Loved the service I received here at chai & chapati Luton! All staff were extremely polite and attentive. The place was very clean & had a lovely evening atmosphere, especially with the lighting decor. The place itself was easy to find (thank you to Google maps!). We were welcomed with a friendly smile and were lead to our table. The food was very flavoursome and was cooked well in time and absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back again. Thank you.

Lovely place and excellent food. The staff are brilliant, I was looked after very well. Even on a busy day, it was quick service. The hygiene and layout of the place is great, nice and spacious. Will be visiting regularly. Would definitely recommend this place!

Really enjoyed my meal here. I ordered the Dynamite Chicken Burger and Masala fries. We're both outstanding. I tried some Lotus Biscoff milk cake as well which I would highly recommend. The staff were very friendly sir helpful, even though I was with a large group...they made us feel very welcome and looked after us. Highly recommended 👌

I really wanted to give this eatery 5 stars because I enjoyed my meal, the customer service was good and the restaurant was esthetically pleasing. However, as I was seated upstairs I didn't enjoy the fact that I had to leave my seat and walk back downstairs to order and pay for my food. Also small details such as the music skipping affected the ambiance and my tea was served in a paper cup which affected the presentation. Overall Chai & Chapati is a nice spot in town for a casual meal with friends and I will return. Pictured: Full Desi and Biscoff Donut w/ Ice Cream

I was pleasantly surprised by the bustling atmosphere at the cafe on a weekday, but the good quality of the food and the exceptional customer service quickly made sense of it. Our dining experience was truly delightful, thanks in large part to the attentive service provided by Harshali. I wanted to extend a special acknowledgement to her for her good service. Please continue to maintain your high standards and excellent work. Well done chai & chapati staff! 👍🏻 👏🏻

The food was delicious but over priced. We loved the Dynamite burger, chaat, pulled chicken pratha roll and biryani. The presentation was lovely. The service was slow as one item arrived first then few minutes later other . Then the next. This was the only bad thing. Apart from this every thing was lovely.

Great food, lovely environment, attentive staff, the menu is VERY extensive with plenty of options which made is very hard to pick. The Desi breakfast isn’t as great as ChaiWala, way too watered down with the flavours. Enjoyable nonetheless. Would recommend the jalepino spicy samosas and the paratha with cheese.

A Phenomenal Place To Eat I would highly recommend coming to Luton just to eat here! We ordered a range of food from the menu to see what Chai and Chapati was about and it did NOT disappoint! Everything we ordered from the starter: Papri chaat to appetisers: dynamite prawns, naga wings to our cute mains with burgers not only aesthetically pleasing but delicious as well. We’ve had many naga items before but we’ve finally found naga wings that taste like naga not sweet watered down ones we’re used to having. For our drinks, we got the tropical blue mojito which was soo good (not usually a fan of blue drinks but this one was good!) and THE best caramel chaii we’ve had. Now on to dessert, we ordered donut and ice cream and pistachio pink milk cake and once again we were blown away. Very light and fluffy and the sweetness levels were perfect! Our plates were clean by the time we were done and I honestly cannot thank our wonderful waitress Saru for her service and the wonderful owner, Atif for his generous and welcoming hospitality. We felt at home here and enjoyed our time from start to finish. We cannot thank you enough. Wishing you and your business all the success in shaa Allah. Ameen. What are you waiting for - Go visit Chai and Chapati!!

Great chai and food! First time trying savoury food! Enjoyed the saffron Karak chai and the burgers. The burgers are all of good quality everything is cooked fresh using great tasting ingredients. Fast service considering it was busy really recommended this spot for tea, desserts and savoury food. 5*****

With the explosion of various chai eateries recently, its sometimes hard to choose which one togo to. This is the first time we visited Chai and chapati and we were NOT disappointed! The staff were nice and pleasant. Decor was modern and slick! We went as a large group and ordered the East is East breakfast with a few additions. The order came not too late. They were very busy. The food was amazing and offcoarse the karak chai/pink chai was fantastic. Everything included in the breakfast had a good taste including chana, daal and halwa. The puri was more like "phatoore" (Google it if u don't know) and parathas were also good. The portion side was also impressive and certainly enough to fill you up. Overall very nice food and vibe. I would certainly come back again!

We ended up here by accident after not being able to find another eatery we wanted to visit, we needed some good food with the kids before driving back to Manchester after a week away...chai and chapati did not disappoint! It was aesthetically pleasing beautifully decorated.. which did concern me as I thought oh no another Instagrammable place where it's all about style but no substance however I was proved wrong, everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and even the kids complimented how tasty it was. Toilets were also meticulously clean. I wish you a successful future and hope you are still around for the next time we venture down south!

Felt like having a big breakfast with whole family. The meal was quickly served and it was so filling it covered my lunch and tea also. Their tea is awesome and the kids loved the bell puri and the English style breakfast. Would definitely visit again. I have to mention the service from everyone was excellent. Special mention to Harpreet for her quick service.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at chai & chapati with my wife. We experienced the excellent quality of the food (the full desi and karak chai with saffron). The atmosphere was amazing and the friendly and helpful staff name Mediah delivered the spectacular service. I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. I was blown away by the exceptional service provided by the restaurant staff and specially Mediah. I will certainly recommend this café 100%.

Ordered Samosa Chaat and Choc Toast. Both dishes were very tasty, especially Choc French toast. My six year old really loved it and enjoyed the Choc toast that says a lot as she is the most fussy eater and she doesn't eat a lot of things, only very selective food she likes and she really liked the Choc toast and chai was nice and strong way I like it. I also felt that it was on the pricy side if you compare to what i paid for Choc toast to other desert place but saying that quality was very good.

Greated by Madz, who was very helpful and explained how to order. Was seated downstairs in a booth, which was nice. The place is clean and the service is great. Food: we ordered the butter chicken breakfast and desi breakfast, karak chai, matka chai, and basque chocolate cheesecake. It's all on point and really tasty. Authentically cooked with Asian spices that made it taste just like home cooked food and really enjoyed it. Will be back again!

After hearing about Chai and Chapati from several friends I had to go and see for myself. I had the pleasure of being served by a lovely lady named Ansh. She answered all our questions, made suggestions and was very attentive. The service and food were on point. Definitely a place to go for homemade style, wholesome food. Very large portions so make sure to go when you are hungry! You won’t be disappointed.

This place is going downhill, and it was such a rip-off. I paid more for the drinks than the prices on their menu. The food took over 20 minutes to arrive and place was pretty empty. The Full English breakfast was awful, the beans were cold and no spice, only received one bread, hash brown was cold and sausages were basic with no spice. The only good thing was that the mushrooms were nice. I could have made all of this at home for a fraction of the price. The other meal has barely any chips, seriously you are stingy AF. This place is not on the same level as Ladana’s and Ines in Birmingham.

One of the best burgers I have had in a long time so definitely worth it. Nice seating arrangement, good condiments. Only critique was the lack of chips but I will be back

Food and service is decent but very very pricey. £4.10 for a small pink tea cup? Please note they add VAT later on so for 2 people normal food it will be definitely over £15.

I visited Chai & Chapati whilst visiting the local area. It’s an aesthetically pleasing place and has a nice ambience to it, so it’s nice if you’re into photos etc. The food quality is overall average-to-good. I think the price to quality is very poor and they are very extortionately priced, given the portion sizes are small too. A cup of chai costs £3.50 here. Staff are very friendly and there’s plentiful seating. A more vibrant atmosphere than Chaiwala but I’d say there’s much better Chai spots, at a better price point within close proximity.
