To
get
a
better
picture
of
what
I
am
about
to
describe
here,
see
the
review
of
my
friend
V.K.
(one
star
score)
a
couple
of
contributions
below.
The
bar
staff
replied
in
a
sense
that
he
is,
and
implicitly
me,
responsible
for
what
happened.
Well,
if
there's
someone
whose
memory
needs
refreshing,
it's
definitely
the
bar
staff.
We
came
to
the
bar
and
waited
for
several
minutes,
with
all
the
three
bartenders
attending
to
costumers
on
the
other
side,
not
winking
an
eye
for
a
single
moment
in
our
direction.
Ok,
this
might
happen.
Obviously,
if
you
are
unattended
by
mistake
or
on
purpose
for
a
longer
time,
you
usually
kindly
ask
if
you
can
order.
That's
what
we
did
for
the
first
time
after
those
endless
moments.
No
response.
After
a
minute
or
so
we
did
the
same,
and
the
guy
who
later
introduced
himself
as
the
manager
came
to
the
tap
and
said:
"Guys,
we're
working..."
I
don't
remember
any
condescening
or
belittling
behaviour
whatsoever
from
our
side
to
this
point.
The
gentleman
started
pouring
two
pints
we
ordered
and
his
colleague,
a
tall
guy
in
a
cap,
uttered
something
close
to
that
the
bartenders
are
not
our
servants,
whereupon
a
verbal
shoot-out
started
between
him
and
my
friend,
who
was
by
right
dissatisfied
with
this
kind
of
reaction.
And
then,
upon
pouring
the
two
pints
and
my
payment,
the
manager
told
us
to
leave,
repeating
it
stubbornly
all
over
again.
I
said
what
about
the
beers?
He
answered
we
get
them
poured
in
plastic
cups
and
that
we
are
to
leave
asap.
I
demanded
the
return
of
money,
as
I
was
appalled
by
this
attitude.
The
manager
refused,
sending
us
out.
I
said
I
wouldn't
move
if
I
don't
get
the
money
back,
and
only
then
the
guy
in
cap
repaid
the
money
demanding
we
get
lost,
but
in
a
more
vulgar
way.
Whilst
leaving,
we
were
accompanied
by
ironic
applause
and
whistling
of
everyone
around,
so
I
waved
them
good-bye,
saying
that
also
out
loud.
I
certainly
do
not
remember
showing
middle
fingers
at
anyone.
One
simple
sentence
"We'll
be
right
there,
we're
busy"
or
"We
are
on
it"
etc.
would
have
prevented
the
whole
mess.
Dear,
Liquid
staff,
you
deliver
service
to
clients,
you
are
not
making
them
a
favour!
No
sign
of
rapprochement
throughout
he
whole
conflict
(save
for
the
money
return,
ok)
from
your
side.
I
am
writing
this
not
only
to
rectify
what
you
claimed
hereunder,
but
also
so
that
you
improve
your
attitude
towards
your
current
and
future
clients.
Yet
no
use
for
me,
as
I
am
not
ever
coming
back.
