There
was
unprofessional
and
rude
Indian
lady
on
till.
I
was
there
to
change
my
shoe
and
i
talked
with
customer
service
guy
there,
he
inspected
my
shoe
,
checked
the
receipt
and
told
me
it's
OK
you
can
change
the
shoe.
I
selected
another
shoe
in
same
price
range
and
told
him.
He
asked
me
to
go
to
counter
and
he
will
bring
the
new
shoe.
Then
he
brought
new
shoe
and
when
I
went
to
counter
there
was
girl
with
scarf
she
said
in
a
harsh
way,
you
will
not
be
entertained
here
go
to
the
last
counter.
There
was
another
lady
on
last
counter
she
told
me
to
wait
eventhough
she
was
not
busy
at
all.
I
told
her
shoe
is
on
counter
and
you
just
have
to
change
it
what
are
you
waiting
for.
She
again
told
me
to
wait.
I
waited
there
for
15
minutes
and
mean
while
she
was
talking
with
another
JD
guy.
Then
atlast
she
said
OK
give
me
your
old
shoe
and
receipt.
She
opened
the
shoe
box,
i
told
her
your
JD
guy
has
already
inspected
it
and
he
told
me
you
can
change
it.
She
said
no
i
will
check
it
again,
then
she
said
I
will
go
to
manager
to
take
his
permission
to
change
it.
Then
she
came
back
and
said
we
cannot
change
it
and
we
cannot
refund
you
because
you
have
used
it.
I
told
her
I
used
it
inside
house
and
its
not
comfortable
that's
why
I
wanna
change
it.
She
started
arguing
with
me
and
then
that
indian
look
like
lady
came.
She
talked
with
me
in
a
very
rude
and
harsh
way.
She
has
no
professional
mannerism
to
talk
with
customer.
She
said
only
I
can
decide
which
shoe
can
be
replaced.
Little
woman
with
big
ego.
Then
almost
all
JD
staff
gang
up
there.
That
lady
has
a
pathetic
behaviour
and
sick
mentality
with
zero
common
sense.
She
continued
arguing
with
me,
it
was
like
a
war
for
her
which
she
has
to
win
at
every
cost.
I
left
the
shoe
on
counter
and
told
them
keep
the
shoe
and
money,
I
will
keep
my
dignity.
