Für eine kleine Mahlzeit ganz ok, jedoch hat man meist 30min später wieder Hunger. Dafür wiederum sehr lange Öffnungszeiten bis in die frühen Morgenstunden hinein. Personal könnte etwas freundlicher/ Motivierter sein aber war im Grunde gut. Die Burger / Menüs sehen auf den schildern immer viel besser aus (ist auch normal) aber manchmal ist es schon fast unappetitlich wie die Zutaten in den Burger geklatscht werden. Aber für eine Mc Donalds Filiale finde ich sie gut, im Vergleich zu den anderen. Bei den Self-bestell Automaten sind oft die leeren Kassen Zettel rollen lehr und musste schon 4-5mal nachfragen gehen wo meine Bestellung ist/ob sie die Rolle nachfüllen können und das Personal war in solchen Momenten meiner Meinung nach nicht kompetent (ich weiss da hersch viel Stress) aber finde dennoch dass man sich der Sache etwas freundlicher annehmen kann. Ansonsten gerne mal wieder👍

Pretty big for a McDonalds serving the usual. The Mc café there was pretty nice. Staff could have been more helpful especially the people working on the register. They took lot of time to prepare the order but they did give me exactly what I ordered and made it pretty well. Umm, it's McDonalds. Go there if you don't have money or another option

Very bland, not recommended for Indians and people who have a high spice profile. The food was extremely fresh and our order was served on time. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I prefer a more spicy burger but unfortunately even their spiciest match was pretty plain. Would love if McDonald's included paneer tikki(cottage cheese) burgers and masala wraps since there are several Indian tourists who travel to Switzerland every year.

Big Mac tastes dry. The potatoes are not fresh, as if they warmed up yesterday's potatoes. I'm disappointed 😔

The cashier in this Restaurant is super impolite. They were rude to customer who just took a photo on the menu, claiming that this is not permitted in their work place. Even worse, such behaviour was endorsed by the Shop Manager. It is probably the worst service quality MD I have ever experienced!

Ich war für ein schnelles Abendessen dort. Nun ja, was soll ich sagen, Essen wurde gebracht, die Dame war eher überlassted und unfreundlich. Das Essen war lauwarm. Ich bin kein guter MacDonald Kunde, aber ich war an anderen Standorten bedeutend zufriedener als hier.

Stopped in for 2 cheeseburgers and a Apple pie. The food was as usual. Can't beat it at 10:30 at night Sunday nothing else is open...... everything was good.

very good location it is near the station and a good option to eat fast food at late night and the prices are very reasonable as always location is a 10 it is very big and the toilets are super clean i am impressed how clean toilets were good job mcdonald’s team!!! the machine also works well but it sometime freezes which is annoying so pls fix it! thanks !

A good place to eat when you have no idea what to eat or just to find comfort food! Cosy environment and have a place to seat and rest before your next move or just to avoid some rains.

I've eaten many times from McDonald's here in Luzern (this branch and the branch in old town), either take out or dine in. By far, my most favorite McDonald's menu is definelty their home style chicken burgers. The buns and fried chicken taste better than other menus that I have tried. I have tried their beef burgers several times in the past but I wasn't amazed by the taste. So if you're giving McDonald's a first try, do try out their home style chicken burgers. And of course, McDonald's fries are the best among the fast food chains here in Luzern.

Good place to eat. The inside is very artistic and has a very royal design. The service is also pretty nice. The place by itself is also very clean. All tough, this McDonald’s is mostly busy because it’s next to the train station.

We have been to many MCDonalds around the globe and this was the best ever. The restaurant was clean and the mountain views are stunning. The food is a bit expensive but it was super duber fresh and we ate like kings! WOW!

Um, the largest soda they have is 17 ounces. If I can’t count on McDs for a good sized fountain soda in Europe, come on!

I ordered a plain burger with 2 beef patties inside. They gave us the hamburger with only one patty. My child did not want to show them the one and only patty and ate it. Then he wanted more. I went to show them the receipt and explained it to them. They said they will make an exception because they need to see the burger. So they gave me one hamburger with 2 beef patty and my child brought it to our Holiday Inn hotel very near this MacDonald. He found out that one patty had already been bitten off. I told him please thrown everything and he did and I ll never go to that disgusting place again

The restaurant of your choice after a night out in Lucerne and everything else is shut down. They will serve you reliably with a delicious burger and a refreshing drink!

It's a good option for little munching. As a vegetarian you will find 2-3 options in burger. Next to the train station, it's a good option for late night food as well. This is open till midnight.

Kellner hat meinem Grosskind und mir eine grosse Cola über Kleider geschüttet. Anstatt selber zu Reinigen hat er nur ein paar Servietten gebracht. Keine Enschuldigung.umzug an Nebentisch war nicht möglich da verschmutz und klebrig, wie das ganze Eingangsrestaurant.

Schmutzig und unfreundlich: - überall schmutzig - In der obigen Etage ganz klebriger Boden. Dies ist keine Momentaufnahme, sonder den ganzen Nachmittag sah es so aus. Absolut nicht MC Donald likely 😱

They made me a salad with pieces of ice in it, and when I asked for a refund, they told me this should be like this. I argued for 5 minutes to get a refund (only partial). Never again I would set my feet in McDonald's.

Not so friendly. As an American tourist, I wanted to take a picture of the Swiss version of a McD menu. Not allowed -- private property! Still, the cheeseburger & fries taste just like at home.

Mock meat burger is definitely a revelation! Especially when it comes from Mc Donald's. Being a Vegan and traveling is never easy with such limited options. But needless to say, loved their version of mock meat burgers.

Long waiting time for a McDonald's and the ambience music was rubbish. Apart from that, standard McDonald's food, good location, very good coffee and plenty of parking spaces.

Honestly, junk food is always junk food, but when you're really hungry and need to quickly satisfy that hunger urge, there's almost no place like McDonald's -- anywhere in the world.
