I was suffering from Rest Leg syndrome for 3 years now. It made my sleep uncomfortable that I would wake up 3 times a night with an urge to move my leg. I went to Dr. Cheng for other treatment using acupuncture and she realised I suffered from rest leg syndrome and we started the course of acupuncture treatments. I had two sets of modern acupuncture which is amazing as after just one treatment I slept to 6 hours without waking up and I also had 2 treatment of traditional acupuncture after just a third treatment 2 modern and 1 traditional I was sleeping like a baby. I now don’t have a problem anymore thanks to Dr. Cheng she is really a star. Very kind, caring, makes you laugh and knowledgeable at the same time. If anything is a worry she knows the answer as she works with traditional medicine but advising you of modern treatment that is a must to have like hormonal test I needed to check and vitamins to take she treat you holistically it’s amazing every time going to her clinic you feel better. I highly recommend her and her services will definitely continue to visit her clinic for any problem I have.

Fantastic course of acupuncture. Cheng was gentle and listened to my needs. She helped me with my PMT symptoms without needing Chinese herbs. She balanced out my emotions by regulating my liver through acupuncture. I had instant results just within 2 weeks of starting the acupuncture. I have been suffering for years and I wished I had this treatment years ago. I definitely don’t have a fear of needles anymore. She was very reassuring and a lovely lady. I highly recommend!

I have had three sessions and it has been amazing. I have been suffering with migraines for 3 years and for the first time in what feels like forever, I haven't had a migraine or any dizziness since my first session. I had a lot of tension in my arm, shoulders and neck and the acupuncture has helped to release the tension and inturn my migraines and aches have gone. Dr Cheng has been brilliant. I have very bad RA and couldn't make a fist with neither of my hands. I tried the modern acupuncture and noticed a difference after the first session. I've now completed my 6 week course and can now make a fist with both hands and my hands are slightly straightening. I was given exercises to do at home, which I will do. I brought my elderly mum here after she pulled a muscle which wasn't healing after many visits to the doctors. Her mobility was completely reduced over a period of 3 months. After just 4 sessions of modern acupuncture with Mrs Cheng she is almost pain free and regained her mobility and independence. Words cannot describe how much Mrs Cheng has transformed my health physically and mentally. Not only is she an amazing practitioner, she is very caring considerate and empathetic. After suffering from fibromyalgia for 6/7 years with sever pain all over my body an being bedridden lots of health issues. I had an amazingly successful experience with Dr. Cheng. I had never done acupuncture treatments before and was 3 days overdue for my pregnancy. I wanted to try acupuncture to induce labor so I contacted Dr. Cheng in the morning and she fit me the same day in the afternoon. She was very thorough and welcoming with discussing my situation and the procedure using traditional acupuncture. I was very comfortable with the entire process. Although Dr. Cheng advised me that I might need 2 or 3 sessions for successful results, my labor pains began about 40 minutes after I completed my appointment and left. I delivered my baby 6 hours later. Overall it was a great experience start to finish with 100% successful results. Thank you Dr. Cheng!

Being in dire need of pain relief, from the severe and constant pain with the nerves and muscles in my cervical spine and left shoulder area, I did some research and settled on the Accupuncture Plus Clinic in Luton. I had never has accupuncture before, but was willing to try anything to help with my pain. Mrs Cheng thoroughly read my written description of my condition, and listened carefully when I had my first consultation with her. She suggested using Modern Acupuncture (Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling Acupuncture) The process was nothing like anything I had previously encountered. I experienced some relief of my pain after the first session, but not in all of the areas. I have now had four treatments over a period of two weeks, and on each occassion, I have felt som relief, both during the treatment and afterwards, and the relief has lasted for longer after each treatment. The range of movement in my neck and left shoulder has also improved. My felt pain has decreased, in my opinion, by around 60% from when I first saw Mrs Cheng. I have been taking strong prescription painkillers for about 6 weeks, which were only slightly effective, but which had awful side effects on me. Since starting the accupuncture sessions I have been taking less and less of the painkillers, preferring this as effective pain relief, rather than medication. I am still seeing Mrs Cheng, and am very optimistic that my condition will continue to improve following her treatments. I would highly recommend both accupuncture and specifically, Mrs Cheng for people who are prepared to try alternative therapy for their conditions.

Attended a number of times with muscle pain in my arm from gym injuries, very knowledgeable and welcoming and feel much better after having it personally especially for areas where standard massage isn't able to target.

Amazing service i had modern and traditional acupuncture in between October and December to help with ivf by improving my lining and also some digestive issues after key hole surgey. The improvement in my digestion could be seen during medical scans along with my womb lining being much thicker than it had been previously. I have been visiting Dr Chen for a number of years, she has a wealth of experience and a very friendly and attentive manner. I have always felt relaxed and put at ease whilst being treated and have received lots of great advice to deal with my ongoing condition. My gynaecologist who was treating me for number of complications recommended that I try accupancure after failing to see much improvement. I was experiencing general fatigue, severe PMS and endometrial pains. I also had a minor prolapse after the birth of my first child for which I had been attending physio but without any noticeable changes. After my first 6 sessions, I was sleeping better, less stressed and the PMS had reduced considerably, I no longer have painful periods. I am due to have a scan and can't wait to confirm the improvement I feel with the prolapse and endometriosis. I am 76 years old and was recently very ill and had the added misfortune of contracting Bells Palsy on the right side of my face two days after being discharged from hospital. It was not my first attack.. The first was in 2009. The palsy and my speech took 6 months to heal and even now the muscles on the left of my face are weak. This time my daughter recommended I have acupuncture because it worked for her. I had 6 treatments and the right side of my face is almost perfect. It's a no brainer. I went to see Dr Cheng with back and shoulder problems. I was in a lot of pain in my back and she has helped immensely. My shoulder was a bit more complicated, however, she managed to sort out the problem that no-one else seemed to be able to fix and I'm so grateful and glad I went to see her.
