Children swimming lessons - Dont waste your money. Lessons are only 30 minutes long, I put my Children in for 6 months and they learnt absolutely nothing. Instructors don't push children at all, there seems no incentive by them for children to learn quickly for obvious reasons. You get no feedback and you spend more time getting kids changed and showered than they do swimming. If you want to use the pool on the weekends to teach kids yourself it gets very busy so also not ideal. Facilities and pool are clean but there are no separate changing rooms which isn't ideal. If there is a swimming event on at the weekend the car park becomes very full and impossible to park in.

The water in the pool is always excellent here. Nice temperature. Always lots of room to swim in the lanes during public open hours, I think there is 4. Also lots of space to just swim about in the big pool. The lifeguards are good, I have seen them in action to help a troubled swimmer one time and he was ok. The diving boards are usually open at about 4 o'clock during the weekend and they are so much fun. The Lifeguards are always in control of the diving which is important. The changing rooms, toilets and cubicles are mostly always clean and tidy. There is always lots of spectators seats available and there is a very comfortable cafe in the foyer. There is a very nice looking gym with all the modern equipment. Also it has a hall for multi function use such as baddmington and table tennis, along with private large rooms for karate and dancing classes. Even outside is Stopsley common which is a great place for a jog or walk into the surrounding countryside towards Galley and Warden Hills Nature Reserve.

Inspire it really is a place of inspiration. Great place to be, clean, helpful staff, clean toilets. Highly recommended place

Swimming pool is nice and clean , I bring my children for swimming lessons , but only for 30 mins .. to be honest , I m little disappointed, with lessons , same techniques repeated , and the children didn’t really learn much … Receptionist at the weekend Sunday 21/08 , a blonde slim girl , was very rude and didn’t look like she wanted to be there , I think she s been on the job for sometimes hence the attitude, and the manager in the day wasn’t not much different. Very disappointed. Will never bring my children there again .

Great place, it offers a wide variety of sports to do such as swimming, boxing, gym and much more. I have been here to swim and unfortunately the access wasn't granted due to a competition going on, although I really enjoyed how caring and nice the staff was. There's a machine at the bottom floor to check your basic health details such as BMI, heartbeat and more. My friend often goes here and has always given positive point of views on this place, beside that the water is really cold. Prices to access this place are pretty regular and fair compared to other swimming places. I would recommend visiting this place if you ever get the chance to.

Amazing for all sports, such a beautiful pool and gyms. Great price and lovely for all the family. Well worth the money, one of the best pools I've been to in the UK!

Loved it. Very big and complex. We are going for baby aqua class and the whole swimming pool is reserved for the class; has baby changing rooms ( not to many unfortunately, but compared with other swimming pools, this is the best) . Has a nice food and coffee place as well. Huge yes 👏 Xx

A 5* may be too early but so far the centre deserve 5*. Gym is small but rest are huge. Plenty of parking with first 4 hours free and many disabled parking. Reception is excellent, every single staff I dealt with are polite, knowledgeable and on point. The building is clean and tidy, and sign marked clearly 2 pools - a 20 metre community pool and 50 metre competition pool. Both the pools are kept tidy and clean. There is always staff around the pool area. Community pool is 1.2m deep and competition pool is 2m deep with diving facility. Changing and shower rooms are also maintained so well. Inspire is directly opposite to Vale crematorium, if you wish for a relaxed walk and close to nature, you may go for a 2mile walk around cemetery. Further down the road trail paths are there just on case if you fancy trail running First 4 hours parking is free, then chargeable, managed by Luton council

It is an excellent place for sport for all ages. It is a very large, modern building with a very nice cafe. The food is quite reasonable and the cakes are very tasty. The staff are very friendly. As a first-timer to Luton I have to say the sports centre is my favourite venue of the city.

How is even possible that on the community pool tonight 10 asian/Pakistani guys were doing a mess throwing water on themselves with no respect to the others in the pool, nobody from the staff were doing anything. They looked lile they came from the jungle, even the crocodiles would run away from those guys. They were taking half of the pool, I mean come on where is the respect and what are the staff doing there. Really disappointed amd people disrespectful like that shouldn't have access to the center.

Great place for family. Clean swimming pool and gym. There are also a number of activities/ events that see to run well (I’ve note signed up to any atm). Staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommended

I've been coming to Inspire since it was built in 2012 mainly for group exercise classes. I think there's a really good timetable in place and some really excellent instructors who I've learned so much from. Definitely something for everyone here. You can PAYG, but for classes especially I'd say it's worth getting a membership. I've had a few friends sign up after leaving other places and they don't regret it at all. Can't comment too much on pool or gym as I don't use them very often but both seem clean and well organised

Gym is ok Pool is awesome size but they need to be less stingy in warming up the pool. Been to many pools abroad. Takes.me.7 mins to get use to the freezing cold water.

I have been there a few times for swimming and must admit that the pools are great. Easy to get swim, not very busy. Clean changing rooms. It is a worth to have a break in the coffee bar for quick drink and snack. VERY big thank you for the ladies on reception desk who helped me with my membership card. Highly recommended!

I had recently starting using the gym to go to classes in stopsley and hightown. Both clubs are great and the team are so helpful and the classes are really good. I would recommend this gym

This is a fantastic venue with amazing facilities. But it's poorly managed and the staff are lazy a/f. So you can't actually use the facilities freely or to their potential. It might as well be a monolith. Worst experience I've had in a while.

Tried to cancel my direct debit, knew I had to speak to staff a month in advance so they know, did that and all I got was a ‘Yh it’s fine’ from the lady at the desk. She didn’t bother to take my details or make me sign anything and just turned off to speak to another customer so no surprise when I turn up a month later and they still need to take a direct debit for the next month. Tried to reason with them and explain my situation etc. and ‘nothing they can do’ not even trying to help me, lady speaking to me could even guess who I was talking about which says something! didn’t even seem sorry 🙃 just poor service, shame really as I love going to the gym here and go very often, have always had great service.

I went for a swim today at Inspire - what a lovely experience! The staff were friendly and helpful; the pool was lovely - airy and clean; the showers were hot and clean, and the changing rooms were spacious and clean. The whole experience was delightful, and I was surprised by how uncrowded it was in the pool, particularly given the number of cars in the car park. All in all, I loved it and will definitely visit again soon (and this time I will remember to bring 20p for the locker!)
