I went to this salon for acrylic removal and this was the results. The nail tech asked whether I wanted it removed completely which was a weird questions cause I went in for a removal. The acrylic is still there at the end (see photos) and when she clipped the extensions off at the start, she clipped so far in she cut my nails underneath. All my nails are weird shapes - overall very disappointed with this service. Edit: I went back in the next day and Rain herself sorted out my nails without any extra charge. All the acrylic is now gone and she was apologetic since a new staff member had done my nails yesterday. She also offered free gel nails because of the bad experience yesterday - very positive service compared to my first visit.

Best salon in Luton! I have been getting my nails done for over 25 years and the best experience I have had is at Rains Nailz. I have been to most salons in Luton before I found out about this salon. The service is very good. Any design you want they have it…..very creative and artistic in their nail designs. If you’d like it simple they can do this and if you have a special occasion just let the nail technician know….they will do a brilliant job! Pedicure and lashes are done to a high standard.

The only a place I’ve been to where I can be creative with designs with no issues. I always go to Maryam here and she always devours! Every set I’ve had I’ve been in love with and received so many compliments. Plus she’s so sweet it’s like having an appointment with a bestie, 100/10! <3

Visited Rain Nails today as my part of my monthly beauty therapy and in preparation for my upcoming holidays. Quieter than usual as never been in at 2pm before but I so happy. Rain nails continues to surprise me with their designs never the same. Hands done the off to have my pedicure. Can’t praise Dee enough, she so personal sanitising all the equipment before use and asking me throughout if I was happy with my feet. She suggested colours and tones that would Suit me. Visiting this location for the last 6 years and the service just keep getting better. Thanks to Rain and the crew. Big up!!!

Maryam did such an amazing job on my nails. For the first time ever, I was able to get the exact design I wanted rather than something ‘similar’. Can’t wait to get my nails done again by her at Rainz Nails

I have tried and tested nearly every nail salon in Luton, and they are all incomparable to the service I receive at Rain’s. Zaina is my regular nail tech, she is extremely professional and makes getting my nails done a luxury experience. All the staff at Rain’s are friendly and never fail to keep me entertained. Unfortunately for Zaina, she is stuck with me for life. I’ve attached a few pictures of my favourite sets so you can see for yourself why I will never go anywhere else. I look forward to my next appointment with them.

I have recently completed my lash course training. It has been such an amazing course, very in depth, informative and overall a joy. I was nervous at first but once I completed the first day all the nerves went away because my trainer was patient with me whilst I learnt the trade. Since completing I have gained my qualification and now using my skills on my own clients. If you are looking for training whether it is for lashes or nails I would highly recommend this training institution.
