    Staff don't hurry to work. During lunchtime there is always a lot of people and long queues. After each client every staff go somewhere, walk around and talk to each other for long time, and the queue should wait till they will wish to have some work. If the staff does not want to work, there are always a lot of other people who need this job.

    I am a person who always gives 5 stars to even mediocre service. But you should be listed in the Guiness World Record for the worst customer service in the world. Only happens in this branch and not only one time (the other branches are normal, but unfortunately closed today): the reception was rude and was making jokes / laughing with a coworker while returning back my letters since the addresses were not written on "the right side", while both sides were identical. I can understand the rule, but please do not joke or laugh in front of the customers right after returning back the letter, it could be perceived as offensive / aggressive. The receptionist was the woman with sit number 5, around 29 of April 2023 at 6PM.

    By far the worst delivery I ever had in years, maybe in my life.... I ordered a laptop from amazon with a specific date of arrival. The parcel never arrived on time, after several calls to the customer service, the employees replied me that the machine which recognises the addresses on the parcel had an issue and I had to verify my address (if I hadn't called, I wouldn't have found out). Then they people of customer service reassured me that the package will arrrive on the next available date... guess what this never happened. After several calls again to the customer service one of the personel realised that there was an error and that the parcel will arrive on another date😑. Long story short I had to travel 1,5 hours away to Bettembourg and get 3 hours off from my job to get my laptop. I dont understand honestly wjy they can just deliver a package to a person who tried to collaborate as much as possible and treated a not effective delivery service with the most polite way. Not a good way to treat your costumers Post Luxembourg!!!!

This means that if you wish to change the service provider, you can only do so during a very limited timeframe (each year when the contract is about to expire) without incurring a cancellation fee. Even if you have been a loyal customer for many years, you still do not have the flexibility to cancel your subscription for free. UPDATE to your response: It's not about the subscription period. It's about why the customer should have to resubscribe. I have been a customer for 4 years, and now I am not able to cancel the contract for free because I had to resubscribe a couple of months ago.

I said that is what they printed for my return envelope. They just laughed in front of me at my answer. Will surely never come back to this place.

    I ordered several items from Amazon.de. I placed the order correctly. Gave the full address of the building - F.W. Raiffeisen bld. 21-23, Zenith Tower 1, floor, apartment, phone number, email ... and still the P&T guys returned all packages , BECAUSE THEY NEED MORE information about the address. DEAR P&T staff, Zenith towers (Cloche d`or Mall) are the biggest residential buildings in Luxembourg. HOW ON THE WORLD YOU COULD NOT KNOW THEM? And if you don't , why don't your ring me a phone, or write me an email? You just "try" to deliver, can't find the address (OMG ?!) and then you just return the package with no explanations... I ordered 4 items, all of them with the same delivery details, and all of them have not been, and will not be delivered. You are a waste of time, seriously... Unbelievable.     great service! had a uk amazon order (without return postage included) i needed to send back to the uk. had already packed the parcel and asked how much it would cost me. instead of just selling me a stamp, an employee (phillipe) recommended a smaller box to reduce the postage and filled out all the tax stuff for me on the required sticker... thanks phillipe!

    I have been waiting almost three weeks for my Post bank account to enable me again to modify my standing orders instead of getting an error message and it saying that I do not have any, which is not true! I have phoned, emailed and sent messages via the app/website many times but nothing has happened. I can ask them to change the standing orders but I do not want to do this every time. I want to change them myself as the app/website should allow you to do this. No-one seems to care though for the bank account that I pay for to work as it should do!

It was my first time to send documents internationally and expected the blonde lady would properly assist me. She saw the documents and she gave me a white envelope, which I thought that the documents would be registered. I asked her if I can put my email address and phone number, and she only nodded NO while chatting to her colleague. She could somehow understood that the documents are really important. I didnt ask her to send it ordinarily so it would be nowhere to be found. I have asked if I can put more details and that means I am certain that those documents are important. To the girl who assisted me, it is really true that you can tell a person's character by how they treat people. Would the value of the documents depends with the customer you are assisting? I can’t locate the documents anymore and that documents are very important and you will never understand how important it is to my family. I hope that those people working in Post Luxembourg center would at least be nice and helpful to their customers.
