Fantastic concert, part of the Luzern Festival, in the KKL of Luzern, conducted by Andres Orozco-Estrada. Schuman and Mendelssohn. It was amazing. It would be great if the KKL organisation can speed up the service at the bar because it takes quite a lot of time to get something to drink IMO. Please leave a thumbs up/like if you think this review was useful.

I saw many a concert here, and everytime it was absolutely marvellous and spellbinding. The acoustics I could spend an hour on, the visuals another hour, and the whole ambiance yet one more. It is simply stunning. A word to the wise: sometimes it pays to dress up a little, sometimes not so much.

This is the main venue for the Luzern Music Festival and is known to have great acoustics. Listening to symphonic music in this superbly designed hall should be on everyone’s bucket list. If you visit, go to the too floor to see spectacular views of Lake Luzern.

Top notch venue. Saw the Pepe Lienhard Big Band, with numerous guest vocalists. Great acoustics, good seating all around. If you attend an event here, be sure to enjoy the views from the outdoor balcony on the top floor.

Excellent place for conventions. Next to the central station, bus hub and the lake. Had great time attending an event inside it. Staff are really professional and the art exhibition just wonderful.

Beautiful, historic and atomospheric. Surrounded by stunning mountain ranges, Lucerne sits on the shores of enormous natural lakes and is a gateway from which to explore the many areas of outstanding natural beauty. Just a 90 minute train ride from Zurich Airport, Lucerne offers an authentic Swiss experience with its many restaurants and bars and places to visit. Wether it’s a cable car to the summit of Mt Pilatus or a cog wheel train up Mt Rigi, a paddle steamer ride on Lake Lucerne or a concert in the amazingly designed concert hall. You will never forget the memories you made in Lucerne.

We were here for a concert from Olafur Arnalds. Really a huge auditorium right next to the train station and the ferry harbour. The view is really awesome that you see from the front. There are restaurants and bar in the facility above with amazing views, so you can grab your glass of wine or bier before your concert. The staff is really nice and helpful. The seats are very comfortable and the overall experience was really good. It was an incredible evening at KKL Luzern. We would love to come back again.

Saw Ronan Keating accompanied by a full orchestra. Awesome, simply awesome. The orchestral music featured James Bond songs and we loved it!! Acoustics amazing and seats comfortable. Fabulous venue and fabulous show!! Highly recommend!!

Luzern is very nice and located at Vierwaldstättersee. This KKL is a modern culture and congress center next to the railway station.

The theater was obviously built and optimised for acoustics. However the rectangle geometry of the theater is rather unfortunate since all seats are either lower than the stage (so you only see the first row of musicians) or they are really far behind so you hardly see anything at all. There are some seats in the galleries that are a bit closer to the stage but from there there will always be part of the stage hidden. So the acoustics are very good but don't expect to see much of the musicians on stage.

We all know Switzerland is an expensive country, but sometimes it goes just too far. Please, make quality music accessible to everyone by offering discounted tickets anywhere in the auditorium and the possibility to buy them online. Younger people, students, musicians and people with lower income in general, I would like to see them going to concerts at KKL.

I have to say this congress center as one of the friendliest staff I’ve ever met. Keep it going!
