Staff is incredible and very professional. Rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. Room is too hot and stuffy. Beautiful hotel but not worth staying if you can’t sleep in hot rooms.

faultless - dont think i've slept on a bed that comfortable in years and years! Huge room, lovely facilities in the lobby section for breakfast and bar. will definitely be coming back here.

Sofitel is nice hotel near ECCL and other eu institutions. It has big rooms and nice staff and the breakfast is really nice. The new shopping center is also close and the free tram stop is next to the hotel.

Great customer service and great hotel! We had a nice stay from our first interaction with Sofitel employees especially Miss Kasia who always had a smile and answered our questions about Luxembourg! The free Tram was a fantastic way to go and return from the city! The hotel is pleasant, the bedroom was excellent! Great shower and soft bed! I recommend this hotel!

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Sofitel Luxembourg Europe. We appreciated the great personalized service that Mohamed delivered during our check in. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and immaculate. We also loved having three indoor and outdoor self-parking options.

One of the most comfortable beds I have slept on. Top notch services and situated in a good location and 2 mins walk to the tram station,Underground parking available. Definitely one of the best to stay in if you are in Luxembourg for a short stay.

Excellent hotel for visits to the General Court, which is within easy walking distance. Service good and on-site restaurant was very good.

This is really a fantastic hotel for visiting Luxembourg. There is easy parking for the car, and after that, it is easy to visit downtown with the tram, which is free to anyone. The staff is really, really friendly. It is so good to find a hotel again where the staff really cares making your stay as pleasant as possible. Clean, spacious rooms, and a great interior. Breakfast is delicious. Really warmly recommend!

The best hotel I have stayed in and here is why: 1) reception is extremely attentive. Always ready to call a cab, help you with the bag, check in and out is super fast 2) clean hotel, clean and not outdated rooms 3) room service was fast and rather good 4) bed has a duvet on top of the mattress, so it feels like you are sleeping on clouds 5) balmain amenities 6) reception area is very chic

Stayed for two nights at Sofitel Luxembourg Europe for a concert in mid-March 2023. Booked a king room. Nice hotel atrium and professional staff. I arrived in the morning from an overnight train and was able to arrange an early check-in. My check-in experience with the reception desk was impressive. The guest agent that handled my check-in was very efficient, thorough and polite. I appreciated the luggage drop off at my room. It was obvious in my room that strict cleaning protocols are followed. My bed was very comfortable and I really liked the split/separate bathroom. Good in-room dining service. Overall, my stay was very relaxing. Check-out was smooth. Close to a tram line and Philharmonie Luxembourg. There is another Sofitel in Luxembourg so when using a navigation app be sure to select the correct property.

Warming: if you are driving, don’t follow the GPS direction. Look for a small sign on the Main Street, then using your best judgement plus trial and error to find the hotel entrance (looking for Novetel parking). Suggestion for the hotel: place multiple large signs for the driving guests. Hotel room is very well designed. Not small at all. Bathroom arrangement has good consideration for actual usage and enough space for the toiletry. Did Not tried their breakfast, can’t comment on that. Did not ask for any other service. Used Tram which is very clean. And station is very close to the hotel, within 10 minutes ride, I arrived to downtown. But hotel is at business neighborhood, only few stores around.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff: nothing is too difficult for them to help with. Good bar with an excellent drinks selection. Short walk into Luxembourg centre. Dog-friendly too - our room came with a dog bowl and towel, which was a lovely touch. Will be returning!

Staff are really nice. Rooms are old. This hotel is not new. Free tram right in front of hotel so the fact that it is outside of city centre not a big problem. Room is big and comfy. Beds and linen and mattress and air conditioning all great. We sleep well here. Carpark fees is extra so you need to pay. Free drinks in mini bar inside the room a big plus. You got coke cola and bottle water.

Lovely hotel. My husband and I stayed here in early October during an anniversary trip and couldn't have been more pleased. Very kind service with a personal touch. Everything was top notch, including the location near the T1 tram stop, it's easy to explore the beautiful city.

We had a pleasant time during our residency,when we felt cold only a few minutes later they manage our problem..their kind and meticulous receptionists, beautiful staff smile especially during breakfast time was memorable. and many thanks to the tact and kindness of the caring staff and manager at the hotel reception for all their good arrangements.

Very professional yet warm welcome, with smiles and an interest in each person not just as a client but a human. Had an upgrade an special attentions for my sisters birthday. Alexandra was a sweetheart with a mastery of the restaurant and it’s services. An overall sweet weekend escapade.

I stayed there for work reasons. Room was well presented, nice touch with the daily restocked water and soft drinks. Breakfast was really nice.

Easily deserves its 5 star rating, on arrival you are greeted warmly and you feel very much cared for. The facilities and tech are top notch, the in hotel app is amazing and really made the visit perfect.

Such a great hotel, I must have stayed here 10 times and its always a very comfy bed, a warm welcome, modern, well appointed rooms, lots of nice little extras like sleepy tea in the room and always friendly and attentive staff. Great place.

This hotel is amazing. I spent my birthday there and I have never had that good experience before. We felt so welcome by the staff. The staff was amazing ánd kind. Lots of thanks to Fernando who did welcome us kindly and did take his time to show us around and help us. Thank you Fernando for making our stay special. We did stay on the 5 floor, and the room was amazing That bed was the best I have slept in. It was like flying in sky and you did feel how good the body did rest. I will for sure use this hotel again. Thank you all for making my birthday this special. It will be for a long time in my memory bank.

Wonderful hotel. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming, special mention to Mohammed who followed us out the building to make sure we knew how to get into town! Bartender was also fantastic. Building great, gym great, rooms great. Its also very quick to walk or get tram into town center. All in all, a great stay and will be returning!

If this house has 5 Stars, im Santa Claus!! This is by far the worst sofitel we have ever experienced in Europe! I dont even know where to start… wrong address for the navigation system, nobody answering the phone, no signs where the parking is, absolutely no service and information as we did the check in, broken cupboard doors & bath mirror in the room… And then the breakfast: tiny, empty plates.. no allergy information…the staff has no idea of what products they are serving… Unbelievable!!!!

Great hotel. Really good bed! (I slept amazingly) Locations isn’t in the city centre but it is well connected by the tram, which runs every 5 minutes. Service was very attentive, specifically Maxime in reception who went the extra mile for my friend’s birthday. Tanja in the bar was also friendly and made us feel very welcome. Only issue was lack of vegan food.

Absolutely amazing place, if you can afford to stay the night. The breakfast is incredible, and they serve the best scrambled eggs I've ever had.

Great hotel, very nice staff, delicious breakfast! We have stayed there for 2 nights. The welcome was very warm and the room was very spacious. The location is good, even though it’s not in the city center, as the tram stop is just around the corner and it’s only 2 stops (approx 5 mins) until you’re at the city center.

Excellent location very easily get anywhere in the city by free bus and tram. Very modern spacious and comfortable room. Very kind and helpful staff. Delicious healthy breakfast

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. When we arrived we got a free upgrade of our room. The room was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was delicious. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come again another time.
