I came to RedLITE as it was a birthday gift. I had my lips done for the first time. I was a bit nervous but Joanne is so friendly, helpful and professional and put me at ease. Jo and her team really know what they are doing and put their customers first. I came out feeling really postive and happy. I would reccomend anyone and everyone to come here as its a well established, clean, professional place. There is Something for anyone from facials to fillers. I give it ***** stars, x

I recently had LVL lashes by Zaira, I've not had any lash treatments before and felt very reassured, I was consulted before my appointment, made to feel so welcome in the lovely warm, friendly environment and offered a nice cup of tea too! During my treatment Zaira checked how I was throughout and talked me through the process of what she was doing and when, My final results were beyond amazing, never did I think I could get nice, long, curled lashes but VOILA! Zaira came through with her skills 😍 I will definitely be returning again for this treatment 🫶

I had my laser tattoo removal done today at Redlite clinic in luton, the set up was very clean, tiday and well presented by Leonie, she was very kind and reassuring as I was a little nervous to begin with but after she explained the entire process of what the treatment entailed as well as suggested breaks if and when I needed (which I found very helpful), all in all the process was quick and very effective after just one treatment, I also had aloe vera gel applied which was very soothing!. I'm looking forward to returning in a few weeks time to continue my tattoo removal with Leonie as I would personally recommend her based on my great experience and will write another review of how it all goes.

A great experience everytime! Joanne is very friendly, she goes above and beyond to support you before, during and after treatments, she was very knowledgable about the laser hair removal treatment process so I was prepared in advance of what to expect. The ladies at the reception were very friendly and welcoming as well as very efficient with booking my next appointment in ensuring the day/time suited around my working schedule. I would highly recommend Joanne and her team at Redlite for their positive attitude and continued professionalism.

I’ve had a few services with Redlite now and they never fail to disappoint, eyebrows with Kiran who is the best at her craft and always makes me feel comfortable and we have a good laugh. B12 injections with Nicole and Joanne are always professional and empathetic toward me because I’m scared of needles they’re so patient with me making me feel really valued. Best salon in Luton and at a great price they really know their stuff and it shows in their work.

Today I had the B complex iv drip done by Kiran, she literally talked me through everything, ensured I was comfortable and the whole process from start to finish was quick,effective and completely pain free!!
