I have now been a resident here at Reflections apartment for 1 & half years and have always found comfort in the The Colliers Companies. The property here at Reflections is stunning, and the units are modern and spacious. I wanted to take a moment to thank Ms. Laurie and the management team for the exceptional service, kind demeanor, and overall professionalism have made this a seamless and delightful experience. Ms. Laurie truly understands the importance of listening and catering to the specific needs of each tenant; the prompt communication has made every step of the leasing process incredibly easy, and I couldn’t be happier about my experience! The apartment itself is a testament to the exceptional standards of the leasing office. The amenities are first-rate, the location is convenient, and the overall quality of the apartment has exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Ms. Laurie, and the team, for your dedication in delivering excellent service!

I've been living here for about a year and a half, and it's been a great experience for the most part. The community is very pretty and quiet, maintenance comes quickly (often same day!) and the apartment itself is nice. There isn't much kitchen storage space, but we have a shelf in the utility room that works well enough as a pantry. I will say that roommate matching could be better. I have a cat (on record with them) and this year I got two allergic roommates. It would be nice if they labeled apartments as dog/cat rather than simply "pet" to reduce the problems mismatching can cause. Any other complaints are neighbor related, but that's not really something they can control. Overall, I would suggest moving here, especially if you have roommates picked out already.

Laurie Cates is the most friendly and kind person who gave such a wonderful tour of the Reflection Apartments. She showed me everything from the club house fitness center which had lockers, pool and the model apartment layout. She is very informative and made the process quick and easy. As far as the rest of the staff including the maintenance staff are very polite and courteous as well.

Just moving in today after getting great support from Kris. I literally had some decent offers from other student housing options but Kris's dealing and support made to go with Reflections. Looking for a wonderful stay here. So, after living for 4 months and requesting maintenance services, I truly appreciate the timely efforts made by Patrick, Sean, and Justin in fixing the maintenance tasks in a very timely and professional way.

Shawn and his maintenance staff have done an amazing job! Their customer service is always fast and reliable. The property and apartments have been cleaner and maintained better than in the past. This property looks amazing!!

The front office staff Sachee & Gretchen take time to hear out any issues, all around transparent communication, and any issues that arise with appliances I do have faith in the maintenance team to get it fixed in a timely manner. All around effort from everyone, and they do their best to take care of everyone.

I was greeted warmly by Laurie Cates, as I entered the clubhouse as well as her office. Laurie is from the Northeast and so am l, we had an immediate connection she graciously showed me the property as well as the model and explain everything I needed to know and answer any questions that I had. Lived at reflections for several years. It's had its ups and downs. Location is good and convenient. The property looks pretty decent. The amenities are nice. The staff are great, especially Scott and Sachee. They do a pretty good job matching up roommates. The occasional imposter slips in. But the staff is pretty reasonable about working things out when need be. The price and package is more than fair.

Excellent Attention, All the Administration staff are very attentive and with a great human sense, especially their Manager Greshell, always serving with a good humor, for these qualities I dare to Recommend these Reflecciòn apartments.
