I sadly have to say that I did not even get the chance to see the doctor myself. I was told in an extremely unfriendly manner that the emergency cases are being treated at 7 am (which is not advertised anywhere). It is disappointing to see that some doctors do not select their secretaries well and that those have never heard of the word „friendliness“. As „business“ depends on your patients in the medical domain, I would recommend the secretary to better her communication skills in order to make patients feels welcomed and in good hands.
