Beautiful park in the heart of Luzern: it is directly on the lake, and during late November - December it is used for a colorful Christmas market! Also, there is a small area where kids can play. The night is full of people drinking and eating. Totally recommended to visit in Lucerne! Toilets are available and free at the entrance of the park.

Great beach, excellent views of both the city and the Alps. Sunset is amazing. Water is clean and refreshing and you can take a shower after swimming.

In the Swiss city of Lucerne, Inseli-Park is a lovely park situated on the shores of Lake Lucerne. The park is a well-liked destination for both locals and visitors and provides breathtaking views of the lake and the mountains in the area. A playground, a swimming pool, a boat rental facility, as well as a number of eateries and cafes, are all located at Inseli-Park. We spent some leisure time here while travelling from Luxembourg to Lauterbrunnen via Luzern. We loved this place very much but we did not have enough time to look around and relax. This a very happening place. Very neat and clean.

Great spot for picnics and chilling out. You can sit near the bank and enjoy the view, jump into the water and once you want to go to the other is of the lake like the pier 3 you can hop on the boat.

Lovely park to sit down and enjoy a picnic. The pigeons here are really polite - they do not intrude into your personal space unless you’re about to give them some food.

It was a Christmas Markt when visited it with food from all over the world and a beautiful lake view and snowed Luzern.

Inseli park is a nice little park right next to the Luzern train station and the KKL along the west side of the lake Vierwaldstättersee. In Summer it is a nice place to chill on the grass and enjoy the cool breeze that comes from the lake. Before Christmas there is a very nice Christmas theme (mainly food and drinks) market. I almost forget to mention the beautiful view on the city and the (pre)Alps.

Beautiful. At least in wintertime. I accidentally had a stop here with the flix bus and I had about 40 minutes to enjoy the Christmas market directly at the Vierwaldstätter See. Lovely. 4/5 simply because of the prices in Switzerland, which are hard to cope with for non-Ch.

The park is very nice, well maintained and there are some grills scattered around it. The lake wiew is very nice. I recommend you this place for made a good Easter Monday.

Nice park with some nice views.

One of the most beautiful spots in Luzern. As you walk, on one side is the glistening lake of Luzern and the other side is a wonderful garden extremely well maintained by the city of Luzern. Inseli park bathes you in a sense of serenity and a must visit place especially in October where the Autumn fair or "Chilbi" is held every year.

Good place for relaxing and see the lake, you can sit and eating with amazing vew. Recommended visit and it is free
