I used to order medication from VioVet for about 7 years and never had any problems at all. I am very pleased to say that my first order from them in six years went absolutely perfect. I found what I wanted on their website at a very good price. Easy to order and pay. Received an email with a tracking number and waited for the item to arrive. The only difference I found with the tracking number is there is now a direct link to the courier. The items arrived on the day specified,very well wrapped and in perfect condition.

Having placed several orders with Viovet, disappointed by latest service. Chased order after a week as heard nothing only to be advised one item was out of stock and no time line when it was coming in. Agreed to change the order and paid for a more expensive item on the basis the order would be dispatched immediately. It was a further week before the order was dispatched with no explanation. When the order arrived 3 of the boxes were damaged and wet. Clearly nothing to do with transit as the outer box was in perfect condition and dry. This was Viovet choosing to send the items in a condition which leads me to question how and where there stock is kept and how it is being managed/quality controlled. I emailed the full details and photos and got a note back basically saying thanks for letting us know!! I for one will not be using Viovet again. Happy to leave it to you to make your own decision

Always friendly and efficient on the phone. Superb fast service. Rate viovet highly, strongly recommended for anyone wishing to order pet supplies. Today 25/8/22 a lovely woman from Viovet helped me with an issue, regarding a delivery driver. She called the delivery service and dealt with it immediately. Won't go into details of delivery man, but, woman from viovet was on top of it. Extremely grateful to her, wish I got her name. Honestly viovet are the best pet service ever. Absolutely brilliant product. Fitted perfectly. Washes well. After my German Shepherd had surgery on her tummy and didn't like the cone I bought her the body suit and it's fantastic. She also has serious allergy problems and it stops her scratching herself too. I bought two so she always has a clean one every day. Even brilliant when taking her out so her tummy stays clean. Can't recommend this product enough only wishes I had bought one sooner because of her allergies.

Had what I wanted at a good price, best I found on the Internet. Delivery took a while but it came on the date I was given when I placed the order. Delivery driver left my parcel exactly where I had asked. Aside from it being extremely heavy, and would have been better in 2 boxes rather than 1, there were absolutely no issues at all. I will be placing a regular delivery going forward.

Delivery times slightly longer than average so you need to factor this in. Ordered 3 bags of cat litter. Only 1 arrived so I phoned customer services, which took absolutely ages to get through to. Apparently they'd split the order into 2 but not told me- the other bags arrived next day. That said,prices are competitive and there's a good choice and availability. Customer service is always helpful. Have used several times and will consider using again

Very good service, I have set up recurring orders for my pet food (Dog & Cat), this removes the hassle of making sure I remember to place a order in time. In addition there is a saving on repeat orders which is a huge benefit in these times. It would have been a 5 out of 5 if both sets of orders came at the same time saving additional delivery and waiting time

Very pleased with the MP Bergamo Eco Outdoor House (a cushion needs to be purchased separately). It was immediately taken by my cat! Excellent product at an affordable price. Quick delivery too.

Super impressed with my purchase, ordered it just before 12 on the Saturday, had an email to say it would arrive on the Tuesday, then Sunday morning a DPD text to say delivery that pm! My ponies love the pad, and my old mare asks to have it put on. The hotspot mitt is also good but will probably be used on me more than the horses

Always have reliable delivery and sensible prices. Good service. Unfortunately one product we purchased was wrongly priced and they could not honour the Internet sale. But they handled it courteously and they're not a multinational, so we wouldn't hold that against them. Mistakes happen and we're happy to have them as a supplier that can actually communicate and that cares about its customers clearly.

My order got seriously delayed in the post but the VioVet team did everything they could to track it down and replace it, which is all I could ask for. The customer care was fantastic and seamless. I loved the product when it did arrive. It was good value for money and came well packaged. I would shop here again and recommend.

Overall very good. Price and range was the best I could find pre-Christmas. I wanted to add an item to an order I had so I emailed customer service and they replied within a day and I was very impressed with the help - you can access your account and amend an order which is great. Only negative was I didn't know that the item I had ordered wasn't actually in stock at the time - order confirmation email even said delivery 16/12. Luckily I placed the order early enough and it arrived just before Christmas.

Really helpful as I was unsure about size. A truly sturdy waterproof coat, with a detachable fleece liner. It is very easy to put on and keep on. Very good value. The quality is very good. This is my dogs best and most useful coat - and he has four others!
