FANTASTIC property in Dippach, Luxembourg. They even had the floor warmers on for us when we arrived. Great location for visiting all of Luxembourg and all the neighboring countries. The Arca team is very responsive and friendly. The instructional videos were so helpful.

Lovely apartment in a convenient location. This is a lovely studio apartment, approximately a five minute bus ride from Luxembourg Central station. With all the public transport, being free, frequent, and on time, the fact that this apartment was not right in the centre of Luxembourg, made very little difference. The apartment had everything that you could require. We stopped here, halfway through our tour around Europe, and used the washing facilities, which are located in the basement. With this apartment, being rented via a property firm, as against an Airbnb, there isn’t quite the same personal touch that you would get, such as personal recommendations, information about the area etc. but the management team were constantly in touch with those checking that we were okay and having a good stay in Luxembourg. Access is via a series of codes which are emailed to you before arrival, so getting in and checking out is very simple. I would definitely consider using this company again, if we return to Luxembourg.

I really wish I could give better reviews about this apartment in Dommeldange, but unfortunately the experience was very unpleasant, as the smell of tobacco remained strong the entire time despite the efforts of the cleaning team who returned to the room to clean the oven and microwave. The sofa was dirty and full of dirt marks We had to borrow a blanket to be able to sit down. But the worst part was actually the terrible smell of tobacco that persisted throughout the week we stayed, despite realstate's efforts to help resolve this issue sending 2 anti-smell sprays!! We would never stay in this apartment again!!

Everything was perfect. The flat was cosy and easy to access from Luxembourg city. They provided us with towels and bedsheets, but not with basic spices or dish soap.

Beautiful apartment, clean, well equipped with amazing views and nice furniture. We liked the decoration although would have preferred natural plants rather than plastic. Our check-in was complicated but customer service did respond quickly and helped us to find the keys. We did appreciate the parking but the card didn't open the door and we had to call the guardian every time during all our one week stay. Sometime he was not very friendly and didn't let us going out easily and quickly. The apartment is very well located in Clausen. There are no shops close around but we found a very good bakery at 15mn rue de Neudorf. Overall we had a lovely stay and would return with pleasure.

The apartment is spacious, well-presented and in a great neighbourhood, close to free public transport, shops, restaurants and parks. BUT ... it does not have air conditioning. And aircon is included in its listing, which is one (very important) reason we chose it. It had an upright fan, and then a second upright fan after we asked for it. But upright fans are not air conditioning. The check-in process was also convoluted and stressful. We had to phone for the entry codes AFTER the check-in time had passed, after we had spent 2 hours wandering around Luxembourg with suitcases and backpacks. It felt like power games were being played, and we were the victims. It was really quite demeaning, and we were not sure we even had the correct codes UNTIL we'd successfully opened the doors to the apartment. But the apartment itself was great, and we really enjoyed staying there once the dust had settled.
