Terrible
experience!
The
place
is
cozy
and
pleasant,
too
bad
it
is
so
cold
that
it
is
impossible
to
enjoy
the
atmosphere.
But
now
let’s
go
to
the
main
details:
this
place
is
known
primarily
for
its
cocktails,
and
when
I
ask
the
waitress
to
bring
me
the
cocktail
menu
to
choose,
she
replies
that
there
is
no
menu.
At
this
point,
not
knowing
what
I
could
order,
I
get
an
aperol
spritz,
and
as
an
Italian
I
can
say
I
was
not
crazy
about
it.
To
order
tapas
we
had
to
call
the
waitress
over
and
over
again
,
who
only
after
10-15
minutes
arrived
to
take
our
order.
We
order
a
total
of
4
tapas
+
fries
and
vegetables
(
there
are
4
of
us)
+
some
g&t
and
glasses
of
wine.
Total
bill
274€
for
being
in
the
cold
and
hardly
eating.
The
tapas
are
too
small,
except
for
the
tagliata
which
was
quite
normal
but
arrived
cold.
My
friend
upon
payment
leaved
a
comment
to
the
waitress
saying
in
a
polite
way,
"
everything
was
nice,
however
the
portions
really
too
small
for
the
price
paid."
The
waitress
in
an
extremely
rude
way
replied
us
that
we
do
not
understand
the
concept
and
essence
of
the
chef,
who
is
on
par
with
Canavacciuolo
(
well-known
Italian
Michelin
star
chef)
,
even
better.
Basically
it
is
us,
ignorant
clients,
who
have
not
understood.
In
order
not
to
create
controversy,
I
preferred
not
to
comment
but
I
dare
to
say
that
Michelin
chef
wouldn’t
serve
a
cold
cut
,
wine
by
the
glass
without
even
showing
the
bottle
and
the
year,
and
above
all
,
I
have
often
eaten
in
starred
restaurants,
but
have
never
left
as
hungry
as
yesterday.
Money
spent
for
nothing.
We
will
not
return
.
And
I
urge
the
kind
lady
not
to
address
clients
in
this
way,
especially
when
the
criticism
was
made
in
a
cordial
and
constructive
way.
