people can smoke there. And the smoke came in to my bathroom through the air vent. I booked a room for a week for remote working, but I couldn't work due to wi-fi issues. "Premier Inn ultimate wi-fi" is unreliable, slow, and it was completely down for days. I had to cancel / postpone my meetings and I run out my mobile data for this month.

Terrible stay here. Been promised call back from the manager Micheal Paris for 2 weeks now but still no response to email or phone calls. Lady on reception didn’t seem to know what she was doing at check in and messed up the booking. I would not recommend this hotel at all. It may be cheap but it ends up costing you in the long run.

  • 5/5 Lindsay M. 2 years ago on Google
Great value, clean room. Comfortable bed. Just wish the room had a bath tub rather than just a shower! But that's just personal preference. Was able to check in early too.

  • 1/5 Rory H. 2 years ago on Google
Room and check in itself was fine. My car was broken into and my case was stolen, with around £800 of items in it. Hotel were no help and the CCTV didn't cover the area I was parked in. Manager wasn't much help but informed me the thefts usually happen across from where I parked.

  • 4/5 Jamie S. 1 year ago on Google
This Premier Inn was very pleasant much like the rest of their hotels. What was strange was having to pay 6 pounds for overnight parking. Clean rooms nice reception service and less than a minutes walk to the local Beefeater. All in all good value for money.

  • 3/5 S H. 1 year ago on Google
It's a Premier Inn, so it's a bed and bathroom with a desk if you need it. For an overnight stay this was absolutely fine. There is a restaurant next door and it was 10 minutes from airport parking. There is plenty of parking at the hotel too. Why only 3 stars? 1. Absent reception upon arrival and the the failure of the check-in machines for anyone who tried them. 2. Some cobwebs at ceiling height in the room. Call me old fashioned, but I like a hotel room to be spotless.

  • 4/5 Naira 1 year ago on Google
Good location. Be wary that the shuttle doesn’t come to the hotel anymore so you have to walk to the train station which can be a hassle. Or you can take a cab from the hotel which I did. Great service friendly. Walls a bit thin.

  • 3/5 Jacob 1 year ago on Google
Parking was very tight and limited (and was priced at £6 per night) - would recommend getting there early. The additional bed was a bit flimsy and fell down a couple of times in the night, and there was a strange bad smell in the corridor to the rooms. But ultimately - adequate for what we needed, conveniently located near to the airport with a Beefeater pub opposite. Would use again providing the price is right

  • 2/5 hannah L. 1 year ago on Google
Fulfilled a purpose of being close to the airport. Other than that, disappointing. Was told they didn't have my booking, as holiday extras hadn't recorded a name (despite me calling them directly 3 weeks prior to ask for an accessible room). This meant we were waiting over 10 minutes to be let into the room, with a 1 year old at 8pm before a 6am flight. Once admitted there was no cot in the room, despite ordered and confirmed and when one was brought, it was broken and had to be replaced. All food is across the road at the beefeater, including fresh milk. Also there was no coffee in our room and the bathroom was pretty grotty, with pink staining on the tiles and grout. Staff were friendly enough, but didn't seem too interested in helping us out above bare minimum. Wouldn't stay again.

Freezing room took ages to warm up! Very basic bare room.. Smelly corridor floor 3.. Dirty lift.. Used self check in and out so no interaction with any staff Generator hummed all night didn't sleep well Good points :comfy bed, lovely hot bath but no heating in bathroom!

Great place to stay especially when travelling to the airport. Around 15 minute walk from train station. It was clean, there was a service desk and there was a bag with extra pillows which was great. We checked in by ourselves on the machine which was easy to do. If I ever travelled from Luton before then I would stay here.

  • 5/5 Zoe O. 1 year ago on Google
Quite a way from the airport, about a 30 minute walk so would advise getting a taxi but the rooms are very nice, exactly what you need for a stay with excellent bathrooms and really comfy beds plus restaurant and pub right next door for food and drink. Price was pretty good too, other hotels that are closer to the airport are quite expensive. Premier inns are brilliant and really good value for money if you get a decent rate.

Booked for 2 nights, got there pretty early around 5pm, we asked the lady very politely if we could get a refurbished room as they advertise on the website but she gave us a dated room. I feel like she did this because we asked, we were there with plenty of time and people were arriving after us so I’m sure there were newer rooms available. Anyways, we then got into our room and the AC unit did not work properly, it was all mouldy and dirty. I was really worried about having air blowing out of there, surely it can’t be healthy to have a mouldy AC in a hotel. We have stayed In many premier inn hotels but we would never stay at this particular site again. I have a good mind to complain to head office, I’m really disappointed.

Absolutely fab spot from Luton Airport and price was unbeatable. We stayed over night as we had evening flight to Luton and early morning from it. We did consider stay at the airport but location and price of hotel was so convenient. You can take bus A from the airport. Hotel is about 5 stops and then 3 minutes walk just around the corner. Rooms are big and so beds and comfy, it was very quite. Best decision stay over despite just 5 hours sleep.

  • 5/5 Alexandra S. 1 year ago on Google
The staff were friendly and room was extremely clean, I don't usually book a hotel before my flight, but it was totally worth it this time :) I feel very refreshed for my 8 am flight, thank you! Will definitely book again
