Be warned the doughnuts at Chai Hut are addictive! Freshly made to order all the time and is always packed full of toppings. Call in advance to order and avoid the wait, you will not be disappointed.

Really good tea and coffee. The vibe is chilling and the new venue is better. Staff really friendly a must go to place 👌🏽

We try this place for first time and our experience are average. Doughnut and waffle on stick is nice and fresh but to small. Special the doughnut is very small for the price. Doughnut sundae was nice and milkshake was pretty average. Probably would try again but definetly go there , come very expensive ordering online.

Probably a worse place if you're after a good karak chai or tea in Luton. Other reviews looks good for doughnut 🍩 Might try some other time.

Elite donuts, chai tea and patient staff, their menu has adapted some but the staple donuts are still my all time favourite. I drive 30 miles for these from Milton Keynes and have recommended at any given opportunity. These guys are killing the donut game, I’ve deliberately gone out of my way to try and find better in multiple cities across south England with no success. Make sure you try the Chai tea also they have a mild sweet blend and it’s at the heart of the branding. Long live this brand as it’s quickly become culture amongst my guys 👊🏾

My current favourite from the menu is donuts and ice cream and also the kinder bueno Karak chai It’s a nice little spot to grab a quick treat to have in the car or take home. There is always a slight wait time with orders as expected Cards and cash accepted Parking is a little bit confusing now that they’ve moved, I just park at the car park opposite which means crossing the road sometimes with kids

Cake was good, Chai was nice but a long hair in the ice cream ruined the entire experience to be honest, I think you lot need to wear hair nets when serving food, i thought that’s a standard procedure? Anyway that’s a shame since I won’t be back just for that reason

Nice little outdoor place for summer evenings. We had chai, waffle on stick, and strawberry mojito. They were all tasty and delicious. Service is amazing too.

Microwave heated tea , still not hot enough. Wasn’t good at all. It was good before, not sure what happened. Driving 3/4 miles to get tea from there not worth it anymore.

The doughnuts speak for themselves! Absolutely love the wide selection they’ve got! I continue to go back every week trying out different items in the menu

Just brilliant. The chai tea is served perfectly and the doughnuts and other sweet treats are delicious and decadent. We saw the Chai Hut in the distance after emerging from a gig at the Bear Club and decided to give it a go. So glad we did. Great service too.

One of the worst karak tea I had. Drove all the way from london Wanted to have some dessert and donuts as well but got completely put off with the tea. Small cup of karak chai is £3, got 3 of those unfortunately didn’t realise it was microwave tea. Bro even Karak chai and chaiwala sell it for £2.25 which tastes 10 times better. The chai here tasted like mild sweet milk with cardamom. 😂 They don’t even have their own logo cups. By the way then we went chai and chapati it was great.!

I don’t usually do reviews, but I’m Not all happy today. Always ordered this previously and it has been perfect. This time round I am absolutely horrified. This is supposed to be the nutella doughnut sundae. Doughnuts had no nutella or nuts on them. no presentation, gaps and weren’t provided with any cutlery. By the time i took it home, doughnuts were cold and the ice cream was just cream. staff need to make a effort or proper training needs to be provided!

Would give no stars if I had the choice, I concur what a previous review said. Tea is microwaved garbage, they have the nerve to charge £4 for a large, cups are probably the cheapest they could find. Lid wouldn’t stay on. Also couldn’t provide a receipt at point of sale.

We've been here once before to try the donuts and when we knew we were back in Luton we couldn't wait to return. Coming from Leicester, the dessert game is already strong but no-one has mastered the chocolate topped donuts like these guys 👏🏽 We'll be back!
